The condo was very nice and close to the beach, and also pools. Everything was stocked with the dishes that we needed. The only complaint, the upstairs bedroom said it had a king bed and it was a queen.

We have stayed at Richard’s place several times now because it’s so lovely—probably the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever cooked in for a VRBO. So close to the beach, so welcoming—we love this spot!

It was clean and nice and the location was great, just a short walk down the walkway to the beach. Check in was super easy, no office visit needed just a key in the lockbox outside the door. It was quiet and relaxing, and we could see our kids playing at the pool from our balcony. It was just what we needed.

We had a great time! The property was clean and in a good location. The property manager was super helpful with local suggestions and the communication was excellent. We really enjoyed our time!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location is amazing and the kitchen was very well stocked. It was very easy to communicate with Rich. We accidentally left an item behind and he went above and beyond to ensure we recovered it! Thank you so much Rich for being such a great host!!

Port Aransas was absolutely amazing ! Condo was great with everything we needed. Weather was picture perfect. Excellent location to short walk to beach and quick drive to downtown with many restaurants and beach bars. Rich was a great host and very responsive with communication. We would love to come back. Highly Recommended !!

The keys to unlock the door worked extremely poorly, and people were contacted ASAP to get this fixed, but was never fixed during our 2 days. The older couple could NOT ever get the keys to work, so they traveled strictly with us the entire time. The condo was excellent in all ways, location, clean, well decorated, easy access to beach and pool. I would definitely stay there again.

Mike...I am glad you enjoyed your stay. Thanks for the heads up about the front lock. My apologize for the inconvenience. The front office was immediately notified of the situation. On-site maintenance attempted to fix the sticky lock the same day; however, it was determined that the scope of work was beyond their means, and a third-party locksmith had to be scheduled, Unfortunately the locksmith was unable to arrive before your departure. The door locks have since been replaced, and the situation has been resolved. It is greatly appreciated contacting me so to have been able to have it working properly for my next guest. I look forward to having you back again soon.

Our host was very accomodating when we asked to check in a day early and quick to respond to our questions. The kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs. Especially loved the Breville Espresso machine!

Host was extremely communicative and very helpful. The condo was roomy and well appointed. Do be prepared for lots of stairs, but no major issues. Property is close to the beach and to town. Easy to get anywhere you want with a cart rental, which will deliver and pick up from the condo if you want. Great stay!

Excellent stay. Property is in a perfect location and is spacious and clean. Richard is very responsive and addressed any of our questions right away. Highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again next time we are in Port Aransas!

The condo complex is very well maintained and has plenty of FREE close parking for your boats, cars or buggies. The property is near to great restaurants and everything Port Aransas has to offer, not to mention a short walk to the boardwalk and over the dunes to one of the best beaches in Texas for warm ocean surf.

The Coral Cay Condominium complex amenities are abundant. Its beachfront location is ideal; there are two inviting pools (closest pool near 206 heated during the winter months)., pickel ball court, an activity/meeting room, shuffle board, palapa with picnic and barbecue area and the convenience of on-site coin operated laundry. For those fisherman, there is a private fish cleaning area for your convenience.
