Great location in 12 South! Very walkable to great shops and restaurants. Comfortable beds and nice-sized bedrooms and bathroom. Highly recommend!

Well, laid out and maintained place. Very convenient to get back-and-forth to Vanderbilt and easy walk to 12 south. Contacted owner with some basic questions during my stay and she was immediately responsive. Will definitely keep this in mind for future stays.

This garage apartment is in an excellent location VERY near Belmont and in the heart of 12South. It was clean and comfortable, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Can’t beat this location in a wonderful neighborhood!! Enjoyed a great stay with wonderful food and shopping all within walking distance. Don’t hesitate to book this.

The place looks great. Very welcoming It is near the 12 South area even if we could not take advantage of it. Should note the two sets (one flight with a door in the middle) for those with mobility issues.

Cute little spot. We loved that it was walking distance to shops and restaurants. The host allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout so we could go and grab lunch. That was really nice. They also provided Coffee, which was fantastic. I would recommend this spot and would definitely stay here again

Loved the property and location. The only thing I would note is that the parking spot is tight.

Kaye, We are glad you enjoyed the property and location. The parking spot is plenty big enough for 2 cars to fit back to back, and then there is also street parking within 50 yards of the rental. Last Minute Booking

Hosts were very accommodating for a last minute booking over the July 4th weekend! Great house in a great location! House was very clean and well stocked with an amazing shower.

Basketball tournament

Location was excellent, restaurants close within walking distance. Neighborhood was nice and peaceful.

Wonderful location and beautiful space!!! New and clean!!

We loved the location and property. Easy walk to 12 south and gorgeous decor. Felt so clean and NEW. We will def stay again! The owner was so kind and helpful!

Excellent Location

We enjoyed being able to walk to the restaurants and shops nearby. We caught an uber for about $10 to take us downtown. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable as well!

Wonderful place to stay!

Clean, cute place in a safe neighborhood. Beds and pillows were great!! We used Uber and Lyft instead of a rental car and everything was pretty reasonable. Shopping and good coffee within walking distance. Would definitely recommend!

Great Sport in Perfect part of the City

We enjoyed the location convience of it's location to all our favorite plasced to visit. The home was very nice and had all the appliances we needed. Great Hot Water and everything was very nice and clean.

Clean, with modern decor and in a great location

We had a great stay at the property. It was immaculate, well-decorated and in a perfect location. We easily walked to all that 12 South had to offer and it was only a quick ride to Broadway. We look forward to a return visit.
