Cowpet bay east is probably the best maintained condo complex on island. Nestled in the hills of estate Nazareth next to the Ritz Carlton.....a super neighbor offering superb water sports, dining and an European style day spa. Fine dining and light fare are also available on property at Caribbean Fish Market and Sangria at the waters edge. Nearby is red hook for shopping and the ferry to St john..........a must for any visit

This was our 3rd trip to the island. Ray and Deb’s place is wonderful and they are such nice people. This place has everything that you need. We love the view of the bay and the turtles down below. We spent so much time on the balcony. The onsite restaurants are delicious. We absolutely adored the iguanas hanging out at the pool. We would absolutely come back! Thank you!

Sandra was a lovely tenant, and seemed to enjoy all the amenities of the pool and the beach in the several restaurants, and the fact that they lounge chairs were mostly in the shade. I would definitely host her again in a minute.

Great getaway

Great location, right on the water. Host was very helpful with suggesting nearby must see sights and making sure our stay was smooth. Would recommend!

Cowpet Bay stay

Excellent location and views

We had a wonderful time at Jeff’s condo, it has all the amenities for a beach day and more…and the location was right next to the beach with 2 great restaurants just steps away. Jeff was very helpful with all questions and would definitely stay again.

Property owners were attentive when needed. Property was well stocked with everything needed. Condo is located in an area that is near ideal beaches, restaurants and activities. When you want to have a down day this condo is the place to have it with 2 restaurants on site, pool on property, beach steps away with amazing snorkeling! Stay here!

Beautiful days

We had a wonderful week at Cowpet Bay! Location was perfect , beach was amazing, private and quiet. Just a short drive to Red Hook and ferry to Saint John. Highly recommend!

Karen was a very thoughtful guest and seem to enjoy the condominium. It’s relation to red Hook as well as the beach and the two restaurants on property and she let me know that she had a great time and I was very happy with that. I would definitely host her again in the future for sure.

Paradise!

Property was exactly as described. Owner was very accommodating when our luggage was delayed. He truly cared about us and checked in with us. We were so close to the beach, pool and restaurants.

You can’t beat the location and space

Jeffrey was responsive, the place is exactly what we needed for our family. The location is the best part and having 2 restaurants within walking distance is a bonus. Definitely will keep Jeffrey’s rental in mind for future trip to St Thomas.

Amazing View

Our family of five absolutely loved our stay! The balcony was key, the view stunning and the amenities! The architecture of the condo was just lovely, super clean and new kitchen.Extremely close walk to beach bar that serves food, Caribbean Seafood Restaurant, pool with hot tub and pool bar. Dinner at Caribbean Seafood was delicious! Highly recommend this property to families or adult couples!

Nice and quit. Liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Would be nice to have room # at the parking lot stairs to show where to go.

Virtual Conference

We had a wonderful time on our adventure and St Thomas. This condo was a perfect location. Had everything we needed! And the owner was amazing. He answered all our questions in a timely manner and helped us find everything we needed to make our trip a success. I highly recommend this condo for anyone!

Cowpet Bay East

This is a fabulous condo directly on the beach. Each of the three bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom, which makes a great for family or multiple couples. The condo is nicely furnished with everything you need in the kitchen and as a nice surprise beach toys in the laundry room The host is amazingly responsive to both phone calls and text and couldn’t have been better to work with.

Dynamite Location on Ocean!

Incredible location right on the water. Literally steps to the beach, two restaurants and minutes to Red Hook. All bedrooms are comfortable size, each with a suite so great for privacy. Comfortable neighborhood, so no loud parties. Pool was a hit with our youngest. Two restaurants we all enjoyed- Sangrias is causual and Caribbean Fish Market is more fine dining. Kitchen on property has everything you need- we made two meals in condo. Peaceful, relaxing and the views from condo patio just stellar! Clean, stocked with extra beach towels which is thoughtful and handy. Overall, amazing experience!

More privacy

Woke up each morning before or at 7am by the restaurant downstairs getting what sounded like ice or the grounds crew blowing the leaves. Parking is tight! The window above the office in the main room lets a ton of light in from the stairway being lit up. The place itself was sufficiently stocked. A little dated but they did just remodel the kitchen.Very close to the beach and restaurants. Close to Red Hook.Plenty of space and a safe place.

Wonderful Cowpet Bay Ocean Retreat

We had a fantastic stay at Ray and Deb's Cowpet Bay Ocean Retreat! We were thrilled with the location and the condo's close view of the bay. Being unit #1, we were right by the short run of stairs to the beach, outdoor shower and steps away from the Sangria Beachside Bistro and the Caribbean Fish Market! The tropical themed interiors were very comfortable and worked well for our 3 couples. It was fantastic having each bedroom with its own attached bathroom. The kitchen was small but updated and well equipped. We partially enjoyed having the laundry room that also had beach chairs, beach bags and swim noodles for us to use! We did tour around the island and also went to St. John. We did spend many days right there at the condo, private beach and pool and realized we really didn't need to go far! The swimming and snorkeling were wonderful as well as the restaurants! It was easy to go to the condo during the day to grab a bite to eat, etc. The condo location was just a quick drive to Red Hook. We were able to easily go to Red Hook for dinner or ice cream at night. We appreciated how close the ferry to St. John was! We hope to come back and stay there again! Thanks for having us stay! Fantastic family trip!

Stunning views, quiet beach, and antiquated charm. The good the bad, the ugly. Owner call 2x per day

The taxi from the airport was about a 35 minute pleasant trip and cost $125 (they charge per person and for infants). Check-in was very easy and the keys were easily available. We were pleasantly surprised to find beach towels, coolers, snorkel gear, beach chairs, sunscreen, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry pods and cleaning supplies. The condo has amazing views of the bay and you can feel the salty breeze as soon as you open the sliding glass doors. It was a short walk down a few small flights of stairs to the beach, pool and two restaurants. The beach restaurant food was surprisingly good for bar food (average $30 for a full meal with tip per person). The higher end restaurant was absolutely delicious but way overpriced. $540 and $750 for each time we went for a three course meal with no alcohol. The condo itself has an antiquated presence, but is as pictured in the property profile (mostly). The kitchen counter was literally falling out of the wall, the shower knob was broken and needed a wrench to turn from bath to shower mode. (Thankfully found a wrench because i sliced my finger open the first time i went to turn it). The ac in the main bedroom was leaking water into the office below( had to shut) and the crib that was promised to be there (with mattress) was missing the main insert to make it usable. The beds themselves were very uncomfortable. At 6 months pregnant, a comfortable bed would have been appreciated. I ended up finding an air mattress.

In response to your concerns: the crib was replaced with a brand new one after you alerted us to the missing mattress., the one air conditioner problem was addressed as soon as we were made aware of the problem, but unfortunately the temporary fix did not hold, and the one unit needed to be turned off ,things on the island cannot get repaired as easily as in the states. A new unit is being installed. No one before or after you had mentioned a problem with any of the faucets or mattresses. All of these things were fine when we were there, but we will look into it. As you know we did our best to accommodate your requests. Wishing the best for you and your family.

With that came all the longterm friendships developed over the years . It has also stood the test of time in appearance with excellent management .........a new solar installation as well as full service power generator
