The beach view and close proximity to the shoreline are hard to beat. Your large, open plan living area was perfect for our party of family. We very much enjoyed our time at your house.

Beautiful beach front home with stunning views and sounds of the ocean waves. The indoor living spaces were big, bright, and comfortable. The beds were all very comforable ad well. There was plenty of parking for our family members. Communication with the host was quick and easy. We loved everything about our stay!

This was a beautiful home with a great location. The ease to get to the beach was amazing. The back deck with the rocking chairs and fans was such a delight. The house was so comfortable and big which allowed for a wonderful family vacation. The owner was very communicative! Will certainly come back.

Fripp Vacation

We had such a great time during our week. Everything was fabulous at the house and the beach was amazing. We loved using the rocking chairs on the back porch in the mornings and night after our day at the beach. Hoping to be able to get back there soon!!

The location of the house is PRIME! We had beautiful views- sunrise and sunset included. We spent every morning and evening on the porch. The deer would come right up behind the house which was fun for the kids to see. The beach access was right out the back door. It was super convenient with our own boardwalk to the beach and a shower. Having little kids, we particularly enjoyed having a gate on the porch so the kids could be outside without us worrying about them wandering to the beach.. We also enjoyed using the kayaks and launching them right from the beach!The kitchen was clean and had all the things we needed. The extra fridge being in the kitchen was incredibly useful. The beds were comfortable and the house maintained a comfortable temperature all day and night. The only room that got stuffy was the downstairs bathroom but leaving the door open and fan on helped.Overall this was a fantastic stay! We loved our time at the Frippside!

Perfect Relaxation Getaway

Loved it!! The house is even more beautiful than reflected in these pictures. Plenty of space for our three families - with room to spare! Clean and extremely well-stocked with linens, towels and kitchen supplies. Location as described - amazing sunrise and sunsets with direct access to the beach. Highly recommend!!

Weekend getaway

Went with a group of girlfriends for a relaxing weekend beach getaway. This house was perfect! Everything was as described - lots of room for our group of 6 to spread out! Kitchen was very well stocked. Furniture was comfortable. Perfect location right on the beach! Golf cart was great too! The hosts were very responsive and helpful as well!

Annual family reunion

Loved this house! Living and dining areas were large and comfortable. We prepared and ate all meals there, and the kitchen was well equipped. Two large refrigerator/freezers in the kitchen provided ample room for our food for the entire week. The owners were prompt with answers to a few questions and easy to work with. Great space for groups of 10-12 people.

Great home

We very much enjoyed this home. The back porch with the view of the ocean was wonderful. The deck walk out to the beach entrance was great and easy to use. The home had plenty of space for three families of 4. The location was perfect for us. We used the kayaks and loved them. We were able to walk them over to an easy entry spot. A really great home.

On The Fripp Side

The Fripp Side is a great house to rent! Perfect location. You can see the sunrise and set. We were a group of 8 ladies. Plenty of room!!! Thank you for sharing!

Beautiful and peaceful

The house and island were beautiful. The house easily accommodated two families with young kids. The kitchen offered lots of dishes, cooking utensils and tools. Two large fridges offered plenty of storage space for food and drinks. The beach was clean and easily accessible. We really enjoyed using the golf cart to cruise around the island and explore.

Loved the location

It was fantastic to be right on the beach and we virtually had it to ourselves the whole time - that was awesome. The accommodations were comfortable and we enjoyed cooking and hanging out inside and out. The only complaint was that the floors didn't seem clean when we arrived and some weren't sure about the bedding. Drawers were also not very clean.
