Our home is charming, cozy & comfortable. It is a single-story home located in the heart of the ‘Nepenthe Neighborhood’ an upscale community in West Sedona. **NO PETS ALLOWED** It is only a 5 minute walk to ‘Nepenthe’s private pool’ We have 3 Bedrooms, 2 full baths. Parking is limited with a 2 car garage - your vehicle must be 18ft long or less to fit & no taller vehicles will fit either (there is no other parking available) We have a very large private backyard brick patio with a fire pit you can stargaze at night & enjoy your coffee out on the patio in the morning. There is a partial view of Mt Thunder from the patio as well. You can walk to restaurants, hikes, theaters, banks, and grocery stores.... Beautifully decorated, with a touch of personal artwork. The ‘Nepenthe Community pool’ is always heated from May 1st through September 30th..... If the night temp stays above 50 degrees it will be heated earlier & last longer, but it is always open. Our hot tub is open all year round as well! You must have our pool key to enter ~ We are about 2 1/2 miles to uptown Sedona. We are around 1 mile to Sunset park (Tennis court & basketball court) Playground area too. We have 2 bicycle’s, 2 tennis rackets & badminton available to use as well ~

First time to Sedona

The property was centrally located close to grocery store, hwy 89a, bank and several hiking trails. Beautiful view of Thunder Mountain.

Wonderful vacation

This property was in a perfect location and Julie was very helpful. The house was VERY clean. If we come back to Sedona we would definitely rent again.

50th birthday trip with friends

Sweet owners gave us a bottle of Prosecco for my birthday! Very nice property, nicely decorated, & very well furnished in a peaceful neighborhood with great view of the red rocks. There are 1 king bed in master bedroom & 2 queens in the other bedrooms. The mattresses & bedding were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The grill in back porch was also handy. The back porch was so nicely furnished & spacious - eating area, lounging, & siting area with outdoor heater-table. We were nicely surprised with the coffee, spices, condiments. It was also nice to have shampoo, conditioner & sunscreens, as we only had small travel sized of everything in our carryons, but we didn’t find body lotions. The full size washer & dryer were handy after 5-hours of hiking. The 2 bikes, pool, & hot tub were a big plus! We enjoyed everything but the pool, sure wished we stayed longer! There’s a Safeway is 10-min walk from the property, less than 4-min drive, which came in handy for last night’s TP run, There are some walkable restaurants including a wood-fired pizza restaurant. We highly recommend this property, perfect for a family trip or trip with friends. We felt “at home” during our trip.

Sisters get away in beautiful Sedona

4 sisters from all over the US gathered in beautiful Sedona for three days and two nights in October. The nearby downtown was filled with loads of great shops and restaurants. Our condo owner, Julie, was a great communicator from the very start briefing us ahead of time on restaurants and hikes we may want to try. The three bedroom condo was perfect for the four of us and very comfortable and well outfitted. I would definitely recommend this place to stay while in the area.

Great Stay!

Great place! The only issue I ran into was the level of noise from the AC unit next to the master bedroom. Bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.

Nice Getaway

Very clean! Very conveniently located: close to trails, restaurants, and grocery stores. Even though we did not cook, the kitchen was well stocked with supplies and seasonings. The beds were very comfortable, and the water pressure in the showers was very good. We all enjoyed the pool access - just a five minute walk away. It was a great way to cool off after hiking. Note: Light sleepers may want to avoid master bedroom, for the AC unit can be a bit loud when turning on because it is right outside of that bedroom's window. We did not make use of the patio, but it is very spacious. We would definitely stay here again when in town.

Perfect!!!

Beautiful spacious clean propertyclose to everything, but not in the middle of everything. Stayed with my parents and a friend and we all had plenty of room. Amazing surroundings, quiet neighboorhood and warm and friendly hosts who were always available. Couldnt ask for more!

Beautiful Sedona

We were very comfortable in this very clean home. The hosts appear to be in tune with the needs of their guests by providing some extras. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Directions for the use of appliances were very clear. Check in and out was easy. Outside area was fabulous.

AMAZING Vacation Home

Julie and Greg were wonderful. We started planning our family vacation for our daughter's wedding a year in advance. Julie helped with so many fine details to make our event perfect! The condo was the hub for 4 different families who were also staying in the development. We hosted 17 of us on the patio and side yard for our rehearsal dinner. There was plenty of room for everyone. We visited 3 other condos in Nepenthe and Julie and Greg had the best condo. We spent mornings and evenings on the patio. The kitchen was well stocked and the living room was comfortable for watching TV. The pool was another great place to gather and was within walking distance. We would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Sedona. Hope to come back soon!

Magical stay in Sedona

Amazing location and accommodation!

This was a first rate experience for us. It was a girls getaway to celebrate a couple of milestone birthdays. We hiked, dined and spa’d and had a wonderful time. The house was very comfortable and the owners had anticipated all our needs. Thanks for a great 3 days! We will be back.

Girls trip

Great place to stay! Only thing I’d recommend is changing the shower head to a bigger one, it was too small and very short in the main bath for anyone over 5’7”. We also paid a cleaning fee and don’t understand why we had to pull sheets and take out trash if we paid a hefty cleaning fee. Otherwise we loved where we stayed.

Views for days!

We booked this trip as a 40th celebration with 3 of my best friends from high school. The villa is so cozy and the views from the patio are amazing! It is close to many shops, hiking, grocery stores. The pool is walking distance. The hosts were so sweet and easy and quick with communication. Cannot say enough good things about staying here!

Great Property and Owners

Our family stayed for almost a week at Gail and Greg's condo/home and couldn't be happier. The condo was delightful and close to everything in Sedona. It was exactly as described and Gail provided us with all sorts of information about the condo, hiking, restaurants, things to do in and around Sedona, and were available when we needed them. They were wonderful hosts and we highly recommend staying at their condo if you plan on spending any time in Sedona.

60th Birthday Trip to Sedona!

We had a delightful time celebrating my husband”s 60th birthday with our adult kids! Julie and Greg have a lovely home that is well stocked and super convenient to everything in Sedona. Thank you for all the special touches like the Red Rock Pass and the complimentary bottle of Prosecco! We would definitely stay here again if we return to Arizona

We lived in the NW and now live in Surprise & Sedona ~ We are so excited to be a part of the Sedona Community :-) We have our beautiful Townhome as comfortable and nice as possible, so our guests will want to come back time & time again...... We plan on using it as much as we can as well!

You can easily walk to the grocery and restaurants, movie theater, and even to the Airport Loop trail head. Access to trails and views from Dry Creek Road are only 5 minutes away. You can't beat it .....fabulous Community, comfortable and well stocked with all of your cooking needs. TV's in living room and master bedroom too. Both TV’s are Smart TV with access to our Free Netflix, YouTube acct & free wifi as well. Relaxing community pool & hot tub too!

We have shutters through out the entire home which creates a homey feeling with lots of privacy. There is a wonderful brick patio with a fire pit and chairs, with a view of Mt Thunder & stars at night! We have 'The Hotel Collection' sheets for the comfort of our guests along with very comfortable beds. (Look at our reviews!) Most of the artwork on our walls is painted by my husband ‘Greg’ & available to purchase if you'd like. (Acrylic on canvas)
