Hello, my name is Rich and I have been making people feel welcome for nearly nineteen years in the rental market, worked with a major airline for over 17 years providing exceptional customer service and have a great passion for watersports, kite boarding, TX beaches and the warm surf. I also volunteer locally at the non-profit ARK (Animal Rehabilitation Keep), assisting and supporting the local and migratory birds and sea turtles. I am excited about what Coral Cay #206 "Island Time" has to offer you and my goal is to make your visit accommodating and enjoyable.

The condo complex is very well maintained and has plenty of FREE close parking for your boats, cars or buggies. The property is near to great restaurants and everything Port Aransas has to offer, not to mention a short walk to the boardwalk and over the dunes to one of the best beaches in Texas for warm ocean surf.

The Coral Cay Condominium complex amenities are abundant. Its beachfront location is ideal; there are two inviting pools (closest pool near 206 heated during the winter months)., pickel ball court, an activity/meeting room, shuffle board, palapa with picnic and barbecue area and the convenience of on-site coin operated laundry. For those fisherman, there is a private fish cleaning area for your convenience.
