The house will be offered exclusively as a 3 bedroom 2 bath. Perfect for families traveling with extended family or teens. VRBO #1083271- will no longer be available for reservations and listing VRBO #20715 will be the primary listing for the property. Our maximum occupancy is 6 guests. The cottage is pet-friendly.

We welcome our four legged guests. Dogs must be leashed and well behaved on the beach. We count on our guests to respect the cottage and keep pets off furniture and beds and clean up after pets in the yard. The neighborhood directly west of the cottage is a great place for long walks.

One-of-a-kind *PRIVATE* beach house. There's nothing like Paradise Found Florida on the barrier island. Paradise Found Florida is a stand-alone cottage with a private backyard and direct access to the beach.

Another great stay

This was our second month-long stay at Paradise Found. The house is perfect for us. We bring two dogs who are right at home. Also had our granddaughter and daughter-in-law visit. The private yard was enjoyed by all. The beach is quiet. We really enjoy the area and local restaurants. Julia is a pleasure to work with.

Picture perfect

We have stayed many times at Paradise Found and always had a wonderful time. It is just as the pictures show and it is always clean and comfortable. Our daughter and her family have heard us talking about the cottage for years and couldn't wait to join us this year. They couldn't wait to meet Julia and see for themselves what we have told them of our vacations there. The cottage is the perfect place to get away, it is private, quiet and only steps from the ocean. Book your stay, you won't be disappointed.

3rd year here !!!!

We just love this place - so comfy and a bit quirky , just our style . and awesome being right on this gorgeous beach !!! Perfect for us 2 couples each with our own dog. The house is on the main road but all waterfront homes are in Melbourne beach. Quiet inside ! Owner is super responsive and available . Can’t wait to come back !

Paradise Found Indeed!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family and especially our dog. The beach was perfect - soft sand, beautiful ocean and view and direct access. We had a wonderful relaxing vacation in this little piece of paradise.

Short and Sweet

Only stayed one night. Arrived just before the approaching Hurricane Milton and had to leave. The Host and VRBO were more than helpful at relocating us to Savannah, Ga. Teeby Island home on the beach. We also were completely refunded. Outstanding service.

Definitely Paradise!

We stayed at this property last year and absolutely fell in love with it. We were so happy to be able to vacation here again. The view is amazing, there’s plenty of room for everyone and the outdoor shower doesn’t disappoint. I would highly recommend this property for a great family vacation.

Beach hideaway

It was very nice to be right on the beach. The house was fully stocked with everything. To see turtles nesting every night in front of the home was incredible. Stand up paddle boards would be nice. Over all a great time.

Great Beach

We very much enjoyed our stay at the property. The backyard and beach access was amazing. We brought our dog and it was amazing to be able to walk straight onto the beach. The property was accurately represented. The area is very quiet which was exactly what we were looking for.

Can not beat location!

If you are looking for an awesome, quiet, breathtaking beach you found it! Seller very responsive to any questions or issues. Found several wonderful resaurants within 1-5 miles of property. Had friends visit for a couple days and they also loved it, plenty of room to spread out for privacy.

Great Staycation!

This cozy little house on the beach had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. Loved the big backyard. Was perfect for our son and dogs. My hub & son took their showers in the outside showers everyday which are awesome. Look forward to going back soon.

Perfect stay

Everything was amazing as always. Julia always has an extra touch to make things special. Her communication is excellent. The cottage always provides a relaxing stay and feels just like home. This is our 4th time here and we look forward to more stays in years to come.

Private Paradise

I have used VRBO to find great places to stay for the last three years. Julia's cottage on the beach was by far, the best. It was wonderful to be right on the beach to enjoy the sun and ocean. The cottage offers a quiet getaway close to everything. A grocery store and several great restaurants are close by. We will be back, for sure.

Paradise Found!

Julia was so easy to work with and the home is even better than the photos. The beach is gorgeous and uncrowded. This is a perfect spot to relax, read and watch the surfers. Sad to leave - sigh. Hope to do it again next year!

Private and on the Beach

We had a great day! It was turtle season, and we saw many turtles come on sure to lay eggs at night. The house is thoughtfully set up with areas to gather and areas to take a moment for yourself. Julia was very kind and accommodating.

Fantastic house and host

The house looks and feels like all the pictures on the VRBO site. Julia (host) is honestly fantastic. Her responsiveness both virtually and on-site is unparalleled. Loved the house, the beach exposure, and honestly the limited retail and public options nearby which would otherwise perhaps result in a crowded area on the beach and road. Great stay!

Felt like home!

The moment you walk in you know this property is special. We loved our time at Paradise Found and other than a few appliance things, our stay, the house, and the communication with Julia was 10/10. Very enjoyable. Would definatley return.

Property is well maintained. The home is clean, comfortable, and well stocked with anything you may need. There is a great view from the back yard over the beach and Atlantic ocean. The outdoor shower, nesting turtles, and hatchlings were amazing. Home is far enough away from the busy areas to enjoy peace and quiet on the beach or in the water yet close enough to go out to dinner or shop with a short drive. Julia was a great host and quick to respond to any emails.

Beach paradise

Paradise found is aptly named. This was our second visit with hopefully more to come. We enjoyed having the 3 bedrooms on this visit as we had 2 on the last visit. The extra space was good for us and our dogs. We saw turtles nesting directly from the property which was awesome. We had one maintenance issue and it was taken care of quickly. Stay here and you won't be disappointed.

True Paradise Found

House was on a quiet beach. It’s the perfect location if you want a quiet getaway. Cute house that’s truly “vintage”. Nice place for a beach vacation and relaxing. Julia was quick to respond with any questions, we walked miles on the beach and I ran through the neighborhoods across the street each morning. A1A is a little loud in the front of the house and the cars go FAST, but it’s another world in the backyard. Quiet and separated from the world and sleep to the sound of waves crashing.

Paradise Found is a 'happy' accident! I (Julia) grew up in the Sebastian/Vero area and loved being a child on the beaches here. My parents have always lived in Florida, but my life has taken me in several different directions. Joe and I were fortunate to find this special place and we are now so pleased to share it with our guests It truly is 'Old Florida' and a slice of Paradise.

There is nothing more special than having a wonder of nature at your door step. The Atlantic Ocean is a mighty and powerful thing full of interest and wonder. The beauty of the area abounds. Each season brings it's own special circumstances: Fishing, shelling, birds and the magnificent turtles that have nested here for centuries. Looking over the ocean and viewing the manatee, dolphins, fish and the occasional whale are truly spectacular. Of course just relaxing and pondering over the energy the ocean creates isn't bad either. The life force of the ocean is ever evolving and to have the chance to be apart no matter how short is priceless.

The unique benefit of this property is a virtually private beach. This truly is 'Old Florida'. There are no high rises, commercial traffic or other distractions. This is a very private part of the beach with private access. Yet! You are close to the things you want. Shopping and necessities are a short drive or bicycle ride. Historic sites are close by: Sebastian Inlet, The Cape and even the Orlando theme parks are within an easy commute. It's the best of both worlds.
