Robin had we been told this upon your arrival to the unit we would have sent the cleaners back to the unit to address both issues. The photos provided the cleaning inspector were reviewed and no issues with the floor or glass are found. We take these issues very seriously as does the cleaner assigned to that unit. We would love to host you again. Best to you on your future endeavors.

Family Vacation

The property was nice and pictures are accurate. I would recommend this property and would stay here again myself. However, the washing machine either needs to be fixed or replaced due to having only one cycle that works properly and only being able to wash small loads. This made doing laundry for 6 people very time consuming. Also, the bed spreads/comforters need to be washed as there were spills/stains on them. Finally, it would have been nice to have a kitchen towel and dish cloth available. Overall, we had a great week.
