There were a lot of broken items in the house. Asking for blankets took two days for us to get them. And the hot tub never had bubbles and the heat was only turned on Saturday!

Fantastic place. Traveled with 15 people total for a family vacation, adults & children. House has everything we needed, tons of space & clean. Check in process very easy, host very responsive to any questions. The pool area was great for the kids to enjoy with room for adults to socialize. Each bedroom has its own bathroom & access to the wrap around porch, each with its own table and chairs. Very close to a beautiful beach. Plenty of space to cook and eat. Beach chairs, toys, umbrella & cart provided. Cant say enough good things about this property.

What a great home! It was clean and the owners were extremely responsive and easy to work with! Plenty of room to spread out and a large communal area to spend time together- highly recommend!

We loved our stay. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The host was very helpful with any questions that we had. The house and pool are amazing. If I had one thing I wish I could change, it would be the lack of master bedroom. While all the rooms are very nice, there was no set master bedroom.

The place was a perfect space for our group. All of the bedrooms were spacious and provided privacy for each couple. Especially helpful was the 1st level kitchenette area for the bedrooms on that floor. (The house being in the Holiday Isle area saved us from a lot of the Destin traffic) Our group had a member who loves to cook so we ate at the house 5 of the days and there were plenty of kitchen supplies and cookware. Outdoor pool area was beautiful and a great spot to hang out after the beach in the evening. Only issue we had was the air conditioning on the 2nd floor wasn’t working properly upon arrival. We messaged the manager and they replied promptly. It did take a few days to get it completely fixed as it was a bigger job than they thought. In the end, we were happy with the resolution of the situation. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again!***Free sunset Tiki Cruise was also a blast for our family. Highly recommend !***

Lori, a group stay really clicks when everyone has space to breathe, and it sounds like the private bedrooms and that first-level kitchenette made a big difference for your crew. Five home-cooked dinners is a serious commitment, and having the right cookware to pull that off matters. The pool as a wind-down spot after the beach, plus a sunset Tiki Cruise, is a hard combination to beat. Hope to welcome the whole group back.

We had a wonderful time in your beautiful vacation home. We did have a few issue that needed addressing but we reported them and they were immediately taken care of or someone came to see us about what they might have to do later. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. Due to knee surgery I wasn't able to go to the beach but the rest of my family did and loved it. The kitchen was well equipped and having two refrigerators with ice on the same floor was certainly a plus. It'll take some time to save us the money again but we'd certainly go back.

The house was amazing! We will definitely be back! Everyone had an amazing time. The house had an ample amount of dishes, utensils, toilet paper and bath towels for every one. They even had hand soaps in the bathrooms, dishwasher soap, kitchen and spices for cooking which was a nice touch. It was very clean. Walking distance to the beach. Very short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Amazing memories were made!!!

Great house.

We had a wonderful stay here! Everything was great and host responded to all questions very quickly. The beach is extraordinary. We were able to visit with extended family as we were all here for a wedding. Just a wonderful place for our stay. Highly recommend.

Great home for a large group

Property was built for vacation crews. Bedrooms all have their own bath, lots of towels, fabulous pool and hot tub. We loved the large table, it was perfect for games.

Highly recommended, and will likely return.

Amazing property! The host was always responsive and helpful. Very clean, inside and outside pool area. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc.. Good location, everything from convenience stores to restaurants all close by. The family loved our entire stay!

Beautiful stay

This house was perfect for a girls weekend! The pool was fabulous, and it was just a short walk to the beach, which was absolutely beautiful. Slept 14 people with plenty of room to spare. There’s plenty of bars and restaurants around, but we ended up staying at the house the whole time because we didn’t want to leave! 100% recommend!

Family Vacation

Our group of 20 had an awesome getaway for a family vacation. The house was big enough and had plenty of space for us to hang out. The pool/hot tub area was a big hit for everyone. Daniel, the maintenance guy, did a great job of helping and communicating with us throughout our time at the house.

Excellent stay!

We hosted my 30th birthday party here. We had 20 adults, mostly couples. There was a bed for everyone and tons of room! We loved the pool area, but had some issues with the hot tub on our last day. If you are planning a trip during the winter months I highly recommend heating the pool.

Admirals palace

Everything about property was as advertised. Very clean and easy access. Daniel was great and answered any questions we had. Would recommend to a friend. Will definitely be back.

Dream Vacation

All 21 members of our family spent a week together at Admiral’s Palace. Each adult couple had their own bed and bathroom. There was a super cute pirate room for the 5 boys and another bed and bath for the 6 girls. The beach was really close. The kids and adults enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There was plenty of room for meals, games and tv watching.

Family beach trip

Property was listed as 6000 sq feet of livable space, but true square footage was around 3300. The space was still comfortable for our group but felt this information was misleading on the initial advertising for the rental. Otherwise great location, great outdoor pool, proximity to the beach and local restaurants

Wonderful stay

Our group of 11 found Admiral’s Palace gorgeous, welcoming, and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, deck, pool table area, and roof lounge. After alerting Christina to a few minor issues, those were immediately addressed. The only blip - the bushes near the pool lacked adequate pest control. The private beach access was only a short walk away. One of us left a laptop behind. Christina has been super helpful in locating and returning it. Glad to recommend this property and 850 Vacations.

July 4th week

Over all house was in good shape. Needs a little TLC like the air vents need to be cleaned. Some look like they had mold on them. Great location to beach. Roof top patio was great at night. Kitchen has no pantry and only one normal size refrigerator so plan accordingly. That was surprising for a home this big.

Great in the photos....Not so much inside

They did a great job with the marketing photos and the home is very impressive from the exterior. There were many problems and although the management company was responsive, I do not feel it was handled very professionally. There are many issues as far as cleanliness of the home and I can guarantee they do not follow any Covid guidelines. The kitchen was very disappointing. Very very un equipped and many things were broken or unavailable Things that you would normally find in a high end rental property...such as glassware. We had a party of 10 and 4 glasses in the home. I could go on and on however do not have the time. If you are especially renting in season, I certainly would not pay the price for this home
