Great value in Winter Park! Backs to Forest, New King and Queen sized beds, twin bunk and pull out sofa. Cozy and highly rated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is only a six minute walk to the top breweries/restaurants/shops in Winter Park. This remodeled second floor end unit has lots of natural light and a back deck with a grill that overlooks the forest.
The condo is right next to the clubhouse, which has 3 hot tubs, sauna, heated indoor pool, laundry facilities, free movies to check out, lounge area, meeting area, and a deck with a grill.
POOL: Heated indoor pool and hot tubs are open, clubhouse is just across the parking lot!
Contactless Entry: You will be sent a private code to enter the condo. Owners are available for any inquiries.
Rooms: Blackout blinds in all bedrooms.
Master bedroom has a new king bed with a new High Def LG Smart Flat Screen TV, ample closet space, and a master bathroom with 2 sinks.
Second Bedroom has a new queen bed with a twin-sized bunk above. Flat screen TV, ample closet space and a private bathroom.
The living room has a memory foam full sized pull out mattress sofa sleeper. Blackout blinds and wood window shutters in living room.

Sofa Sleeper, Recliner, Storage Ottoman, Hi Def Smart TV, Gas Fireplace, Dining table that comfortably seats 6 people.
Kitchen:

NO PETS ALLOWED: Guests are not allowed to bring pets. These rules are strictly enforced . Guests will lose their deposit and can be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet on the property.
NO SMOKING in public areas of the property. No smoking allowed on front or back balcony. No vaping in the property.
Cleaning: The condo is cleaned thoroughly and disinfected after each guest departs. WP STR #021034.

This was our first time in Winter Park and our host Dawn was more than helpful. She checked in to make sure we arrived ok and gave us endless recommendations for places to eat, drink etc. The condo was very clean and cozy. The beds were very comfortable and welcoming after a long day of skiing. Definitely very pleased with our stay.

Great place to stay
The condo was very clean and worked well for 2 couples. The owners were very communicative and gave us lots of information.

Great Location and Stay
The apartment is very comfortable with an unbeatable location between the mountain and the town. Would love to stay again!

Everything was great from communication, amenities, location and quality. Kids loved the area right outside to play in the snow. Highly recommend.

Wonderful location
This is a great place to stay! Right on the free lift route to the ski resort. Even into the town of Frasier. We loved staying here.

Immaculate condo, able to walk into the town of Winter Park. The hosts were the best I've ever stayed with. Detailed answers to my questions and will definitely stay here again

AWESOME quiet & well equipped place - perfect spot!
We loved our stay here: quiet, very (!) comfortable, all amenities, great view of the forest, super well equipped, lovely furnishings, great host who was super responsive with questions. We'd love to stay here again!

Great stay
We really enjoyed the condo. The weather presented some challenges and the owners were a delight to work going out of their way to help us figure out accommodations during the storm.

Great New Year Stay
Great location, very close to the Ski Resort and downtown Winter Park. Very comfortable and clean condo, and excellent communication and service from the property owners.

Fun at Solshine in Winter Park
The condo was clean and well supplied. It was convenient walking distance to the Rendezvous park. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great for our family of 4!
Everything was wonderful! Location is great with easy access to Winter Park downtown and Mountain! View was very scenic and peaceful, and very cozy with the fireplace. We had a wonderful and relaxing Ski vacation and would definitely stay here on our next trip to WP!

Excellent Beaver Village Condo
One of the better appointed Beaver Village condos that we have stayed in. They have everything and place is super clean. Location can't be beat.

Christmas in Winter Park
Our family of 5 spent a wonderful 5 days here including Christmas! Great location, close to town and skiing! Comfortable condo with responsive owners! They weee so kind to check on our during our stay!! Highly recommend!!

Nice and cozy
The property was close to everything. Condo was clean and cozy. Kitchen had nice pots and pans for cooking. Enjoyed our stay in Winter Park.

Comfortable Mountain Home
I was please with my stay in Winter Park. Their home was very well equipped and nice decorated with every amenity you would ever need.

Great Access / Very Clean
The property was very clean, and in a great location right between downtown WP and the ski slopes. The hosts were very easy to communicate with, and always accessible. Highly recommend this property!
