This two-story warm, comfortable and clean 3 bed/2 bath condo with newer updated kitchen is beautifully situated overlooking the main fenced pool (Bldg. A) at the Coral Cay Condominiums and It includes an ocean view from the master bedroom. Take advantage of both balconies for the restful sound of the beach or the start of happy hour for work or play. A 2/3-minute convenient stroll to Port Aransas beach via private boardwalk.

Golf, fishing, birding, water sports, pickle ball and fine dining enjoyment are available minutes from this strategically placed property...just bring your suntan lotion and beach towels!! This family friendly unit allows the flexibility of fun on the beach with the kids or a short trip for 9 holes of golf on a newly designed Palmilla Beach Golf Resort.

Excellent location, quiet property and great view from balcony!

The place was just as described and had everything we needed. Having 2 pool areas was a huge plus! The view of the beach and the boardwalk from the third balcony was much better than pictured. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed the stay. The condo was very clean and in a good location. We had issues working the thermostat, but when we contacted Rich, he was very helpful and fixed it for us. He was always spot on to answer any questions we had. I would stay here again. It is a lovely place.

Beautiful place ! Extremely clean and the beach was a short distance via the boardwalk We had an issue with the lock , it was a struggle to open the door but owner was very communicative and sent maintenance to fix the problem Plenty of parking space , clean pool and surroundingsWe loved that the condo was fully equipped for every day needs , even items for the beach Thank you Rich , it was a pleasure to stay at your place

The property was great. Well furnished and clean. The location is in town so you are close to services and restaurants. Easy access to the beach by walking or vehicle. The host was very friendly and attentive and responded quickly with any questions or needs. We would stay here again.

Exceeded Expectations

We had the best stay at this listing. It was clean, cozy, had all the amenities that we were looking for like swimming pool, and beach entry. It is very close to restaurants and shopping. The owner communicated very well in regards to directions and what we needed for this trip. Very thoughtfull.

Great Place to unwind

Everything was just as listed. Clean with a lot of amenities. Convenient to beach access. We enjoyed our time and the host was very responsive. Would surely rent again.

Loved the location of this condo. 5-7min to beach walk for 4-6yos. Ample bedroom space. Great full kitchen. It was clean! Awesome storage closet full of beach and pool toys but we didn't use them. We brought our own. Due to erosion we had some stickiness and faulty locks/doorknobs but Richard was accessible and helpful. We would suggest bringing a small stool for littles to reach bathroom sinks and nightlights. The pool and laundry room also worked well for us, but remember to bring cash or coins.

Beautiful property. Check-in was quick and we had no issues with our stay. They clean the pool everyday and it is a short walk to the beach. The property has everything that you need and more. There is a coffee maker, toaster, dishes, utensils, and cooking supplies. They provide beach chairs, toys, and floats which is super thoughtful and convenient. The unit is clean and has an awesome view of the pool and beach. Parking is not crowded and we felt our vehicles were safe and secure. The unit is located on the second and third floor with the kitchen, living room, and one bedroom on the 2nd floor and the other bedrooms on the 3rd floor. You won't be disappointed with this one!

Perfect getaway location

Loved our stay not only in this unit but in this complex. The unit is clean and fully stocked with everything you could need. The grounds are well kept and the pools are tended everyday. The walk to the beach is quick and easy, even our toddler had no complaints. Hosts were available for any questions we had. We will be back again Highly recommend staying here! .

Wonderful Stay and Host

Wonderful location and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need for a lengthy stay (kitchen utensils etc, not food). The owner was available and friendly. We are definitely coming back!

Great location !

We stayed at this property for almost a month and it was perfect. Beach was a 3 minute walk and we had a nice view of it from the upper balcony. The airport in Corpus Christi was an easy drive to pick up our guests. The host of the property was absolutely wonderful and easy to communicate with.

I also volunteer locally at the non-profit ARK (Animal Rehabilitation Keep), assisting and supporting the local and migratory birds and sea turtles. The condo complex is very well maintained and has plenty of FREE close parking for your boats, cars or buggies. The property is near to great restaurants and everything Port Aransas has to offer, not to mention a short walk to the boardwalk and over the dunes to one of the best beaches in Texas for warm ocean surf.

For those fisherman, there is a private fish cleaning area for your convenience.
