Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great House!

We enjoyed our stay at this very nice, well stocked home! It had everything you could want and more! The property manager was awesome…very responsive!

Disappointment

The property was very disappointing. The pool did not heat. The hot tub did not work. The toilet was running when we arrived and it took the repair man two trips to fix it. There were no chairs around the fire pit and only five chairs for the outdoor table. The pictures show six chairs and chairs around the fire pit. The BBQ was out of propane. The hair dryer in the master bedroom sis not work. The rugs were very dirty, especially the scatter rugs. The dining room chairs are falling apart from the bottom. That is just a brief list of some of the issues. I sent an email to your office about this about a week ago but no one responded. The pool guy was very unprofessional. I am expecting all of our deposit to be refunded plus I feel some of our rent should also be refunded as the property was not as advertised.

Great house

This house was perfect for our stay and stocked with all the necessities. The backyard has a great view of the golf course and it was very relaxing to sit by the pool. I was working remotely for the month and never had an issue with the wifi. The yard is well maintained and the neighborhood is very quiet. We walked to old town La Quinta frequently to grab coffee or a bite to eat. I would definitely recommend this property.
