This is a large 4-bedroom home with 2 full bathrooms ready for your use. It is conveniently located with a large driveway that parks 4 cars. The backyard has multiple areas for entertaining, a groomed BOCCE court, corn hole, a propane BBQ grill, jacuzzi tub, and tranquil fountain which can easily entertain up to 40 people. It's a short drive to Cal Poly and downtown San Luis Obispo. Public transportation and ample shopping is available close by.

The interior features a separate dining room, and living room with a CASINO gaming table and a cozy fire place. Cook in a generous kitchen with island seating and professional grade appliances.

There is high speed wi-fi available. All bedrooms have usb chargers. There are two large smart TV’s with AppleTV+, Prime, Netflix, CBS All Access, and Local HD channels. Auxiliary power and HDMI hookups available for your game console.

Wonderful place to stay for the whole family!

We loved this home so much! It had plenty of things to do for all ages. The kitchen was well stocked, the backyard was incredible and the home was clean and well cared for. We had a little hiccup with the code when we arrived and had a little trouble connecting with the owner to get it fixed- but that didn’t interfere with our stay. Highly recommend this property.

Great house in a convenient location

We had a great stay at this spacious and well-stocked home! The beds were super comfortable, and the house had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. One of the highlights was the bocce ball court—it was such a fun bonus for our group! The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, which made everything smooth from start to finish. The location is also really convenient—just a short drive to lots of family-friendly activities and restaurants, and right next to several shopping centers for anything we needed on the fly. Would definitely recommend for a fun and easy getaway!

It was all good but I bought 150 dollars of steak and could not use the newer bbq if I were him I would fix that! You anticipate the bbq would work! That was a bad thing! Cooking for 8 we had to make do on the stove and the steaks were terrible! I liked it mostly because I went to cal poly and lived close went I went to college.

Great home for family stay

Great stay at a great property

Our group of nine (grandparents, adult children, souses, grandkids) had a great stay. Michael the host was very helpful throughout. House is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi!

Amazing home in a great location!

The home was very clean and exactly what is pictured in the Vrbo listing. Michael was very responsive with any questions we had. He made the check-in and check-out process easy. Would definitely stay again!

Great getaway!

Villa Eduardo was exactly as pictured! Clean and comfortable and nicely furnished and decorated. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. There was lovely music playing to welcome us and a lovely bottle of wine that we enjoyed. I highly recommend Villa Eduardo and we would stay again!

We had a fantastic time in the backyard utilizing the bocce and cot hole sets. The hot tub was a great place since the evenings were quite chilly. There were a lot of nice personal touches to make us feel at home and welcomed. My only issue was that We didn’t get check-in or check-out instructions in a timely manner.

Lovely experience

The house was great for a large group (8 adults) Well equipped kitchen and comfortable living space. Big kitchen, which helped with our “too many cooks” dynamic. Wonderful outdoor space and we had a great time with the corn hole and bocce ball sets. Close to downtown SLO so easy to get to movies, restaurants. A few things to improve: front bathroom shower curtain has black mold and needs to be cleaned or replaced. Window blinds in second bedroom are falling apart and couldn’t be used. Would have liked hand towels in addition to the bath towels and soap at the bathroom sinks.

Villa Eduardo Stay

Our host called while in route to tell us the property would not be ready at the promised time of 3:00pm. Luckily, we were running late and that ended up not being a problem. Overall, the inside of the house was clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked. The condition of the backyard was disappointing as it did not match the picture on the website, especially the bocce ball court, which had not been maintained. The hot tub was ready for us upon arrival. The neighborhood was very noisy with the neighbor playing booming music throughout the weekend. At times it was so annoying that we could not be outside. We did not know until receiving the check-in info 24 hours prior that tenants of a back property would be accessing a walkway which was directly next to the bedroom windows. Although we were assured privacy screens on the windows would be sufficient, the 5 women in the house were not comfortable with people walking next to their windows at all hours. The final reason for my poor review occured on our last day. Checkout was at 12:00 noon, and at 9:00 am, unannounced, a man entered the backyard while we were all in pajamas, to clean the hot tub that we were about use! We were given no prior knowledge and we left our stay all feeling disappointed. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this property.

Convenient but needs work

The location and size of the house was ideal for our trip to SLO, however, this property did not fully meet our expectations. The host was not ready for us upon our arrival; we were on a strict schedule for a wedding and showed up for check-in promptly at 3pm, our scheduled check-in time. The code provided to us to enter the home did not work, and there were things promised in the accommodations in the property listing that were missing, such as creamer, eggs and bacon. The host was friendly and came by to check on toiletry supplies after I called, but my guests and I were hoping to show up to a house that was completely ready for our arrival, and unfortunately this place was not. The one full size bathroom that was not attached to a bedroom need a serious deep cleaning; the baseboards and door needed a good scrubbing and the shower curtain lining had stains and looked like it had never been replaced. One of the bedroom doors didn’t have a door knob. The outside area and furniture were covered in cobwebs, and the rain gutters were overflowing with pine needles, which made the outside area much less aesthetic. The host also came by to get personal items from inside the house during the middle of our stay. The positives of this property were: - spacious floor plan - instant hot water - proximity to downtown and the Madonna Inn - personal touches such as a custom welcome sign and a bottle of wine - spacious hot tub - spacious driveway

SLO Week

Needed a spot close to Madonna Inn for son’s wedding. Family group of 6 adults were easily accommodated in the home and an intimate dinner for 13 worked out perfectly. Home is a little close to a sometimes busy street, but we could not hear any traffic noise. Close to shopping in the event anyone needed anything. Thanks Michael
