Beautiful 2 story condo on the Kaanapali Royal golf course. My husband and I were here for a month and we loved watching the golfers and the closeness to Kaanapali beach and Whaler’s Village. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely space walking distance to whatever you want

What i said in the title. Beautiful wood and tile work. Bbq on the deck was awesome. Everything was very clean. Great selection of beach toys. Chairs, coolers, noodles, towels etc.

Noisy with the roof solar system being worked on. The bed upstairs was so broken down it was hard to sleep on. Otherwise, it was beautiful. We came for rest and peaceful warmth and it was noisy and the bed was rotten.

Great Condo

Very nice property. Problems we had were addressed eventually but thankfully management was quick to respond when the issue was reported…we were never left hanging. Only complaint would be that the furniture upholstery was in pretty rough shape.

Perfect location amazing service!

Great property, exactly as advertised. While there’s no dining table inside, the furniture on the lanai is perfect for all meals. Would be better with a bed in the second room as opposed to the hide a bed. Any issues were handled by the property manager/owner within hours. So impressed with the service, Mahalo!

The whole unit needs updating, and so dark inside; furniture is old, old, old. Replace bed matresses, too soft. Themostat is too regulated to not cool enough. Third story steps are just much to lug suitcases and groceries.

In the picture it shows a king fold out. When we got there it was a twin, nobody was able to come Nd change it to a king and my guests slept on the floor. Sheets where dirty and comunicación on fixing these issues was not a top priority.

Clean, quiet, beautiful stay!

Myself and a few friends rented this property for a week and loved every minute! It's balcony has a beautiful view of the golf course and ocean. We enjoyed using the grill outside for some dinners and walking down to the beach restaurants for others. There were beach chairs, towels, sand toys, and coolers provided that we were able to use at the beach. The only hiccup we had was that the washing machine was broken during our stay, however the property manager was quick to reimburse us for any laundry we had to do and their communication was excellent. We look forward to coming here again in the future!

Safe

The place was really nice. Only two things thats was not good was the bed in the 2nd room was was not comfortable at all and the T.Vs did not work most days. When they did work if i touched the wrong button on the remote we would lose the T.V and goodluck getting someone to fix it.

Tired and Worn

I’m a VRBO owner myself and don’t like leaving negative reviews. However, at what it cost to stay it needs to be addressed. This unit has a fabulous view. It needs some TLC. Furniture is not comfortable, looks like leftovers shoved into corners and worn out. The recliner is broken, barstools fabric is worn out and legs are wobbly, piano takes up space that should be a dine in area, 2nd room is a pullout sofa and needs a bed to actually sleep a second couple, couches are not comfortable, upstairs air was not good. Had to take the vent cover off to get any air. This unit could be stellar! But the owners need to invest in making it look and match the rates! Love the old Hawaii vibe but not the old stuff that is there. The lighting needs to be addressed. You can’t see what you doing during the day without turning on all the lights.

Amazing property, better than expected!

Beautiful home on golf course. Much bigger than what it looks like in the pictures. Great central location. Spotlessly clean and well appointed. There was even a bag of fresh local coffee to enjoy during out stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms were huge. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Maui.

Great stay

It was a lovely condo with the piano! My son plays the piano so it was a nice surprise! Gorgeous view of the golf course and we were able to see the sunset color. They provided lots of items - body boards, beach chairs, cooler box, even laundry detergent and that makes life easier! We would love to come back to this condo in the future!!

Luxurious Ka’anapali Condo

This beautiful condo was a dreamy vacation for our family. It had everything we needed. Boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler. The location is unbeatable and because of where it sits within the complex the beach views and West Maui sunsets from the Lanai were even better than expected. You won’t be disappointed!
