3 bedroom, 2 bath modern bungalow with 6 person hot tub, fire pit, Traegar electric grill. House is located in the quiet, transitioning Westside Atlanta neighborhood which is 5 minutes to Holmes Marta Station, Westside Park, and I-20. It is located 10 minutes to Mercedez Benz Stadium, State Farm Area, Downtown, West Midtown, and Six Flags. It is located 15-20 minutes to Midtown Atlanta, Georgia State, and Georgia Tech. There are three desks for working, ample dining space, and a kitchen perfect for putting your culinary skills to use. There are three Smart TVs and high speed internet. The back yard is fully fenced in. Note: there is no guarantee that the hot tub isn’t undergoing routine maintenance during your stay.

The communication with Patrick, the owner was great. The house was just as described on VRBO. The neighbors were nice. The neighborhood is a little rough but was very quiet. We had no issues. The property was super easy to find. With the pet friendly back yard and hot tub it makes it most enjoyable for relaxing. Hop skip and a jump to Marta for all your transportation needs makes is a nice location.

We went to the SweetWater festival at the Shirley Clarke Franklin park and this home was convenient and comfortable. No frills but the hot tub was a great way to unwind each night. Be aware of limited food choices in the area, but we were prepared so it didn’t factor in to our stay.

The host was in constant communication and answered all my questions very quickly!! The home is amazing, big beds plenty of space, everything you’d need in a home and the hot tub is wonderful! Definitely would recommend this home to anyone!

Although the description of the property listed the neighborhood as a "transitioning neighborhood", I believe that does not describe the neighbor accurately. This was in a very rough area. Many of the houses had bars on the windows. While the house its self was okay, the overall property left a lot to be desired. Getting the check in information just a few hours before we checked in brought up some flags when were were told not to make loud noised to not trip the "Break Glass Alarm". Unfortunately, my wife could not stay in this house with our three children. The owner was not willing to work with us on even a partial refund. Very disappointing overall.

I advised the guest that when traveling to a different area you are unfamiliar with, it is always suggested to do your research to make sure you are staying in an area that meets your expectations. My home is in an area that is transitioning as many homes have been flipped in the past several years. Other than that, 60% of the area is retired aged, predominantly owner occupied homes. As long as you are minding your own business, I've never had any major issues. My neighbors on both sides of my home are friendly. I wasn't able to find another renter, otherwise I would have issued a refund. The guest expected a full refund on the date of check in.

We moved an ottoman and found what I'm assuming was a pair of the previous guests' panties on the floor. Not a big deal, we just threw them away, but it was a little unsettling.

The location and property were perfect for our trip! The host was very easy to communicate with and quickly responded to any questions. We had our dogs with us so the fully fenced in back yard was a huge plus. The house was roomy and clean and very close to the interstate. We would definitely recommend and would stay there again!
