A gem of a property in La Quinta

My family had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous La Quinta property. The home is beautifully maintained with lovely amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our stay feel like we were in our home away from home. The pool and hot tub were always inviting as they were also well maintained along with the grounds. We loved having the orange and grapefruit trees right in our own yard. Walking to Old Town La Quinta was great to take in the various markets and outdoor art festivals. Claire was easy to get in touch and responded quickly to any questions or issues that arose. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you!

Wonderful La Quinta Home with Pool and Mountain Views

Thanks Claire and Ken for making our November, 2021 vacation so special. Your home has the perfect floor plan for an extended family stay. The home was spotlessly clean and comfortable with updated high-end furnishings. We really enjoyed the beautiful pool/spa area with views of the mountains to the south/southwest. The home had all the necessary appliances, utensils and so on. Old Town La Quinta and the Resort are an easy bike ride away which we enjoyed several times during our stay. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts - we look forward to our next visit!! Vance and Beth

Glorious month

The house was perfect for our stay and was stocked with all the necessities. The outdoor space was tranquil and enjoyable all times of the day. We took full advantage of the pool and spa. The community is quiet and friendly. It is in walking distance of Old Town La Quinta with shops and restaurants (Old Town is only 3 blocks long.) We were also close to many golf courses and other activities in the valley. Only down side was the house is 40 min from downtown Palm Springs where there are better quality restaurants. Overall everything exceeded our expectations.

Feels like home

The listing for this VRBO was pretty accurate! The home looked just as the photos showed online and that is such a relief! I love how the kitchen is well-stocked as I love to cook. Having the extra linens and towels was also a plus. I felt at home immediately. I also liked the little garden areas sprinkled around the property. In addition to the many wonderful attractions, especially the hiking areas, Claire's home is walking distance to Old La Quinta and shopping. My husband and I walked to town every opportunity we had- can't beat the convenience of getting exercise and sun (!) especially coming from a cold state. Claire made herself very accessible and responded immediately to our inquiries. Thank you, Claire and Ken for a lovely stay!

Best home in LA QUINTA!!!!

This home is more than advertised. It’s located within walking distance to the Old town, and all the amenities there. The spacious home so clean, well equipped, and essentially goes above and beyond. The owners are so easy to communicate with, and ensure everything is 100%. Not many rentals are so well done. We return year after year, and it feels just like home. Even if you do not golf, you can literally bike right from the front door. It’s a gated, secure, and friendly community. A ten in every aspect. Thank you, and see you again next fall.

Perfect Desert Retreat

House was lovely, very clean and bright. Gated quiet and upscale community with close proximity to town center. Highly recommend to all. Hope to be back soon!

We loved this house and will absolutely be coming back.

We immediately felt like we were on vacation at this house. With the sweeping views and pool and spa right out the door. Very well appointed and owners were accommodating and easy to work with.

Home away from home

This is a very clean well appointed home. The location was perfect for our active golf life. We really appreciated that our favorite restaurants were also close by. We had no problems but the owner made sure we could reach her if need be, which was reassuring in renting a home for a month. We had a great time.

Winter respite

Wonderful property, nicely appointed with everything you need. It was very clean and ready for our occupancy. Very thorough instructions for operations of everything in the house. Also, great narrative of local attractions, dining, etc. Owners timely and responsive with questions about even the smallest detail. GREAT property.

Great stay in La Quinta

This place was awesome! It was exactly as the listing on the VRBO site. We really felt right at home as it is tastefully decorated and has comfortable furnishings. We cooked several meals and found everything we needed in the the kitchen. Can't say enough about the views from this place coupled with the waterfall spa/pool makes for a really tranquil setting. Nice quiet gated La Quinta Fairways community. So many great restaurants and happy hours nearby. The owners were easy to work with. We will certainly be back here again soon.

JUST BOOK IT!!! TEN STARS**********

Few homes on the rental market compare to this amazing immaculate home. From the first class owners who are so honest, and caring, to the homes' perfect location in La Quinta. First off, there is nothing you will need in the home that is not supplied. Clean, crisp, and new! The pool has a remote control for ease of night lighting, or activation of the hot tub. Just a click and it's done. The neighbourhood is quiet and extremely well maintained. It is within walking distance to Old Town La Quinta, and even the world class Silver Rock Golf Resort. If you like to bike, walk, run, golf or play tennis~ it's all close. If you like solitude by the private pool, well, that is even closer! If you choose to eat out- many restaurants are within a short drive or walk. If you prefer a home cooked meal, the kitchen has everything. The home is meticulously clean, and well cared for. There are no maintenance issues~~ everything is in perfect working order, and every bedroom has a television. So, if you are looking for a worrisome vacation, do not hesitate to contact these owners. You will not be disappointed. We will be back! Thank you so much.

Very nice home located in great area in La Quinta.

We had a 6 week stay at this home this past February and half of march. The home was in ideal setting in gated community in La Quinta, very near old town. We had a couple of minor glitches but the owner was very responsive and any problem was solved. This is a nice home that fitted our needs perfectly! Spent many hours in and around the pool.
