Very close to Tanglewood, Jacobs Pillow, Lee Outlets, Theater, concerts, skiing, restaurants and much more. Or just hang out on kayaks enjoy mother nature and this rustic style home. The kids swimming at the beach. Sherwood Shoppe has everything you need for a camping feel and ice cream! The fall foliage doesn't get much better than this! Lovely house with great access to the water. It was very clean. Location was peaceful and quiet, but not too far from grocery stores, etc. Not really ideal for anyone with small dogs (like me), because they don't want pets on the furniture and the fence has large gaps. Otherwise, it was wonderful.

Lake House Getaway with Access to Berkshire Highlights

This property provides direct access to a lovely lake for kayaking and swimming. It is also a terrific location for Berkshire musts such as Jacob's Pillow and Tanglewood. The owner is quickly responsive to questions and directions for check in were easy to follow. The house has strong WiFi for any work days you have while traveling. Highly recommend and look forward to staying there again in the future!

Peaceful Spot

We had a wonderful week in the Berkshires. This house was located at a quiet end of the lake and was a great place to return home to in the evening. It looked like the owner had made several improvements to the house, with a few more still left to do. The communication was excellent during the entire stay.

Beautiful view

Comfortable home with amazing view. Enjoyed taking a walk around the lake (1 hour approx). Had an amazing dinner at Dream Away lodge which is 15 minutes away.

Charming lake cabin

I love this place! It's been beautifully remodeled and is very comfortable. I would love to visit when it's warmer, but it's very cozy in the snow. I can't wait to come back with my kids.

Hiking in the Berkshires

Cozy winter getaway

This was a cozy tucked away location that seemed far away from everything which was exactly what we wanted. The host was extremely communicative before and during the stay. The house had fresh linens and towels as well as basic cleaning supplies. It was cozy for a wintery weekend in. We enjoyed snowshoeing on the frozen lake! Pet-friendly was a huge plus!

Cozy, cute weekend getaway

Peaceful lakeside retreat

Cute property tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Had the feel of a remote, rural cabin but super close to town and amenities. Check out the neighborhood general store across the street for coffee and breakfast. The couple that own and run it were super helpful.

Amazing and Clean Stay-cation

We wanted a place to get away from the Winter blahs and the craziness of life. This was a clean, cozy property. Everything we needed to relax and chill. Loved the puzzles! And be sure to visit the country store 1 minute away for an amazing breakfast. Exceptionally clean and the loft bed was so comfortable. Would definitely book again.

Perfect Little Cabin

Such a cozy cabin for a perfect weekend stay with friends. Located close to multiple ski spots around the area, coming back to the cabin after to relax with hot cocoa and a fire going on. Right down the street is a shop that sells delicious sandwiches too. Owners of the property were super nice and quick to respond with any questions we had. Hoping to come back soon and check this place out during the summer time to enjoy the lake life!

Peaceful Place

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the lake. My kids enjoyed playing outside in the snow. We had such a quality family time playing board games, watching movies and drinking hot cocoa. Justin was such a great host and really helpful when needed. We’re definitely coming back!

Great Location in The Forest

Very nice property! The interior was very clean and comfortable. However the exterior needs some attention, especially the steps and railings leading to the doorways. Also, there were screens torn down on the porch which allowed critter entry. Two things to consider for future guests : keyless entry and paper towels

Birthday Weekend

We had an amazing stay. The house was cozy and beautiful. We enjoyed the surrounding area, there was so much to do. Wonderful restaurants, entertainment and gorgeous areas to hike. We can't wait to come back!!

The rustic look of this home and the quiet and peaceful secluded spot off the dirt road made my wife and I fall in love with this lake house. The lake is private and a no wake lake which makes it safe for the kids to explore by themselves. Get ready to create great memories!
