Perfect for a weekend stay!

Neal was a great host, he very clearly communicated all pros and cons of the property to us upon booking to ensure we were informed of our stay. He was very prompt to answer all of my questions. The property itself is very clean and nicely decorated. Located close to a nice night time scene and not far from downtown! We really enjoyed our experience.

Beds galore

This property had exactly what my family of mom/dad and 3 adult children needed to give each a separate bedroom since the younger 2 enjoy being together while the older enjoys privacy. The property was conveniently located near downtown but far enough away to be out of the crowd. Parking was available right outside the entrance. The property listing accurately describes toddler noises upstairs. These footsteps usually begin between 7:45 AM and 8:15 AM, which is when we were about ready to wake up. Earplugs were provided but we chose not to use them. The bedding is extremely comfortable. We had no issues with the property, and we’d gladly choose to stay again.

Perfect Nashville Accommodations!

Neal's property is the perfect place to stay if you want easy access to the downtown area, as well as a short walk to all the breakfast spots your heart could ever want. Our group of 6 had plenty of room and nearly everything we needed. Neal made sure to be in great communication and I felt very safe during our stay.

We had a great experience staying at this property. Great location! Lots of restaurants within walking distance & Broadway was just a short uber away. The apartment was clean, spacious & perfect for a weekend stay. Neal was super accommodating & an incredible host! Definitely recommend!

Great Location in Nashville by 12 S Ave!

This is a great property to stay with your family in a very nice neighborhood. It is about a 15 walk to 12 S Ave where there are coffee shops, outstanding restaurants (Urban Cafe is so good), and shopping. It's is also close to Vanderbilt & Centennial park. If you like to get up early and go for a walk or jog, this is the perfect location for that. It's also away from the racket of Broadway for people not looking to party hard all night. Having said that, it's only a 10-15 minute drive to downtown & Broadway. Very easy drive! The place was very clean and it was nice to have 3 bedrooms. The AC worked superbly in the summer heat and it was cool when we arrived. Parking on the street directly in front of the unit was also convenient. There were plenty of towels, hairdryer, shampoo, etc. available. There is a tiny kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker (no sink). The one con was that the ice maker and ability to get water from the fridge was broken. So, the only option for water was the bathroom sink. I would recommend bringing your own bottled water if you stay here and would also suggest to the owner that the fridge should be fixed and working appropriately for guests. Also, there are dogs that bark early in the morning on occasion so maybe bring some earplugs if you like to sleep in. Other than that, the place was really great and we enjoyed our stay!! Location was excellent, beds were comfortable, and the place was clean! Thanks for a pleasant stay!!

Hidden Gem in Nashville!

This is a great property for a weekend (or short) stay in Nashville. The property is very comfortable with great beds and a well laid out lower level. It was also easy to get anywhere in the city within 10 mins or less. The host, Neal, was incredible. He gave us many suggestions of things to do and places to eat. When we had one small problem, he was very quick to take care of it. I highly recommend this listing.

Great experience

Property was easy to find and conveniently located. Beautiful decor and beds were very comfortable. Neal was very responsive to any questions prior to our arrival and booking was done with no issues. Easy drive to downtown Nashville. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay at this property.

CMA fest adventures

Our stay was wonderful! We appreciated the amenities like the coffee & especially the ear plugs LOL when the kids woke up above us before we were ready to. It was close enough to the events at CMA Fest that a short Uber ride was all the was needed but far enough away to get us out of the crowds at the end of the night. The hosts have a beautiful home & aside from thinking a sink that can accommodate dishwashing would be beneficial, this place was perfect!!!

Perfect location

Me, my 17 & 13 year old daughters, a friend & her 17 year old daughter stayed here for our trip to Nashville to see Taylor Swift. It was a perfect location with exactly enough space for all of us. Easy check in & check out. Loved it! Also appreciated the accurate listing description of the sounds we would hear from the family who lives upstairs. And appreciated the ear plugs that were supplied!

Beautiful Neighborhood!

Beautiful neighborhood near Belmont University. Loved walking to 12 South shopping, restaurant/bars. Quick Uber ride to Broadway. So happy we chose this house vs hotel near Broadway. Easy street parking, very clean and beds super comfortable.

Great location but noisy

Our family stayed in this property while attending a family wedding. The property is a basement mini-apartment and was well lit and clean. There was some water damage in the bathroom as well as a snafu with the water heater when we first arrived which was resolved. Just be aware that the folks living upstairs have a very barky dog and small kids who are almost as noisy as mine, so don’t plan to sleep in!

Amazing Space for a Girls Weekend!

We reserved this property for a bachelorette weekend and we had plenty of space for all 6 girls to get ready, and it was in such a great location! Quick uber ride away from Broadway and all of the best shopping Nashville has to offer! The property was so clean and beautiful, definitely recommend booking your stay here!
