Quiet and peaceful as advertised with plenty to do in the area even though the weather wasn’t great. Biggest disappointment was that the Sherwood Shoppe wasn’t open!!

Justin’s home is lovely situated on a pond. The trees were beautiful in their fall colors. We did have some issues with the tv. The satellite was broken. Justin got service in the second day of our visit but it was lucky we were home as we didn’t know when they were arriving. It did work out and the tv was back in order the second day. We had a restful few days at the home.

A very nice spot. Clean and tidy. Unfortunately we were here for 5 days and the direct TV was out and none of the 4 tvs are set up for streaming. We used our laptop per owners advice we only had one with us that would fit an hdmi so it was a pain, but the owner didnt seem to think it was important. That was disappointing. Otherwise a great stay, with less screen time, so a win!

Charming lake cabin

I love this place! It's been beautifully remodeled and is very comfortable. I would love to visit when it's warmer, but it's very cozy in the snow. I can't wait to come back with my kids.

Peaceful lakeside retreat

Cute property tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Had the feel of a remote, rural cabin but super close to town and amenities. Check out the neighborhood general store across the street for coffee and breakfast. The couple that own and run it were super helpful.

Perfect Little Cabin

Such a cozy cabin for a perfect weekend stay with friends. Located close to multiple ski spots around the area, coming back to the cabin after to relax with hot cocoa and a fire going on. Right down the street is a shop that sells delicious sandwiches too. Owners of the property were super nice and quick to respond with any questions we had. Hoping to come back soon and check this place out during the summer time to enjoy the lake life!

Can’t wait to go back!

We had a wonderful time spending our 1 year wedding anniversary here! It was so peaceful & relaxing. We enjoyed watching the ducks and geese in the lake & using the kayaks. The shop down the road is a 2 minute walk and so convenient. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Great lakehouse for a family stay!

We loved the layout and space in the house. Kayaks on the property made it so easy to take advantage of being right on the lake. Owner responded timely to all questions prior to check-in. A place to come back to.

Peaceful Getaway

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay here! The house was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful and scenic back yard. We had no issues finding the house or checking in and Justin was very responsive. We would definitely recommend!

Relaxing weekend at the lake

My husband and I had a very peaceful and relaxing long weekend at this lake house! It was very clean and has everything you need. We spent the majority of our time on the wonderful screened-in porch. The location was great and there was a little store/restaurant only a couple minutes walk up the street that was convenient and the food was really good! Overall, a great place to stay!

Relaxing Stay on the Lake

House was clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch and the view of the lake. Very quiet neighborhood. Good base camp for leaf peeping in the Berkshires. Owner was easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend!

Nice view / Cozy home

A great home base from which to enjoy the Berkshires! Lee, Lenox, Stockbridge, etc… all in reasonable proximity to this quaint home by the lake. The screened-in porch with a view was perfect. Amenities are plenty and the home very clean! We’ll be back!

easy access to cross-country skiing and snowshoeing at Canterbury Farm, beautiful view, very short walk to neighborhood market, nice high dining table and chairs perfect for friends to gather, cook dinner, eat and talk

Exactly what we all needed

This little cabin is so inviting, and the scenery is beautiful. It was the perfect getaway for our friends and family to relax and play games away from the real world for a while. Would have loved to kayak but March is very unpredictable. Thanks for the stay we’d definitely come back again!

Relaxing and wonderful

A short stay but just what we needed. Once we parked, the car didn’t start again til we were leaving. We enjoyed watching the geese, ducks and birds and the real treat was watching the otters swim back and forth. The house is super cute and comfortable. Short walk to Sherwood Shoppe where we ate most meals. The pizza and salad were great and the owners were friendly and helpful.

The rustic look of this home and the quiet and peaceful secluded spot off the dirt road made my wife and I fall in love with this lake house. The lake is private and a no wake lake which makes it safe for the kids to explore by themselves. Get ready to create great memories!
