Beautiful condo. Well decorated and well stocked. Had a propane and charcoal grill, lots of snorkel gear and beach toys, beach towels, many spices, and fully stocked kitchen. Tina was very helpful. The grounds was beautifully maintained and the pool bar and restaurants were very good. Surprisingly good snorkeling along the rock line of beach.

Our stay was amazing. We had two families with two young kids each and Tina made our stay so easy by having two pack n plays, a fully stocked kitchen, and lots of beach & pool toys. The villa is lovely, spacious, and very clean. The beach was perfect for young kids- lots of shade from trees and no big waves. The pool was awesome as well. Great location- close to restaurants, grocery stores, and a passenger ferry to St John. We highly recommend staying here!

This place was amazing. The condo itself was beautiful and 2 of the 3 bedrooms had beautiful views. Huge kitchen that we prepared 3 meals in. Pool was perfect way to end the day at the beach. Our hostess Tina was wonderful, offered wonderful suggestions for our stay on the island and more. We hope to return again.

Thank you Kara for the fabulous review! I am glad you enjoyed our chef's kitchen...nothing in the world beats a home cooked meal and a relaxing dinner with family! My pet peeve when traveling is not having a table large enough to accommodate all of our family or not having matching table settings. LOL At the Royal Palms we make it easy to make your time with family memorable! We look forward to your return trip!

Everything was Amazing! The best snorkeling was at our beach. Loved the location centrally located. Tina was so helpful. We can't wait to go back. I am recommending to everyone.

Property was very nice and very clean. Beach location is good with 2 good restaurants on property. Red Hook is very convenient for excursions. Would stay again without hesitation.

A wonderful stay!

We were so impressed with this beautiful property and absolutely loved our time in St Thomas! The condo was perfect for my family, it was spacious, had a nice balcony, a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and was close to the pool and beach. Would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing stay!

Tina was incredibly helpful and communicated throughout the process to make sure we had a good. The place was fantastic and just a short walk from a beautiful beach!

Staying on the east end near Red Hook was the perfect location! Being near the ferry to go over to St. John was quick and easy. Also, our condo was clean, and Tina was very responsive to all of our questions and needs.

Wonderful Stay!

Our entire family stayed, 8 total, ages ranging from 69 to 11 and we all had a great time. Plenty to do, especially with the pool and beach nearby. Unit was roomy, well decorated and well equipped. Hostess was very friendly and responsive to our needs.

The perfect spot

Very well, actually over equipped rental. It had everything we needed and more. The beach was great and had a great beach bar and great seafood restaurant. We fell in love with St. Thomas here.

Nice property

Very nice place. Comfortable, clean, close to many restaurants and activities, nice neighborhood, close to the beach. Host was very helpful with what to do while at St Thomas. Beds were very nice. First time to the island and this was a very good location for where to be to access the best parts of St Thomas easily.

Great Condo
