A delightful home that’s clean, quiet, has great amenities, is close to everything, and owners are responsive and helpful. Decor was beautiful, couch and beds comfortable, and the bathroom soaps smelled wonderful! Comfortable temperature, had a lovely open kitchen and living room area, and washer and dryer. Nice areas to sit in the back or front, felt private. Would definitely stay here again, parking was good for 2 cars and felt safe. Great stay and rental, thank you!

Great location - Wicked Cantina is a must try. House was perfect. Clean. Walk to grocery store. Walk to downtown. Great park across street.

Perfect location for our daughter's wedding at Ca' D'zan

This was a perfect location for our daughter's wedding. Close to the wedding hotel at Sarasota Modern and the wedding venue at Ca' D'zan. Host was very responsive to our needs. Enjoyed our stay!

The host was wonderful and responsive. The location was good but the neighborhood is a bit sketchy. The house itself functioned well but needs some finish work on doors and hardware, painting and landscaping to make it more appealing.

What a pleasure from start to finish! We were in town for our daughter’s wedding . This location was perfect for us. Our host was friendly and responsive from beginning to end. The air conditioning was great- important for me! The kitchen was stocked with the essentials, and the coffee maker was full sized! We didn’t use the outdoor patio space, but it looked spacious and welcoming.We highly recommend this property- Publix is 3 minutes away and the block is easy to access from local attractions.

Great house great location

The home was very nice, clean and had everything you would need.The location is perfect within a mile or less of all the sites of Sarasota. For a boater the public boat ramp is only a few blocks away and there is a large vacant lot across the street to keep your boat and trailerThe owner was extremely easy to work with and answered every text within a minute or twoHighly recommend the home

Honestly I have traveled the world and I am a property owner with rentals in California and Hawaii and this house is one of the best homes I have stayed in. It was super clean, well stocked kitchen and well laid out. I was traveling with my parents and they were comfortable too. We needed extra wash clothes for my dad and we had 12 delivered by nightfall. I was amazed. If I am ever in Sarasota again I will be staying at this house. A shout out to the delightful property manager. She actually cares about the customer. She is a rare find and you are lucky to have her. Again thank you for having us. I highly recommend this house.
