Super location just east of the busy downtown Destin but located in the quiet and quaint Scenic Gulf Drive area where you can drive along the beach road and see the Gulf of Mexico. Mainly townhomes and low-rise condos.

Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon, boogie boards, rafts, and beach toys for your enjoyment are located in upstairs storage chest.

Convenient to an abundance of shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants in either direction of the townhome. Located midway between Silver Sands Designer Outlet, Sandestin Grande Boulevard, Winn Dixie, Publix, Whole Foods at Destin Commons, Walmart, Lowes, Home Depot, Fresh, and many restaurants to the west and east!

The Walking/Jogging/Bike path/trail that runs along the beach road Scenic Gulf Drive makes it easy for the kiddos to access the Public Beach Access right before the east side of Pompano Joes Restaurant & Bar. The county public Beach Park has beach toys, umbrellas, chairs, and restrooms. The Whales Tail Restaurant and Beach Bar are to the east about 6 blocks from the State-owned public Beach Park.

The popular area of Miramar Beach is convenient to the Silver Sands Outlet shopping Mall in Sandestin, our seven Golf Courses, Water Attractions for the children, Fishing Boat charters, and many restaurants to fit everyone's liking.

New King and Queen Mattresses and frames, 20" travertine look tile, newer Kraftmaid kitchen cabinets, and Silestone Quartz countertops. Newer Washer/ Dryer. New large smart TCL Roku TV in the living room, Primary Bedroom and 2nd Bedroom has wall mounted televisions with the Roku interface.

There is a King size bed in the Master Bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed. There is a queen air mattress for kids if needed! The sofa is not a sleeper sofa but is comfortable.

Townhome living is convenient for those who want to drive right up to their unit and avoid elevators! Great with kids because they can walk right out and play on the huge lawn right out the sliding door and palm tree-surrounded gated pool.

Spacious townhome with about 1275 square feet with the bedrooms on the second floor with 2 full baths up, and kitchen, dining room, living area, and 1/2 bath on the ground floor.

Nice for the kids because it is a grassy courtyard to play in and it is easy for you to watch. Unlike condominiums, there a newer electric barbecue grill on the private ground floor patio with a table and chairs.

The unit sleeps 4 persons comfortably. Will allow 5 people but one will be on the sofa or air mattress. The master bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the open courtyard. Sorry, the sofa does not pull out into a bed.

I take much pride in the unit. You will love it and find it very comfortable.

If a Hurricane WARNING is issued for Destin/Miramar Beach for your stay you will not be obligated to the rental. All deposits and rents are to be returned. If already in Destin when ordered to evacuate, rent will be returned to you on a prorated daily basis of unused nights.

This is my 25th year of renting my units out for vacations, so I do know what you expect in a comfortable, exceptionally clean, and memorable vacation rental.
