Stunning 4 bedroom, 2-bathroom home in the Wildwood section of Tolland which is in the foothills of the Berkshires. Light-filled rooms boast hardwood floors, pine walls, an abundance of windows, and skylights. A large screened front porch is a great place to sit out to enjoy the quietness of the woods. Being in Wildwood it offers hiking, boating, fishing, pickleball, tennis courts, and swimming. We also have 2 kayaks to enjoy during your visit. Take advantage of getting away from home to recharge in the wilderness.

Do you enjoy hiking? Wildwood is the backyard of Granville State Forest.

Beautiful house in the woods of Western Mass, within walking distance to the lake. Extremely cozy and well-appointed. We’ve had the privilege of staying here two summers in a row, and will definitely be back!

This is the second time we have rented the house. It was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 2 young kids. The property is spacious, well-equipped, and just a few minutes walk from lovely little Otter Pond. Cat is a very responsive host and is a pleasure to communicate with.

Definitely recommended for a group trip, house is very well laid out, especially the kitchen and dining area providing a great space for big dinners. Really appreciated the location and amenities as well as the hosts quick communication. Will certainly return in the future!

Wonderful house in a lovely lake community. We were there off-season and it was quiet and felt secluded. The family room was very comfortable with a great jukebox!

The house is equipped with everything, the host was very friendly and prompt to answer any questions. If you have small children, they have books and toys that will keep the little ones entertained. Very relaxing location and beautiful lake. Thank you!

Perfect Home for a Family

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cat's house. It had great space, lots of books and some toys to keep our kids busy and was very comfortable. Would love to try it during the summer some time. We highly recommend staying here for any family with kids.

Great cabin tin the woods

Great house in the woods. We were there for a spotting event so didn't spend a lot of time at the house. There were great walks around there

Such a great place to stay. Just a short walk to Otter Pond. Everyone, including the kids loved this place. Fully equipped kitchen. Very cozy living room. Plenty of seating for everyone both in the dining room and the screened in porch. This place is also a little more private than some of the other places in this community. The road has very little traffic. And you can’t see any neighbors. The only issue we had and it was short lived, was the portable air conditioners had not been on when we arrived and it was 94 degrees in the house. (this was during a Heat Wave) It was unbearably Hot in there. It did eventually cool down. But the first nights sleep was uncomfortable for those sleeping on the main floor. I should add, the ceiling fans throughout the house and the little fans in the bedrooms did help. Overall, I’m giving 5 stars. It was clean and very well equipped. Also, plenty of games and books for the kids and the adults.

Perfect mountain/lake getaway!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this property. There were all the amenities and even books and toys for the two children staying with us. Communication was excellent with owner. Wish we stayed longer!! Would definitely come back!!

Plenty of room

The place gave us just what we needed in room for our family to join us and plenty of space to spread out for conversations. It is within walking distance to a beautiful pond. The hostess was very accommodating, and her communication was great. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay.

Stay at Cat's home in Tolland

What a great home! The home was beautiful, clean and stocked with everything you would need, and many things that you wouldn't really think of like games, books, kitchen staple items. Our party was 9 adults allin town to attend a wedding in a nearby town. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

Family friendly

We had a party of 10, 6 adults and 4 children. Had plenty of room, house was stocked with everything imaginable from beach chairs to Kayaks. We were able to enjoy the lakes around the property. Quiet community with great walking trails.

Relaxing Family Vacation

Roomy, clean and comfortable home in a Lake Community. We wanted a family vacation where we could enjoy time together while keeping the kids off tech devices. Kayak and a paddle board was provided from the host. The kids enjoyed fishing, boating and swimming on the lake which was in walking distance from the home. Home was well supplied with items to assist with dinner prep, towels and games. Plenty of hiking trail in the Community and neighboring towns. We would happily stay here again.
