Beautiful completely remodeled two bedroom, two full bath house on salt water canal. Total privacy. No shared space! Your own getaway to enjoy! The house is fully equipped with linen, dishes, towels, and iron. The house has beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler to take to the beaches. Everything you need for a at home stay! Please read all information and amenities prior to request. If an amenity is not listed then it is not offered.
The master bathroom door leads you to the backyard to the three person jacuzzi. With outdoor lighting over the jacuzzi. A few steps away! You can enjoy the local canals on the two Kayaks. Two kayaks are provided with life jackets. Love to fish! We also provide a few fishing poles to fish from the dock or take to a local fishing spot! Downtown is a block away. You could take a bike ride or walk. Two bikes are provided at the house. The house is full of amenities!
Just minutes from beaches, dining, and entertainment! Walking or bike ride distance to everything Downtown Cape Coral has to offer. The house is located a few blocks from the Cape Coral Bridge that takes you to Ft Myers.
Come to the sunshine state and enjoy the tropical weather.

Additional one time fee of 25.00 per guest for 3rd and 4th guest. You must disclose all guest upon reservation request. Other listings have additional fees. No additional fees for the electric, heating of spa, or any other use of the property! NO OTHER ADDITIONAL FEES . IF ALL GUEST ARE NOT DISCLOSED. At time of arrival we have the right to not accept check in.

Our property manager is available during your entire stay with any questions that might come up.

Garage is not part of the rental and is used by owners only. Boat and lift are Private Property. Property has two outside cameras.

Only 2 cars permitted to park at anytime. Please park in designated area. No trailers. No RVs. Boats only permitted with approval at time of booking. Parking is free and private.


After booking request is accepted an email will be sent requesting all guests drivers licenses. This must be sent in a timely manner. Reservation will be canceled if not received! After receiving all drivers license. A email for a Rental Agreement will need to be completed. All occupants must be listed on rental agreement. If for any reason, there is a breach in contract. A 20% cancellation fee will be charged.

LIABILITY: By accepting the terms of VRBO, the guests also assume the risk of all harm and or injury which may occur to the guest and their invitees on the premises or use of facilities, including spa and kayaks. The guest also agrees to release and hold the host harmless of any and all liability.


RELEASE: GUESTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A RELEASE OF LIABILITY BEFORE SPA AND KAYAK USAGE
