Le Divillien is a superb apartment of 120 m2 located in the heart of the city center of Marseille, close to the old port and shopping streets. Completely renovated in 2021, it offers 4 beautiful rooms with great benefits. Located in a typical Marseille building this is the ideal location to enjoy the sweetness of Marseille life.
Composition of the apartment:
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a typical Marseilles building. You will be charmed by its generous volume, the general layout that make it a very pleasant place to live. You will enter a main corridor that serves on your left the main room with a large kitchen, a large table for meals with family or friends, and the living room. From the corridor and on the right you access the rooms. Each offers a double bed and the master bedroom also offers a single bed with the capacity of the apartment to 9 possible beds. The apartment offers 2 shower room.
The Divillien is fully equipped for you to feel at home: Wifi/ Washing Machine Lige/ Dishwasher / Nespresso Coffee Machine/ Welcome coffee and tea capsules offered ...
The Cocoonr service:
You will be greeted on site in a personalized way by a person from the agency Cocoonr Marseille who will present you the accommodation, answer your questions and hand you the keys.
Bed linen and towels of hotel quality (4/ 5 stars) are provided, your bed will be made on your arrival. Towels and bath mats also provided. Wifi internet access by fiber.
Geographical location:
By staying at Le Divillien you choose a large apartment with a central geographical location to discover the city. Located on a shopping street without a car and benefiting from the tram at the foot of the building, you are 10 minutes walk from the Old Port or Castellane Square. The streets Paradis, Montgrand and Grignan and their many shops are 5 minutes walk.
Given the residential area, no parties or noise pollution will be tolerated.
We are in constant contact with our neighbors, who ensure that the area remains calm.
Should we receive any complaints about noise pollution, we will be obliged to cancel your reservation without refund. We thank you for your understanding.
Transportation:
The T3 tram line passes at the foot of the building, the Metro lines 1 and 2 are accessible at the Castellane station located 3 stops away.
The nearest car park is Q-Park Baret Saint-Ferréol car park
Gare Saint Charles is a 15-minute drive via Metro 2 Station Notre-Dame du Mont
The airport is accessible by shuttle to Saint Charles station but we advise you to prefer taxis or Uber drivers.
