The Marais Chic apartment (Dreams Apartments Paris) enjoys a perfectly central location, literally steps from the metro Saint-Paul. Once you have crossed the leafy and peaceful courtyard of this charming 20th century building, you could almost forget that you are in the heart of the vibrant Marais district. The interior of the apartment is beautifully designed and finished, with a timeless elegance that will make your Paris stay a special one. The floor plan offers lots of privacy for 2 couples.
The two bedrooms have AC, king sized beds, and closets. The two modern bathrooms have toilets and showers. The kitchen is open on the bright living room. Ideal Paris apartment

Phenomenal location—with great food shops and a metro stop a block away—excellent layout offering maximum privacy to two couples. Very pretty design and all the essentials. The hostess was very responsive and easy to reach. And the driver Philippe she arranged to meet our plane also helped us with the keys and our luggage—an amazing guy.

A true Parisian Experience

We rented the Le Marais apartment from Cecile for our family trip to France for three nights. The apartment is in a very quant walkup building in Le Marais just steps from the Il de St. Louis, Il de Citi and the bustling neighborhood of Le Marais. If you truly want to feel like you are living in Paris for the time you are there, this spot is for you. The apartment itself is exactly as advertised and very well appointed with two full bedrooms, two full bathrooms equipped with a washer/dryer and small but very functional kitchen. It was very comfortable and could accommodate a family or 4-5 well or two couples perfectly. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay again. Only caveat is if you are booking in the high heat of summertime, there is only one AC unit in the master bedroom for the entire apartment.

Best apartment in Paris

We loved our stay at this apartment. It included everything we needed and was in a great, quiet location. Very close to a Metro stop and great restaurants and shops.

Fantastic location and building

Cecile was fantastic. Loved the home and location. We took my 90 year old father with us, so an elevator was critical. We didn’t realize there was a half a flight of stairs on both ends of the elevator. My dad did ok with them, but it would have been better if we had known in advance.

Perfect Apartment in the 4th Arr.

The perfect apartment for two couples or a family, with two large bedrooms and two full baths. The location is just steps from the Saint-Paul metro station and Rue de Rivoli with many restaurants and conveniences nearby. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic stay in the Marais

This property is fantastic and even better than what is shown in the pictures. Everything about the property is perfect and the location couldn't be better. Cecile was incredibly responsive and also coordinated drivers for pick up and drop off at the apartment and the airport. I will definitely be staying here again!

Would stay here again

We stayed in mid June 2022. Overall, this was a wonderful apartment, located on the 4th floor of a vintage building inside a courtyard. The small elevator was convenient. Clean, spacious and very quiet. Location was excellent - close to bakeries and restaurants and the St. Paul metro was less than 1 block away which was ideal. AC units, located in each bedroom, worked well. Cecile was professional and very responsive and the check in process was easy. We would highly recommend her private driver, who we used for airport transportation. Again, can't say enough good things about this apartment.

Fantastic apartment and location!

This apartment is perfect in every way: great location, quiet courtyard, beautifully decorated, two ‘equal’ good sized bedrooms and bathrooms, and has every finishing touch possible (umbrellas, adapter, bath products…) The owner and driver are professional and provide prompt responses and excellent service. If I could give it a ‘6.’ I would!

Very nice apartment

Clean and very quiet apartment in a lovely part of Paris. Felt safe and comfortable. Very helpful driver recommended by the host. Communication with the owner, Cecile, was quick and easy.

Excellent sejour

Notre impression sur la location est excellente. L’emplacement est idéal, l’appartement est très bien conçu, au calme, bien agencé et organisé pour recevoir des voyageurs dès les premières heures (lessive, un peu d’épicerie....). Le fait de récupérer les clés à l’arrivée dans le cadenas du vélo est quelque peu ennuyeux, sous la pluie, lorsque nous sommes encombrés de nos sacs , valises et autres objets de voyage. Nous y sommes tout de même arrivés ! Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette location.

Fantastic apartment and location!

I can't say enough great things about our stay at this apartment in Le Marais. Cecile, the apartment manager, is incredibly responsive and reliable. The information she supplied was extremely helpful and thorough. The apartment itself is absolutely lovely. Well maintained, lovely interior, clean and quiet. It's as beautiful in real life as it is in the photos. It was the perfect size for my husband, myself and our two teenage sons. The location is fabulous. Close to Metro stops, many markets, bakeries, restaurants, and shopping. Easily walkable (or a short Uber drive) to many Paris landmarks. Le Marais is our new favorite neighborhood in Paris. We absolutely hope to stay at this apartment again in the future.

