The house is amazing. Pool gets shade for parts of the day and is sunny in the afternoons. The boat dock is great for fishing. Fishing charters and the water taxis pick you up at the house.We really enjoyed the vacation!

Christopher, a pool that shifts from shade to afternoon sun and a dock where charters and water taxis pull right up is a combination that is hard to beat. Really glad the fishing and the water access made the trip.

Amazing property. We had 17 people and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and do what they wanted. We never felt crowded, even when we had a fish fry and all ate together.

Plenty of room for our entire family. The ping-pong table was an added benefit. All ages enjoyed it so much. Tekki boat ride was great. Nice captain and crew member. Nice view, nice porches. Great pool and hot tub. We made use of the boat slips. I definitely would rent this again for our family.

This property worked out really well for our family and friends who visited the second kitchen down stairs was perfect. It allowed us to spread out a little more when needed the two sets of couches in the living area was perfect for our gatherings. The pool and spa were perfect. The harbor was beautiful we saw family of dolphins one morning lots of pelicans and herons! The location was perfect close to the golf courses shopping restaurants We all had a great time!

AMAZING BEAUTIFUL HOUSE

The place was very clean, beautiful views, super great to work with owner. We will be co tasting him again for one of his properties. Would highly recommend this home!!!!!

Golf Trip

A group of us stayed at the property for a golf trip and had a great time! The location is incredible, with awesome access to the water taxi to get to all of the downtown restaurants. The house itself was beautiful and we enjoyed having enough space and beds for everyone.

Family Vaca

House is perfect for multi families and kids. Beautiful inside and out. Private beach is a very short walk. Multi level decks, a dining table that seats large groups and more sofa furniture than we could fill. An A stay!

Best location, beautiful house!

Beautiful home in paradise! A group of friends (15ppl total) joined me to celebrate my 40th; this house was perfect- and slept us all comfortably! Clean, all the amenities, comfy beds, etc. I 100% recommend this house! The property management team went above and beyond for us as well. Loved it!

Destination Wedding

The property is in a great location with relaxing views of the harbor. We had 16 total adults comfortably staying here and had a beach service wedding about 10 minutes away from the house. No complaints from any of our guests. The beach access for the property was 3 minutes, very close and has parking for golf carts. Overall, great property! We are even looking at making this an annual trip.

Our hot tub did not work for the first two days of our trip, but it did work on the third. We had no idea the hot tub is only heated from 6 PM to midnight, which wasn’t a good fit for our group as we are morning people we asked about switching the hot tub hours to morning hours, but was told it was a 50 a day fee. There are tons of chairs and wagons to go to the beach, but unfortunately no beach towels.

We always enjoy Holiday Isle, and this home accommodated our group well. However, I do want to share some concerns regarding the cleanliness and maintenance of this property. The floors did not appear to be properly cleaned or sanitized. Upon arrival, our feet became black from walking barefoot, and with toddlers in the home, we purchased a mop and cleaned the floors ourselves. The water was black afterward. The downstairs living area was also covered in beach sand. The kitchen was inadequately stocked, with no dish towels, drying towels, or oven mitts provided, requiring us to purchase those items. The Keurig water reservoir also contained dirty water. While the beds were comfortable, three of the king beds appeared to have been made hastily, with untucked sheets and coverlets thrown on top. We were disappointed that the listing description and photos appear misleading. The description references an outdoor kitchen, and the photos show additional cooking equipment, but only a standard grill was available. Additional concerns include a smoke/CO alarm that went off around 9:30 PM and woke our toddlers, non-functioning fan/light remotes, an ice maker that required maintenance during our stay, uneven poolside stones and slippery tile creating a safety hazard, and exterior siding that appeared dirty and poorly maintained. We understand no property is perfect, but given the cost of the rental and how it was represented, we expected a higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance.

Destin

Beautiful home and view… however, the listing was inaccurate on amount of beds. Stated there was a 3 tier queen bunk, and twin bunk bed. There is not. Also stated there were kyacks available. When asked about, was told they are not for use. Just felt there was some false advertisement. There was no broom available for use. The hot tub was warm not hot. The oven was terrible. Upon arrival, we were greeted with kind of an unfriendly welcome. We were told, “just making sure your not spring breakers.” Well we were spring breakers, visiting here with our large family. Cameras all around property, which is fine, but just felt a little uncomfortable. On 2 different occasions, random people just pulled up and got out. We did enjoy the game room area, and games. Even caught a sting ray off the dock!

Very good, but a rental no doubt.

We got switched from this house to 16 Magnolia “Sunkissed” less than 6 days before our arrival. We had been booked for about a year. I was told “renovations were taking place even though we had it booked. Anyway, 16 Magnolia is a nice house. Good setup. Showing its rental age. A few minor issues with oven not working, handheld appliances not working…but all addressed quickly and resolved besides oven. House is very spacious and lots of bedrooms. Basement bedrooms are fine, but a renovated garage area. Patio deck, pool and hot tub are wonderful. Only morning sun out there. We say dolphins and manatees in the bay. House furniture is ok. Patio furniture is very nice. Bathrooms are aging, but fine. Lots of stains, cracked floors, nicks and dings all around property. Hot Tub is great, but you need to pay ahead of time for pool heat. Hot tub switch is in odd location around corner of house-not convenient at all. There is beach chairs and two wagons/carts to go to beach. Walk to beach is nothing. 3 minutes away. Neighborhood is quiet. Overall, this is a very nice house if you have a big family or group. Not perfect or like the pictures, but very comfortable. I would stay again no problem. Also, we were told the flooring was getting replaced after we leave. Carpet is out and LVP will be going in. Carpet is worn and dirty, so that will be good.

Nice experience!

We had great time and enjoyed our stay. The house is very nice. The view is spectacular. Having access to the beach was wonderful. The drawers in the kitchen being labeled made it very easy to find what was needed. There are some issues we'd like to bring to your attention. Cleaning issues- carpet needs to be cleaned, fan blades are filthy, railings going upstairs are dusty, stains on some of comforters, mold in shower (Jack & Jill bathroom), the vents show dust indicating the filters need to be changed. Closet door upstairs is off track. A couple of the shower doors do not close properly. Hopefully the cleaning crew will address these issues.

Fabulous Family Beach Trip at this Gorgeous House!

We had an amazing time at this incredible house. It was perfect for our whole family of five couples plus four teenagers and a 4-year-old. The house was immaculate, and exactly as described. We couldn't have been happier! The kitchen was completely stocked with tons of glasses, dishes and cookware, storage containers and even a fully stocked spice drawer. All cabinets and drawers were labeled for ease in locating items. I always bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing detergent and trash bags, but I'm not sure if we even used any of what I brought because there was a good supply already there for our four days and four nights. Every bed was very comfortable, and that's not always the case in rental properties. The location was perfect and two of my son-in-laws spent many hours fishing off the dock. We called Patrick to use the Destin Water Taxi and take all of us to Harborwalk Village one night to walk around and eat dinner. The teenagers took the water taxi back to the house by themselves on another afternoon. The house was so amazing with the pool and hot tub that we stayed there more than going to the fabulous private beach. We never wanted to leave the house! Thank you for an awesome family trip that we'll always remember!
