Ocean Village

We had a great time at this property. Alain was very communicative, checked in on us, and always answered promptly. The place was clean and very well stocked. The ocean was a short walk away and the water was beautiful.

Great place to stay

The condo was very warm and welcoming. Clean and immaculate. My wife and I would definitely stay again. The Ocean Village property offers every type of activity you could want while on vacation.

Florida vacation

The condo was very clean and in a gated community with excellent security. Excellent location with everything we needed. The owner was very accessible and willing to help if needed.

We stayed at one of the most well laid out, decorated and supplied condo . The owners did a fantastic job putting their condo together. We wish we could have stayed longer.

A Wonderful Getaway

A tastefully decorated, very comfortable, and extremely clean property. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of bed and bath linens and a lovely patio overlooking the golf course. The owners and I communicated nicely and they were kind enough to check on us during our two week stay. A+ rental and would love to rent again.

Nice calm getaway

Condo has all you need really. As expected, super calm area. Beach has tons of sea shells and option to use a pool in the facilities of Ocean Village is nice. Host was super fast and responsive if we had questions.

Slice of paradise!

The property and Ocean Village is a wonderful vacation spot on north Hutchinson island. The condo is very spacious and meticulously maintained. The owners are delightful and extremely responsive and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved everything about the property, beaches, pools, snd surrounding area. We hope to return soon!!

Amazing place

This was a great condo and a great experience. The host was more than accommodating with a delay in our flight time when leaving, and the place had ample supplies to make it an enjoyable week. The location to the beach and the pools was excellent and the condo itself was in pristine condition. I will definitely return to this condo and the owner was a wonderful personable host. Thank you so much Alain .

Paradise…

A perfect get away location from our hectic lives..apartment is beautifully decorated with everything you might need. The screened in patio overlooking the golf course was wonderful for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails and a game of cards. Alain and his wife are the perfect hosts! Definitely will come back! My friends and I had a wonderful getaway.

The perfect vacation

My sister and I came down for thee perfect Florida beach location! That is exactly what we got ❤️❤️❤️ our host was friendly and attentive - his condo was perfect beautifully furnished and decorated with everything we needed or could have asked for! The surrounding area and resort were beautiful with gorgeous manicured gardens, choices of pools and the most beautiful beach with the nicest people! I could not have asked for a better vacation ! This was our first VRBO experience and it was excellent I gave five stars both for kindness and excellence!!!

Excellent Condo in Ocean Village

We absolutely loved our stay here this winter. The Condo was immaculate, well stocked with all the essentials, beautifully decorated and very relaxing -breakfast on the lanai every morning. Beach, golf, tennis and pickleball right outside your door. Owners Alain and Gretchen were wonderful hosts, readily available when we had questions and checked in to be sure we were enjoying ourselves . Definitely will be coming back ! Thanks

Relaxing Stay

Alain's property was everything we anticipated it to be. The pictures are spot on. The furniture is very comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. The lani was our favourite "room", we ate all our meals out there! Alain was only a text message away and always responded back quickly. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to family and friends. Hope to return ourselves!

Home Away From Home

This place is absolutely beautiful and oh so comfortable. The bedrooms are separated by the large living room which we all enjoyed. Everything you need is in the unit. TONS of beach equipment! We used to own a timeshare and I created a “condo bag” which was filled with items we needed through the years. This is the first place we stayed where I never needed to open the bag. They thought of everything for you. This unit is close to a pool & beach access. The local restaurants were awesome! The fireworks on 7/4 were amazing when watched on the seaway bridge…best I’ve ever seen. You’re gonna love it here.

Perfect!

Husband and I stayed here for a week. We thoroughly enjoy the property! We loved spending time on the porch overlooking the sixth green. It was very peaceful. The living room had a super comfy sectional couch, perfect for napping! The kitchen was phenomenally appointed. We also enjoyed using the charcoal grill. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The apartment was impeccably clean and the grounds were very well-kept. He enjoyed the pools, hot tub, and Ocean Village restaurant and most especially, the beach. The beach is gorgeous, great for walking. They have a storage area with everything you could want for the beach including a little cart for pulling your chairs, umbrellas, etc. We would highly recommend this property and definitely plan to return!

Mattress was awful, just awful. Could not get any of the TV s to work , no instructions left for us or area info , restaurants on property were not open for business , found out about the pool Location from a neighbor

Condo was Perfect

We are from WV and came to FL to visit our son and family that live here as well as vacation at the beach. The CONDO was perfect. It was clean, well stocked, close to anything we needed. Perfect to do nothing or to be active. The owners were very accommodating and helpful. The resort was safe and very nice. We will stay there again! We truly enjoyed our children while in Florida. We took an airboat ride, went on a day trip to Legoland, played at an arcade/bowling, celebrated my grandsons birthday on the inlet, went to the Aquarium, played in the beautiful ocean the first two days the the seaweed took over the beach ugh 😣. We swam in the pool a couple of times, took morning walks, saw the sea turtles, their eggs and a baby turtle, and absolutely fabulous sunrises 🌅. Cooked in, ate out. Wonderful Vacation with my kiddos 💟✝️🙌. Thank you 🌟😁
