3 bedroom, 2 bath modern bungalow with 6 person hot tub, fire pit, Traegar electric grill. House is located in the quiet, transitioning Westside Atlanta neighborhood which is 5 minutes to Holmes Marta Station, Westside Park, and I-20. It is located 10 minutes to Mercedez Benz Stadium, State Farm Area, Downtown, West Midtown, and Six Flags. It is located 15-20 minutes to Midtown Atlanta, Georgia State, and Georgia Tech. There are three desks for working, ample dining space, and a kitchen perfect for putting your culinary skills to use. There are three Smart TVs and high speed internet. The back yard is fully fenced in. Note: there is no guarantee that the hot tub isn’t undergoing routine maintenance during your stay.

The host was very responsive. No issues checking in or out. The area is quite a bit older, but the house itself had the interior remodeled and was in good condition. The jacuzzi was a nice bonus.Be careful coming up the driveway as to not scrape your vehicle and only pull up to the stairs to avoid a brick over wiring. There were some issues with a neighbor’s dog constantly barking one night, blaring music, and honking at all hours of the night as well. Would recommend using white noise.

Good: Beds were comfy and hot tub worked. Bad: Was a little concerned about being warned of electrical wire on the driveway covered by a brick. The drive way is VERY steep and has a huge hole in the front so our vehicle scraped the bottom coming and going (parked on street during the stay because of it)Was warned to wear footwear on back porch and fenced in yard because of glass and or sharp objects?!? Guess its inside only for the kids! Killed 2 cockroaches (you're welcome).Shower curtain in master bath was moldy at the bottom.2 very distinct spots in the main kitchen area feel like you are going to fall right through the floor.

Clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive. The only minor issue (not the owner’s fault) was a Greek chorus of dogs on either side of the residence that start their morning opera a little earlier than we would have preferred.

The house was what we hoped for. The barking dogs surrounding the property were nonstop at times including during the night. And the driveway is in poor condition. Scraped my bottom going in would have been nice to know ahead of time. House inside was fantastic. Flooring is aged.

Great host!

Very nice we enjoyed our stay the host Patrick was perfect great communication! One night of our stay a tree from the neighbors yard fell to the yard and he reached out and came to make sure everyone and everything was okay. By the next day had fence fixed and hot tub cleared up and running for us. Was the best stay !

Short and sweet

Easy to communicate with owner. Easy to get to and from everything. Felt safe and comfortable. Clean. The master bath shower head turns up very strong so maybe check the holder for it cause it popped out and hit my wife. But it’s okay. The other bathroom just needs a floor mat in the shower since my father in law accident prone but not the owners fault for anything.

Lots of amenities

The backyard and hottub were great and well kept. We enjoyed the air conditioner and fans in all rooms, as well as the nice towels and sheets. The place was well equipped and had everything we needed.The back bathroom could use some cleaning and the smell of air fresheners was overpowering upon entry. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Worked for what we needed

Came to atlanta for a few days from NC to watch a soccer game and do all the other touristy things. We weren't familiar with the area so we trusted the house was in a decent location. The house was decent and had all we needed for our short stay. Communication with the owner was great but the house location is awful. It would have been nice to been given a heads up that this house is in the middle of the ghetto. Thank God for the security system bc otherwise we wouldn't have slept a wink. This house is literally in the middle of the hood, so if you are ok with that, then this is the house for you!! But we survived and still had a good trip despite the location. Enjoy!!

Beautiful home, enjoyed the stay had everything you'd need except face towels i bought 4 other people with me 3 kids and one other adult but it was only 2 face towels, other than that very nice stay. I'd stay again

Best little hidden secret

I had a great stay at 498 Woods Drive, I felt like it is the best kept secret of the forest in the city. The house was very spacious loved the kitchen we prepare breakfasts for my family. Everything was immaculate in the house. The neighbors were friendly It was a quiet neighborhood. We sat in the back yard lit a fire in the fire pit for the mosquitos and relaxed in the hot tube.

Comfortable place

We felt that the property was sufficient for what we needed - an accessible bathroom, three comfortable bedrooms, parking, and a house all on one floor. We really enjoyed the hot tub after each day of touring. There are some repairs needed in the kitchen for safety (a missing cabinet door and the fascia on the oven has come off). It seems that the floor of the house was applied directly to the previous floor without repairing the sub-floor, so there are some spots on the floor that are warped and may soon cause a tripping hazard. The neighborhood is OK but it is not a place meant for walking to anything. The parking area has plenty of room and I appreciated the alarm on the house for safety. The A/C was also excellent along with fans in every room. There were plenty of clean towels and paper supplies (no tissues). The laundry was excellent.

Convenient and Cozy

For a quick long weekend trip to Atlanta, this was a lovely choice for accomodations. Our host, Patrick was clear and full of information before hand. The house was clean and well supplied with necessities like paper goods, soaps, and coffee to make it so easy to just drop in and relax. We greatly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

We probably should have book an apartment, I would have felt safer

We booked close to the airport and 2 the Stadiums.My son was coming in from Australia. The house was ok, The area was a eye opener
