Really enjoyed our stay on this property along with all the amenities!! Loved the private beach access and the pool! The condo has some really nice features and the host is super nice!

The place was perfect! The host was super ready to communicate with and even stopped by while checking in to make sure everything was good and to show us where everything was. If back in the area would not hesitate to stay there again!

There were a few minor hiccups. (No wine or fruit basket was received but offered) The location of beach and pools were beautiful, Small quaint home. I enjoyed my stay.

This property was fantastic. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. There is nothing you need that he doesnt have. It was very clean and comfortable. Gustavo was very welcoming and easy to communicate with if you had any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Gustavo was an amazing host and the private beach was amazing. Centrally located on Siesta Key, it was the perfect place to stay. Being so close to the trolley made navigation easy since we didn’t have a car.

Gustavo and his wife were very hospitable. They made check in a breeze and were very attentive to our issues. The location is amazing. We absolutely loved it.

Great stay. Kids swam at both pools. The only downside was the construction going on outside the back pool, which was on another building. The beach is amazing, and there were plenty of towels available. Host was very attentive and was readily available to answer questions. Just a quick drive or walk across the street to the beach. Private access and chairs at the beach and pools. Thanks for a nice stay.

Gustavo was beyond welcoming, gave us a tour and ensured the condo was in decent shape after having to go through mandatory renovation requirements from his HOA. He was very responsive and accomodating and we'd definitely stay there again if the need arises.

Everything was very nice, my only comment was to have more information. We didnt have any information about the tv, the coffee pot and didnt know pool towels were available until after we purchased them. Small things like that.

Not as pictured

Property was very dated. Noisy street location for the guest bedroom; master was fine. Property is located in a good condo complex. Private beach not crowded at all. Set in a very lush tropical garden. Not what we expected but adequate for our visit. If the new owner is going to continue to rent he needs to perform some major renovations/updates.

Gustavo was an excellent host. He met us at the property when we arrived and gave us a short tour of the place and any important information we would need during our stay. He also checked in with us via text to make sure everything was going well. The place itself was in an excellent location! Getting to either the pool or the beach was no issue at all, and we had everything we could possibly want or need in terms of beach gear. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was wonderful. We met the owners upon arrival. He showed us around and explained all of the electronics to us. He also advised of all the amenities at the complex and advised us to call with any issues. They provided all bathroom products, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and a cart for hauling everything to the beach. We had a very wonderful and relaxing time. The beds were most comfortable, TVs in all the bedrooms and a huge TV in the living room. Would highly recommend this condo!