Cecile was excellent manager, we communicated last minute and she was 100% helpful. The apt was super clean, the checkin/checkout was easy, the drivers Cecile works with and cleaning personnel were extremely professional and HELPFUL. The apt is perfectly situated, 2 streets from the river, out the back door to all of the shops, cafes, grocery, wine etc on rue de rivioli. Easy walk to Latin Quarter, easy access to taxis on rue de rivioli. Quiet neighborhood, enjoyable traditional restaurant next door (enjoyed lunch there & best espresso). The apt architecture itself is great for 2 couples, 2 good sized BRs separated by the kitchen/LR and a hallway. Kitchen has everything one needs to eat in, both bathrooms nicely maintained, washer/dryer worked quite well. Although elevator was convenient, the stairwell is easily walkable, well lit and not concrete (open & airy). We used the stairs exclusively except for luggage arrival/departure. Will definitely stay again! Thank you Cecile, Phillipe, Pascal & Rolly!!

DO NOT Book!!! Images do not match the actual property.

The property images are a far cry from the actual home. The unit was old looking and tired. The hallways were filled with smoke smell. Kitchen is serous need of refurbishing. We chose to leave and get a hotel. Be aware the images are much nicer then the actual unit.

A beautiful comfortable stay

Cecile’s Marais Apartment

We had an extraordinary time in Cecile’s Marais apartment. The outstanding reviews of the apartment, Cecile as a host, the driver Philippe are all true and almost understated. Five of us (including one adult who praised the sofa bed) spent a delightful Christmas vacation in the Marais apartment. The food shopping in the area made cooking unnecessary; we were able to assemble a sumptuous xmas meal from the traiteurs nearby. Thank you Cecile for the many kindnesses that made staying in your apartment such a joy!

Very good location and amenities. Great property management. Only one small complaint. Very little insulation between floors. Neighbors above us through a wild party until 4am on the last Friday we were there and we felt like they were in our apartment.

Great flat in all respects. Quiet, clean, sunny, well appointed and very charming.

My cousin and I really loved the apartment. It was so perfect in every way. Very comfortable and convenient to shops, restaurants and metro. Had everything you needed for a delightful stay. We lived the atmosphere inside a courtyard and with an elevator, a great plus. Beds and bathrooms were comfortable and well appointed. We used the owners driver to pick us up. He took us into the flat speedily and brought our luggage up. The owner is very responsive though we did not have any problems to report. We look forward to staying there again!!!

Perfect Paris stay

The Marais Chic apartment was everything we had hoped for and then some. Cecile was a pleasure to work with on arrangements. Always professional and responsive. She helped to schedule several trips with her personal driver, Philippe, who was such a gentleman and went above and beyond to assist us and make us feel welcome in Paris. The apartment was absolutely spotless and had every convenience one could need while traveling. We were in Paris during a heat wave and the portable floor AC systems were a relief to come home to after walking the city in the extremely high temperatures. We did a couple of history walking tours with Christopher from Paris Walks. He was a wealth of information, and helped us to explore and learn so much about so many areas of the city. The location was so close to everything, including the most wonderful restaurant with the friendliest staff right downstairs from the apartment. It was a dream trip come true. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for the perfect Paris vacation.

We stayed on 2 nights but Cecile was very easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. David was a huge help; we highly recommend using him. Metro stop, grocery, major landmarks all nearby. There is even a curling iron and a flat iron in the apartment for your use! IWe very much enjoyed our stay!

Lovely Apartment in Le Marais

This was the perfect place for our family of four to stay in Paris! Apartment is lovely and so nice and clean. The binder that Cecile provides has all the information you could ever ask for...very helpful. Close walking distance to many sites and there are two very close metro stations. I regularized my apartment to have the right to rent it on short term. It's so rare in Paris. Only a hundred of apartments are legal. So you don't have to worry to see an inspector of the City of Paris knocking at the door during your stay at Marais Elegance.
Also, Le Marais is my favorite part of Paris. I've always loved hanging on in the charming streets of this area, and feel like if I was in a cute little village. There are plenty of fancy restaurants and cafés, trendy shops and art galleries, open markets, and above all, it's so close to every thing that you want to see or visit when you're in Paris. i believe location is the most important when you choose a vacation rental, and you won't be disappointed!
