Nice condo was as advertised, really enjoyed the location the view of beach and an easy walk each day. It was also nice being pretty much in town if you needed to make a quick trip to get some essentials.

Our stay was perfect. The space was nice and clean. Our patio overlooked the ocean. Collin was super friendly and responsive. Would go again.

Very clean condo. We had a great time. Nice and easy to contact the owner. He let us know everything we needed for getting in and everything that was provided. Well stocked and a great location. Nice view of the gulf.

Very nice condo

The condo was updated, clean, and very pleasant to stay in for our vacation. Collin was very communicative, called to make sure we got in OK and if we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving get-away

Wanted to getaway from Austin Tx. Condo was perfect for us three. Enjoyed the balcony the best, even though it got chilly in the evening. Plenty of parking beach access was great.

Owner was very responsive. Condo was very clean and well stocked. Located right on the beach. We loved it and can't wait to come back!

Perfect spot for the four of us. Wonderful views. All the necessities of home, AC worked great and the place was immaculately clean, like no sand on the floors which is near impossible at beach front places. Collin is a wonderful host and extremely responsive. Place has recently been repainted inside and out and it looks great.

Great condo and wonderful location!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! I came with five kids, and it was absolutely perfect for our group. The location is unbeatable — right on the beach with stunning views, and close enough to town to enjoy all the great restaurants and local eats.The condo itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained with excellent amenities. The kids loved the pool, and having golf cart access made everything so easy — they were able to go back and forth to the beach with no problem.It truly had everything we needed for a fun, relaxing family getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

Family Getaway!

Our family LOVED our stay at Colin’s condo!! It was super clean, comfortable, fully stocked, and the views were amazing. The complex was clean, friendly, and we loved the pool! Walking to the beach was a quick 5 minute stroll (with two small kids), and parking was ample. Our kids were SO sad to leave!!

Best rental ever!

We absolutely loved this property! Everything was clean and up to date. The property is very close to the beach. I think this will be our go to rental from now on!!! The owner is super sweet and very helpful too!!
