Beautiful beachy house, nice quiet location

This was a wonderful place to stay— we especially enjoyed the open kitchen/living area and deck! Perfect place to have everyone together for meals and hanging out. It’s a hike or golf cart ride to the beach, but you still have a beautiful view and can hear the crashing waves… we loved it! Very peaceful area— would highly recommend!

Laid Back Stay on Fripp

Went with our children & grandsons, great house for a crowd! The kids loved having their own apartment downstairs!

Beautiful views of the beach and dunes - what an amazing sight to wake up to each day. The house was exactly as described and very clean. Stocked with everything we needed and more for our group of 9 for the week. Communication with Jessica was timely and effective. Thank you!

Great house and beach trip!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is even better than the pictures. Amazing ocean view and walk to the beach. Bedrooms are beautiful and great living space for our family to spend time together. Owner was responsive and helpful.

Great house with a lot of character

We very much enjoyed the property. The house has a lot of character that gave it an inviting, relaxing feel. Kitchen was well equipped. The beach is a bit of a walk from the house, but was not an issue for out group. The owner, Jessica, was very responsive to our questions.

Nice

Annual end of summer family weekend proved to be 5-star, with the nicely decorated, well appointed and comfortably furnished home. We especially liked the round dining table where we could see each other and have great meals together. Home is well worthy of 5-star rating, along with the host.

Great group home!

We were 6 adults and 6 kids and everyone was super comfortable. It’s a great home and really loved the bunk room and outdoor patio. Stocked with everything we could need. Kids loved seeing the deer everyday. Long walk to the beach through some nature once off the boardwalk but we looked at it like a fun adventure! Would stay here again :) Fripp is so laid back and relaxing!

The property was well appointed and all the furnishings were first class. The owner was extremely gracious to let our family use their extensive beach gear. We had a slight check in problem that was entirely my fault but the owner was very patient and helpful in working the issue out. Top notch property and owner!

We loved our stay at this house! The two masters are beautiful and the bedrooms set up beautifully for two families. We loved the porch and main floor common space. The location is quiet and set apart but still close to everything. It’s clean and beautiful. The beach chairs were wonderful - less to pack. And the outdoor shower has hot and cold water! Using it helped us keep sand outside. This part of the beach is spacious and felt laid back and uncrowded. Exactly what we wanted. Dolphin families come into the ocean right off access 6 during low tide - we loved watching them. Our communication with the owners was easy and helpful. We hope to be back - we’d stay here again in a heartbeat!
