3 bedroom, 2 bath modern bungalow with 6 person hot tub, fire pit, Traegar electric grill. House is located in the quiet, transitioning Westside Atlanta neighborhood which is 5 minutes to Holmes Marta Station, Westside Park, and I-20. It is located 10 minutes to Mercedez Benz Stadium, State Farm Area, Downtown, West Midtown, and Six Flags. It is located 15-20 minutes to Midtown Atlanta, Georgia State, and Georgia Tech. There are three desks for working, ample dining space, and a kitchen perfect for putting your culinary skills to use. There are three Smart TVs and high speed internet. The back yard is fully fenced in. Note: there is no guarantee that the hot tub isn’t undergoing routine maintenance during your stay.

Great host!

Very nice we enjoyed our stay the host Patrick was perfect great communication! One night of our stay a tree from the neighbors yard fell to the yard and he reached out and came to make sure everyone and everything was okay. By the next day had fence fixed and hot tub cleared up and running for us. Was the best stay !

Beautiful home, enjoyed the stay had everything you'd need except face towels i bought 4 other people with me 3 kids and one other adult but it was only 2 face towels, other than that very nice stay. I'd stay again

Lots of amenities

The backyard and hottub were great and well kept. We enjoyed the air conditioner and fans in all rooms, as well as the nice towels and sheets. The place was well equipped and had everything we needed.The back bathroom could use some cleaning and the smell of air fresheners was overpowering upon entry. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Best little hidden secret

I had a great stay at 498 Woods Drive, I felt like it is the best kept secret of the forest in the city. The house was very spacious loved the kitchen we prepare breakfasts for my family. Everything was immaculate in the house. The neighbors were friendly It was a quiet neighborhood. We sat in the back yard lit a fire in the fire pit for the mosquitos and relaxed in the hot tube.

We probably should have book an apartment, I would have felt safer

We booked close to the airport and 2 the Stadiums.My son was coming in from Australia. The house was ok, The area was a eye opener

Short and sweet

Easy to communicate with owner. Easy to get to and from everything. Felt safe and comfortable. Clean. The master bath shower head turns up very strong so maybe check the holder for it cause it popped out and hit my wife. But it’s okay. The other bathroom just needs a floor mat in the shower since my father in law accident prone but not the owners fault for anything.

Very nice property

The property was very nice. Had everything we needed and our dogs loved the fenced in back yard. The jacuzzi was a definite plus especially with the freezing temperatures we had during our stay. Will definitely rebook for the future

Great communicator, short distance to everything

The hot tub was *mwah* chefs kiss. Short distance to everything we wanted to see. The host was great. Everytime we had a question he was quick to respond and was super helpful! Will stay again!

Worked for what we needed

Came to atlanta for a few days from NC to watch a soccer game and do all the other touristy things. We weren't familiar with the area so we trusted the house was in a decent location. The house was decent and had all we needed for our short stay. Communication with the owner was great but the house location is awful. It would have been nice to been given a heads up that this house is in the middle of the ghetto. Thank God for the security system bc otherwise we wouldn't have slept a wink. This house is literally in the middle of the hood, so if you are ok with that, then this is the house for you!! But we survived and still had a good trip despite the location. Enjoy!!

Other than the street being a little loud, it was wonderful! The host was very responsive when we locked ourselves out (whoops!), and the house was lovely. Hot tub was great, too. Really enjoyed it!!

Nice places

The spot was nice and clean but the beds were exceptional. Many times when we travel we just accept the beds will be uncomfortable but this was a pleasant surprise! All 3 rooms were used and all three people said they were so comfortable.

Good for a short stay

My friends & I stayed at this property for just a couple days. It was a great spot for us to crash once we got back from a busy day! We got locked out late one night & the host was very responsive & helpful in getting us back inside. The property wasn’t the cleanest, but we didn’t spend a ton of time there, so it wasn’t a huge issue to us. The surrounding area I felt was typical for Atlanta, but we felt safe in the house itself. Overall, it was a good experience!

Cute house with all the necessities!

We stayed here to two nights, the house was nice and spacious and all the amenities/extras we needed. The couch was very comfortable, and the beds were also extremely comfortable and I was able to get a good nights sleep (sometimes an issue when staying in rentals). We had one minor issue that Patrick took care of quickly. Patrick was an amazing host and has excellent communication.
