This beautiful coastal condo is on the 17th floor oceanfront in The Ashworth, one of North Myrtle Beach's premier high rises. Located on Ocean Blvd, 1/2 block off Main St. (GPS address is 102 No. Ocean Blvd, North Myrtle Beach, SC). Recently renovated with LVP floors throughout, updated bathrooms with quartz countertops, new lighting, mirrors, hardware, etc. A nicely appointed full kitchen. There is a large beach between our building and the ocean with plenty of space for sunbathing, bocce ball, or building sandcastles. The building recently added a dune walkover which lets you go from the building to the sand/beach with no steps. Enjoy the view and expansive coastline views from this southend facing unit. This 4-bedroom designer unit is perfect for couples, family vacations, golfers, shaggers or a girlfriends' getaway. Come visit quaint North Myrtle Beach and enjoy restaurants, shopping, ice cream/candy shops and live music -all within walking distance. Make sure you check out the SC state dance - the shag - while here! You can find shaggers at Fat Harold's, Duck's or OD Pavilion almost every day. You'll find something for everyone and want to come back year after year.

This was an absolutely vacation for our family! The view was amazing and the condo was spacious and welcoming. It did not take long for us to feel right at home. The hosts were informative and helpful through the entire process. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Review

The property was very well maintained and within walking distance of all the venues located in downtown Ocean Drive. Parking was very convenient and there are many nearby golf courses which was the reason for our trip.

Everything was great. The only issue were the elevators going down but the owner reached out and found out the problem and communicated with us and they had two back up and running before we left. The owner also allowed us a little extra check out time since it was longer wait for elevators

Excellent property, right on the beach with a magnificent view of the beach and Main Street from the balcony. Very well equipped, dishes, pots, pans. Bed was extremely comfortable in the master. And the master bath was amazing. Large comfortable shower, jacuzzi tub, double sink. Washer and dryer in the unit. Coffee maker with a kurig. Just everything you need to be at home. Highly recommend.

Great vacation!

Our family really enjoyed staying in this condo. We stayed in the same condo a few years ago and it only gets better. The condo owners really take pride in making this unit a great choice for your next vacation and it well stocked. The oceanfront and corner unit views are excellent and walking distance to lots of restaurants and stores. The owners respond quickly to any questions regarding this rental.

Family beach getaway

The owners were great and the property was stocked and well kept. Check in was a breeze, and any questions were answered in a very timely manner. Location, set up, parking and elevators were optimal and the walk to the beach was easy. Loved the keyless entry. The only thing we had any issues with were roku TV and Wi-Fi which buffered or went out from time to time. Overall, we'd stay there again!

amazing!

The place was nice. Clean and quiet. Beautiful views. Spacious. My husband is not a fisherman and caught 4 stingrays--we were able to put them back into the ocean safely! the pools, lazy river and hot tub were great Definitely want to return!

A native of Charlotte, North Carolina, Stan has been a regular at Ocean Drive for over 50 years!! After he graduated NCSU, he met Susan, a native of Arkansas and moved her to NC. He couldn't wait to introduce her to the beaches of North/South Carolina and share his wonderful childhood memories as well as college memories - shaggin' in the sand and listening to his favorite beach bands! Over the years, we have enjoyed annual beach reunions with Stan's Sigma Chi brothers and numerous family and friends. We are happy to share this little slice of heaven with you!

Stan and Susan were thrilled when they were able to purchase this beautiful condo in this fabulous location in Ocean Drive in 2000. They have made wonderful family memories with their 3 children and and many friends while relaxing and playing at the beach over the years! Now with (soon to be) five grandchildren to introduce to shell hunting, wave riding, and shaggin' in the sand, a new chapter and family fun continues.....

Ocean Drive still has the small beach town feel with Main Street just a block away. Seafood shacks, ice cream parlors and pizza joints as well as shag clubs and bars...and the most unique of all is the OD Pavillion - a throwback in time - open air pavillion a grill, bar, arcade games, pool tables and a wooden dance floor. Something for everyone in the family!
