Quiet Beachside retreat w/ Golfcart included - close proximity to everything!

We have been vacationing on 30A for over 20 years. Specifically the Beachwalk Villa area for the past 10 years. We were drawn to this area because of the convenience of the beach, Baytowne Wharf area and Grand Boulevard shopping, Restaurants and Publix Grocery Store are just a few of the amenities of this fabulous location. Plus, directly across the parking lot from our townhome is the Market Shops which feature numerous services, boutiques and eateries. We provide a 6-seater GOLF CART so you can cruise the entire San Destin Resort at your leisure.
When it's just me and my husband staying we enjoy the quietness of the neighborhood and convenience of the restaurants, grocery store and of course the beach and/or pool steps away from us. Golfing, boating and fishing are also available to those who are interested. As well as tennis, pickle ball and putt putt golf.
When our adult kids and our grandchildren stay they thrive on the beach and Baytowne Wharf which is a mecca for kids and adults. They also enjoy the freedom of the golfcart. There's something about kids riding in golfcarts in the sunshine that thrills them! The two QUEEN BEDS upstairs plus a separate twin bed in the loft provide ample sleep space for adults and kids.
We're biased but our set up and location is perfect for those looking for some peace and quiet and convenience during their vacation. Black out curtains in the downstairs primary bedroom. Plus, upon request, we have them for sleeping babies and toddlers upstairs.
We have all the chairs for the beach and toys for the kids located in the outside storage area for your personal use.

We loved staying here! Beds were comfy, we could walk just across the parking lot to get coffee and bfast. The golf cart was very nice and even had a backup camera which was helpful for driving such a large cry. Sandestin is such a fun resort annd the cart made it all accessible. Owners had a liaison that messaged us and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Vacay!

This is the third time my family has stayed at Coastal Cozy! We love the clean and comfortable condo and the golf cart adds to the fun! The location is close to shopping and restaurants. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Perfect family getaway

We enjoyed our stay! Perfect location, close to the beach, pool, restaurants and shops. And all just a couple of minutes away driving the golf cart. The kids had a lot of fun!

Our new favorite place to stay!

I can't say enough good things about our vacation here. Mary was a wonderful host and the communication was the best I've experienced. The unit is very clean, nicely decorated and has everything we could have needed. We hope to make this a yearly destination and highly recommend it to everyone.

Family fun

The layout of the home was perfect for our family of 5 and we felt very comfortable with the location and accommodations. Having the golf cart was a great addition to our stay!

Great find!

We enjoyed our stay at Cozy Coastal! It was clean, well-appointed and conveniently located. Mary (the host) is very helpful and easy to contact. Would stay here again.

Good Time

Beachwalk Villa

Perfect location for the beach and everything the resort has to offer. The golf cart made getting around a breeze. The unit was comfortable and the owners were great! We can’t wait to return!

Sunny and relaxing

Perfect location for everything you would need or want. Great restaurants and beautiful beaches. Golf courses were in good condition on the property and we felt very safe and comfortable. Mary was excellent as a host.

Jim and I are natives of Clarksville, TN and we're both recently retired. We are a blended family of 3 children, 8 grandchildren and a son-in-law and daughter-in-law. Work was stressful so during Covid-19 we wanted to get away. We couldn't rent something so a friend graciously volunteered his place in Beachwalk. We decided we wanted to have our own place at the beach after that.

We have always vacationed as a family in this area but we fell in love with the convenience of Beachwalk due to the location of the beach, restaurants, shopping, Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard and it's all accessible with a golf cart! It's really all we need while we're down here.
