This was an amazing property! My mother stayed there and said it was cozy and she felt at home. The place was clean, cozy, and quaint! Would definitely stay there again!

Shrewsbury Apartment

Eben was really responsive. Check in and access was great. Apartment is downstairs and has an additionsl apartment above and another beside. Was generally clean and tidy. Is a 'do up'. Bench in the kitchen could do with a shampoo. First night was great and then guests moved in upstairs. They were incredibly loud and smoked so we're up and down countless times by the spinning stairs and shared front door. We messaged Eben who advised them but sadly didn't make any difference. This really marred our stay. This is not the fault of the owner. Walls thin so we could hear every conversation they had. Woke us up early every day and left their cigarette butts at the front door!

Host is Terrific - Dog Friendly - Comfortable Bed!

The house was exactly as described and the bed was amazing which was a nice surprise. Eben is quick to respond to any questions, and we met him when he was there taking care of the yard. He is a really nice person who goes out of his way to ensure you are comfortable. This is a multi-unit property and also very quiet, we never really heard our neighbors. There's a nice neighborhood to walk the dogs with a nice park nearby (I believe a retirement community). I would highly recommend this location and I will stay again on my next visit to the Boston area.

La maison était très propre et bien situé ! L’hôte était très facile a rejoindre et a répondu à tout nos besoin. Je recommande cette endroit et nous regarderons pour y retourner l’an prochain.

Clean, well appointed, responsive host

We were here for 3 weeks over the holiday season. There are three units in the building, this one is the first floor in the front. There is a unit above this one, and another behind it. Everything was clean and well furnished. Beds were comfortable. The host Eben was very friendly and quickly responded to any questions that arose. The kitchen had all the basic necessities for a short stay. It was a great setup for the dogs, as we had access to the back yard through the back porch. Roku TV had everything we could want to watch. The location is great -- near the village center of Shrewsbury, all the shopping we could want on Route 9 and Route 20, close to Wegmans, and near the highways. We look forward to staying here again.

excellent stay

Property was as advertised. Rooms were very clean and there was plenty of parking. Our host Eben was outstanding and very accommodating.

Nice New England home, yes !

This was a great choice for our quick visit back home. The home was appointed with everything we needed - definite historic New England . Our host was a great communicator and our stay was stress free . Thank you so much .

Perfect

Unit was clean, well stocked with all kitchen needs. Beds were super comfortable, nice Livingroom furniture to relax on. Unit is located conveniently to all shopping and entertainment locations. Host was very responsive with communication. Would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay in that area.

Attention 1r étage=RDC pour les français !

Appartement très bien situé, au calme, endroit agréable et confortable. Hôte très sympathique. Attention un premier étage pour les USA est un RDC pour les français. Cela a généré un quiproquo très drôle après coup...

Quiet & Clean Place in Shrewsbury

Great place to stay if you are in the area and need quick access to the New England Baseball Complex for club ball games. Home was super clean & comfortable, much better then having to stay in a hotel for 3-4 nights. The place is about a 40 minute ride to Boston for sightseeing and a quick 10 minute drive to Worcester for some nice places for dinner and lunch. The owner was very responsive with any questions I had. We will be staying here again next year if we are in the area for another baseball tournament.

Shrewsbury Stay

Would highly recommend. The owner was welcoming, close by, friendly, prompt and helpful. There were little extra touches and it was very well stocked.
