Hi def. TV's in every room including sitting area/kitchenette,-Coffee maker/ Refrigerator/Foreman Grill -vented out roof.. The rooms in the depot are large an spacious, each room has comfortable bedding and linen arrangement. There are 2 private bathrooms afforded my guests. This is a private duplex apartment . No Shared space. Although I'm available for any guests may have typically I do not have any interaction. During your stay you will have full run of the large front porch. I live in the downstairs an operate exclusively out of the back of the house . There is stairs from the street up to the patio and from the patio there is a 2 landing stair way to where the guest stay. There is no conventional kitchen.

After 2 guests is $25 per guest per night

Will was a great host! We were in town for a concert, and this place was great! Such a cute and safe neighborhood with great shopping and dining within walking distance. We also used Lime scooters all around the city, from "home" to downtown. This was the perfect place to stay while we explored Nashville!

Great property and very near 12 South which has bars, restaurants, shops etc. Host was very responsive to any messages. Property is exactly as described and everything worked well. Plenty of towels and host did message to ask if we needed more. The sitting area is quite small but if you're going to be out & about this might not be an issue. There was only 2 of us so a perfect fit. Check in was with a code and was a quick and easy way for us to access the property.We were provided with paper cups & plates. Not sure how other people would feel about that. Cousin gave us 2 large mugs to use so we were fine.Very handy for bus routes into downtown.

Overall it was clean, except for the upstairs bathroom. There was cracked caulking so used the downstairs bathroom shower. The last night was noisy from a TV from downstairs until 1am. It was noted smells from downstairs kitchen came thru vents to permeate air. Location was great and neighborhood quiet. Great walking distance to shops and eateries.

We had a great weekend- the front porch was a great place to hang out and relax. The short walk to 12 South & Belmont was awesome! In town for Belmont graduation and didn’t have to worry about parking at events since we could walk there. Owner was easy to work with and responded timely! Thank you for opening your home to our family

We had the entire second floor of house to ourselves. Very clean and charming. Location is on a nice street close to all the shops and restaurants on 12th Ave south. Highly recommended!

The host was quick to respond to our questions. Beds were so comfortable and the property clean and tidy and stately. It’s located in a lovely neighborhood. After having our first cup of coffee from the coffee station our host provided, we loved walking in the mornings to breakfast on 12th Ave. Just a few minutes drive to Waterfront Park and Broadway downtown. This is a great place to stay when in Nashville!

This property is super close to Belmont which was a huge bonus as we were moving our daughter into her dorm. I hate to leave unfavorable reviews but this owner is doing the bare minimum on this property. The description says there is no contact with the host and that is the absolute truth. I had to go to the VRBO description to find out how to get in. No messages what so ever. It was hot in Nashville and the air conditioning couldn’t keep up. The unit is just clean enough but far from clean. The best part was the 6 bottles of water left in the refrigerator. It is my understanding that Nashville has made it super expensive to run a VRBO so my guess is that contributes to how this property is run. I’ll say again. This is a perfect location to Belmont and 12 South especially if you only need a place to sleep.

Perfect location - beautiful quiet street -quick walk to 12 s and Belmont and felt very safe. Clean and comfortable accommodations. Owner was great with communication. Would definitely stay there again

Great property convenient to Belmont, music rue and downtown attractions. Lots of save, clean and quiet. Would definitely stay again. My only 2 complaints: 1) the pillows seriously suck. Bring your own. 2) For a rental that sleeps 6, there are only seats for 2 which makes it hard to be together comfortably.

This is in an excellent location with an easy walk to Belmont Blvd and 12 south. Great place to stay for the price point.

Place was great beds were comfy! Nice patio to hang out on! Nice 10 minutes from downtown! Great location!
