An amazing condo right on the water that is completely renovated and beautifully decorated. Sapphire beach is a minute away, our pool is 50 steps away and so is Sudi's our on-property tiki bar and restaurant. All the best beaches on island are 5 minutes away, and so is Red Hook which has 10 restaurants, bars, 2 grocery stores and more.

Perfect place for our getaway

Perfect room for my family getaway. Close proximity to the pool, beach and restaurant! The views were amazing! We couldn’t have been happier!

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay! The views from the balcony are wonderful, and we enjoyed having breakfast and dinner there. It's interesting to watch the boats come and go at the marina. Sudi's restaurant and bar as well as the pool are just across the street, with good drinks and some live music. Close to all the east side beaches, walk to Sapphire Beach or a short drive to Lindquist and Coki; Megans Bay is about 9 miles away. Shawn is a great host. Communication was excellent and he responded immediately to answer any questions we had. Shawn supplies a notebook full of helpful suggestions for activities and dining... loved his recommendation of the XO Bistro! We appreciated all the beach gear...chairs, towels, snorkel equipment, floaties. The unit was very clean, bed was comfy. One note, listed as having a blender and dishwasher, but has neither. Not a big deal to us, but just so you're aware. We'd surely stay again when we come back to St. Thomas.

Everything advertsed was true

The studio was perfect for us. Everything advertised was true. Clean place, well stocked, close to pool and beach. Would highly recommend it.Only caveat was lack of tv control. Only Netfix and Amazon Prime apps installed with no opportunity to add an app such as Hulu or Tubi. Normally, I wouldnt mind but was in the middle of the NFL and NCAA playoffs.Other than that, this was a great place. We enjoyed the great view from the patio and watching the boats come and go.

10/10 Recommend!

While the roadways and layout are a bit confusing at first, you figure it out and get used to it pretty quickly. The room (and our host Shawn) were both anazing! The room had some snacks and snorkel equipment that were greatly appreciated along with some tips and recommendations that we used! The view of the marina was the perfect start and end to everyday. I would absolutely love to come back and stay in this exact room. Loved it!

Anniversary vacation

My wife and Me celebrated our 34th anniversary here for 7 night's, The perfect location steps away from the pool and Sudis, wonderful view. We Highly recommend it for all.

Nice Apartment, good host

We stayed just one night before getting on a boat at the marina. Worked perfectly for us. Host was great.

Perfect for a couple.

The location was amazing. Close to everything we were interested in. Shawn was awesome to communicate with. Very helpful. We stayed long enough too receive a mid stay cleaning which was every nice. Having beach chairs and a cooler available was soooo appreciated. I also used the snorkeling gear available every day. The fridge had a few water's and beers waiting for us along with some snacks . Very nice 👌 We'll be back.

Paradise at an affordable price

I loved the location of this property. Like many areas on st Thomas, you CANNOT walk places. Sapphire village is great because you have Sudis bar & grill in your backyeard. You can walk across the marina to sapphire beach bar, a coffee shop & sea salt restaurant as well as Sapphire beach which was our favorite beach on the trip. There’s lots of snorkel gear you can use, sunscreen left behind, aloe and baby oil for tanning. If you do want to snorkel I would suggest buying Johnson&johnson baby soap, if you mix a little with water it’s used as a defogger for snorkel goggles, trust me, you want to do this! The only reason I give 4 stars for one of the ratings is to no fault of the owner, we were unaware that there was/is mandatory black out periods through the electric company. These are scheduled blackouts (typically during the day) where they turn off the power somewhere between 2-4hrs. There was 1 out of 4 nights we woke up and there was no power, slightly uncomfortable because I’m a fan sleeper. The only reason we knew this was because we talked to the bar tenders at Sudis and they said the electrical company website has these schedules listed. I think it would be beneficial to relay that information to guests just so they don’t get anxious or surprised when it happens. I am a very anxious person and have ADHD so this sent me into a bit of a panic for a short time. I felt instant relief when the bar tenders told me why it was happening. Aside from this AMAZING!!!!

Great Hist Great Property!

We enjoyed our stay at the resort. We had an issue with some of the equipment advertised and our host promptly replaced all the broken snorkel gear!! He was easy to get hold of and followed up as needed. The property was clean and well cared for also. It is a well managed property. The furnishings were as nice as in the pics displayed in the listing. It was an outstanding vacation!

Fantastic view from the balcony, plenty of amenities in the unit (cookware, towels, beach gear, etc.), very clean when we arrived. Short walk to the beach and several restaurants. The local beach was never crowded. Plenty of other dining options, two grocery stores, and ferry station 4 minute drive from the unit. Did not use the pool but it looked nice.

Little Oasis Away from Home

It was an amazing place to return to after busy, fun-filled day of activities! Appreciated the cold waters in the fridge. Lots of dishes, pots, pans, and beach stuff for us to use.Sudi's & the pool steps are away. Great food & drinks from Sudi's with a warm & welcoming staff. Would recommend our host Shawn & Sapphire Villages!

Great spot

Lovely little villa close to the marina and the beach. Porch overlooking the marina is perfect. A/C is great (and quiet). Not a lot of noise from above units, nor from the marina. Manager does a great job with communication. Small critique - directions to unit could be clearer - try to avoid rum drinks before the first attempt.

Awesome Views!

The condo location was perfect! Enjoyed having coffee out on the patio overlooking the marina, was such a beautiful view... can see the other islands and St John. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen could have been a little more stocked as we did like to make breakfast. The location on the east end of the island was convenient, close to shopping, and restaurants. We had a car and drove around, checking out other beaches. Sapphire beach was a 5 minute walk and we went there everyday. Snorkeling gear that was provided by Shawn worked out well, as there was great snorkeling at all the beaches. The unit was right across from the pool and Sudi's Bar which was also convenient. Good food and drinks. Would highly recommend the unit, we had an awesome time, thank you Shawn!! He was a great host, timely communication.
