We really enjoyed the open common area in this property. We were able to walk to Mill Avenue and the property is very close to the airport. Raul was a gracious host!

Admin Retreat

We enjoyed the stay. Loved that all bedrooms had their own bathroom. Area is loud and noisy but we enjoyed the time we were there.

Spacious, close to downtown and clean.

Great property with lots of space and well equipped kitchen. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was nice for each person in our group to have some privacy. We will definitely return.

Fun sofisticated property close to the airport and ASU. Raul was a great host! The view of the mountains is breathtaking. Everything we needed and more for our home away from home.

Long Weekend

Raul’s property is better than advertised, the home was beautiful and clean. The location was very close to everything we needed. Raul was very fast with communication. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Convenient location

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this spacious condo. It was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient to ASU and surrounding amenities. Only downside was airline traffic, but I suspect this is the case for any Tempe location given it’s proximity to SkyHarbor

Beautiful condo close to everything!

We had such a good experience. Definitely will be back to stay with Raul soon! The condo was gorgeous and all the little amenities and details meant a lot! Raul is so responsive and easy to work with! Thank you do much!

Spacious townhouse

This townhouse worked great for our stay in Tempe. It is close to ASU and the airport. There is one bedroom and one bathroom on each of the 3 levels. We appreciated having a secure garage with garage door openers for use. Communication with the owner was good. It is a nice touch to have snacks and cold beverages available upon arrival.

Excellent experience right near the heart of Tempe. Its great because you are only about a mile from.Mill St but not in the traffic and craziiness around Mill. The property has a 2 car garage that you can park in. There are 3 bedrooms 1 on each level of the townhouse. There are a lot of stairs. Raul, the host, provided some snacks and some drinks in the fridge which was a very nice touch! Would definitely stay again!

Townhouse Convenience

Clean, well located townhouse in Tempe. The property had a garage for our truck. Walked to breakfast, short drive to the Hole In The Rock. Loved the huge window in the Living Room! Spent a little too much time on the arcade machine (set the new Dig Dug record). We would definitely stay there again.

Great townhouse

Easy access to freeway and ASU Tempe campus. Loved that ea of the three bedrooms has their own bathroom. Did not cook however, it seemed to have plenty of kitchen items to use. The only thing I would suggest are more than two pillows per bed as the currect ones are very flat. A very nice place and very easy communication with the owner.

Disappointed

Everything looked as expected from the pictures. The picture shows four barstools,there were 3 bar stools. We had four adults in our party. The vrbo has 3 bedrooms. There could be 6 bar stools. There is outside seating with no cushions to enjoy outside. There was some furniture damage that should have been fixed. We let the host know all that was wrong. Hopefully everything will be fixed for the next couple who stay there.It’s a beautiful place enjoy our stay,but could’ve been better if they check for damage and fix the issues.The washer was filthy and the door was closed. It smelled musty.

Even Better Than Expected.

My family stayed here for a few days. The online photos of the property do not do it justice! Extremely clean, up to date, and spacious for the four of us that stayed there. The owner always responded quickly to any information or questions that we asked. We did not want to leave at the end of our stay!
