Cute place…would agree that it could use some updating but we were really just there for the balcony and the location which were both awesome.Would stay there again for a short stay. I think if I planned on cooking meals and staying a while I may pick a different place but this was perfect for our needs

Great view from balcony. I really enjoyed my stay. He was very responsive when I had a minor issue with the wifi.

Place is super close to most of the attractions in Atlanta. There is a lot of crime activity there but not like other places in Atlanta. Sleeping was largest gripe I had. Me and a friend came and we barely got any sleep. The bed is an old one and just wasn’t comfortable, the couch isn’t an option for any actual sleep. Found a cockroach in my fan right before bed too. The balcony was the best part.

Nice condo for 2. Love the balcony. An excellent location for visiting downtown attractions. We walked to the Coke museum and the GA Aquarium. There are several other attractions within walking distance along with food establishments too. Easy access to 75 and 85.

It is an excellent location and the best part was the balcony. Towels were mildew smelling and just ok as far as cleanliness. Older unit, which is ok, but shows wear and tear. The a/c left the bedroom very muggy feeling, so turned it off. Fine for 2 days.

Overall great, I was able to park without a problem and checked in pretty fine. Staying overnight was great too, nice and cool.

had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location couldn’t be better—right in the center of everything, making it easy to explore and get around. The owner was very communicative and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I’d definitely stay here again!

Great for a quick stay.

This property is great for a quick stay for a single or a couple. The staff at the building are very helpful and friendly. The downtown location is great.
