Brand new remodel with a Bohemian vibe. Only 3 miles from the beautiful Dana Point Harbor and Doheny state Beach. Also, walking distant from the historic Los Rios Street and Downtown San Juan Capistrano where you can find entertainment, shopping and amazing fine dinning, historic sites such as San Juan mission and famous Swallows Inn. Walk to family fun at zoo mars or the ecology center. Pet-Friendly home with a $100 fee.
3 bed 2 bath Family & Pet Friendly. This home is a duplex which has a shared wall, so neighbors are very close in proximity. There is also an ADU in front. Sleeps 6. Gated back yard for pets. lounge area in back yard with BBQ and games. 2 queen beds and a bunk bed. Office area to work. wifi, smart tv to cast entertainment.
The entire home is accessible to you except the garage.

Only 3 miles from the beach. Also, walking distance from historic Los Rios Street and Downtown San Juan Capistrano. San Juan mission is a great place to site see. Zoomars petting zoo, ecology center and Los Rios park are great fun for the kids. Since this is a Duplex, your neighbors are very close, but the neighborhood is very quiet. Street parking can be difficult in the evenings due to limited options, so we suggest finding a spot during the day and using the car in the driveway.
Uber and Lyft are easily accessible in this area. Metro link is walking distance from this property where you can easily visit San Diego or Anaheim. Also, walking distance from downtown where there is so much to do for the entire family.
Contract-we ask our guests to sign an extensive contract that lays out our rules, city rules and expectations after you book our home.
Parking- there is 1 parking spot on left side of driveway. Also, 1 parking pass provided for street parking. Must Display. If lost, renter is responsible for $500 per pass.
Propane- there is propane tank for fire pit and BBQ. renter is responsible to fill up if emptied. Costs $25 at Albertsons. Will be charged $75 if we have to fill it up after your stay.
Pet Fee- Our home is Pet Friendly and requires a $100 non-refundable fee per pet.
Listed are the house rules along with possible charges if not followed thoroughly. After you book, we will also email you our contract agreement in its entirety and require you return it with a signature and picture of your photo ID...... -No more then 6 overnight guests, and 10 daytime guests. If occupancy is exceeded, noise complaints are made or parking violations, guest will be charged $400. -Trash must be disposed of in outside bins before departure or fined $100. DO NOT move outside trash bins to street. -1 PARKING PASS is provided for street parking. If LOST or Not returned you will be fined $500 per pass as we are only allotted 2 per year and this will affect our future renters. - Within an hour of check-in, please contact Courtney @ courtneydavenport0824@gmail.com with any concerns or damages otherwise you have accepted the condition of the house and any damages moving forward may be your responsibility. -There is a check list provided that layout requirements for check-out. Please follow check list and remember this is someone's home so if furniture is moved or you spill please put back and clean up. -DISHES: Please clean and put away your own dishes before you leave. Please start the dishwasher before you leave if unable to put them away. -There is propane for BBQ and fire pit. If the propane tank is empty during your stay, you are responsible to fill it at the local Albertsons/Walgreens. If it is not filled or tank is missing, you will be charged $75 to replace/refill. -We are pet friendly with a $100 pet fee per animal. Please pick up after your dog. If poop is not cleaned up you will be charged an additional $100 fee. if you bring an unauthorized animal you will be charged $500. -NO Pets on furniture. - Before leaving, lock all doors and windows and turn air conditioning off.
