The house is great! Situated on a hill with an incredible and breath taking view of the beach and ocean. We had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Rockaway Beach! We are already planning our next stay!

view beautiful, carpets and couches need cleaned. screen door hard to close. kitchen stocked well, driveway only set up for 2/3 vehicles. couldn't get a/c to work. Sunny days living room gets very hot. opened doors for ventilation. Could use better patio furniture. With such a view, sitting in hard plastic chairs is not comfortable for very long.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the beautiful view and well-stocked kitchen. The A/C is working properly; selecting the Cool setting should get it running. We also recently cleaned the couches and upstairs carpet, so they’re looking much better. Additional parking is available just up the street in the cul-de-sac. We appreciate your comments about the screen door, which renters keep breaking, and patio furniture as well, and will continue making improvements to enhance our guests’ comfort. Take good care.

Wonderful place for a family!

We had a great time at this VRBO! The house was clean and well-stocked. We had four kids/toddlers with us and it was great to have a family friendly space. The view was stunning and the location was convenient. We would stay here again!

Visiting for the Hood To Coast Relay with running teammates. Property was great, with perfect sleeping arrangements for up to 14 people.

We really enjoyed this beach house. Lots of room and beds. Well stocked kitchen. Lots of board games the record collection was a nice surprise. Would come again.

Great Family Trip to Rockaway

What a great house, especially for a group! 9 of us enjoyed the house and had plenty of space for needs. Plenty of seating, beds and supplies, plus a great deck. The views of the coast and Twin Rocks were incredible!

Anna was accommodating and easy to work with, her response was always immediate. House is very well equipped. Neighbors that we met were fantastic. If you had to use one word to describe this property it would be, VIEW.
