This 2 bedroom, 1 bath house offers all of the comforts of home. Inside you'll find a bright open space with plenty of natural light. Outside you'll enjoy a gorgeous heated, salt water pool surrounded by a large lounge area for relaxing, grilling or just enjoying the beautiful West Palm Beach weather.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, HD TV, and a small lounge area with a couch. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and there is a third Florida room with another HD TV, and a twin size day bed which can be used for sleeping or just relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped and the house is stocked with all necessary linens and paper goods.

This property is just a short walk to The Palm Beach Zoo, The South Florida Science Center and Aquarium and Dreher Park. It is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized in between each tenant and all linens are exchanged with freshly washed replacements.

The house wasn’t what we expected. The beds were comfortable and there were the expected number of beds. The third bedroom is a sunroom with only a fan and window unit that couldn’t keep up with the heat. The pool was nice but the bugs were a bad that you couldn’t stay out there for long if you weren’t in the pool. There was a loud dog next door. The biggest problem we had was that there were termites in the bathroom.

It nice place but is in need of some good cleaning and maintenance. The pool and backyard is nice but the table chairs are rotten. The parking is very tight especially for a larger vehicle. The biggest problem is the neighbors dog who barks at all yours of the night and there isn’t a room you can’t hear it!!!!

Family Time

My family stay in home was amazing. We enjoyed the proximity to downtown and the beach. We greatly enjoyed the swimming pool! The home was quaint and cozy.

Great Stay!

The pool was fabulous! King bed was very comfortable. Location was great for going downtown and the parks at the end of the street were wonderful walks and viewing wildlife. We would definatley stay again at this house.

Very close to our reason for visit. Owners are great communicators and handle any and all issues promptly. Second time staying will be back again soon.

Family Stay

This was an excellent property for our vacation. The pool was great day and night and was very clean as was the home. We were able to extend our stay an extra night. The only thing we had problems with was the neighbors dog barking. We would definitely rent again

The pool was great! The home is older and interior shows and the washing machine doesn’t work quite right but it was a good for the quick trip I took. The owner was responsive. Neighborhood isn’t the best but the location is centrally located and desirable for that reason

Birthday getaway

We were visiting West Palm for a birthday celebration. We loved that this property was close to the science museum and the zoo and close to restaurants and supermarkets. This home is an older home needs some updating but very cozy. The owner Chris was very friendly and easy to communicate with our favorite part of this property was the backyard and the pool area!

Our second time here!

We will continue to book this house every time we come to Florida! It’s the prefect home for our family vacation. Close to the beach! We love the pool! And Chris always responds quickly with any questions or concerns. Truly a great experience every time we stay here!

Great place excellent listing

The neighbors would yell all night an morning dog barks but the stay was great enjoying the pool the area was different from my class but I do recommend for others to enjoy this space

Great House, Great Host.

Great little house. Perfect for business travel and for the family to visit while I was on the road. Pool was amazing and the host was easy to work with. I extended my stay a few times with no issues. Overall would highly recommend.

As this was my first experience not staying in a hotel, it couldn’t have gone any better. The house was really clean and very well maintained upon arrival, which is a great start to a vacation; first impressions and all. The owner, Chris, was gracious enough to let us check in a couple of hours early as well. The next time I go to West Palm beach, I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. I would recommend to family and friends for future visits.
