Located in the prestigious Avila Valley, This home is the ideal gathering place for family vacations or events upon approval. This is a custom luxury home on 13 acres with approximately 3650 s.f. This home has five bedrooms plus a bonus room with 2 sets of custom built bunk beds(4 twin beds) and four bathrooms. A Gourmet kitchen featuring professional grade appliances which include two ovens, large center island and large pantry. The open floor plan has vaulted ceilings, three fireplaces, wood floors in common areas.

This a FANTASTIC property, and an equally WONDERFUL host in Jasi.The property has everything going for it - huge place with multiple rooms, big big backyard, a pool, a hot tub, pickle ball court, grills - you name it, and it has it! Definitely meant for a big group (10), and provides for everything one can need or want.Jasi is an excellent host - super responsive, detailed and kind. She made our stay even better than we could have imagined.Definitely recommend this property 1000% if you are looking to stay in SLO, and we will be coming back soon the next time our family plans a get together.

This home is beautiful, peaceful and spacious! We had a group of 14 and it was plenty of space for all of us to feel comfortable. The backyard space was incredible - we enjoyed the pool and pickleball court and the kids loved to play on the lawn. The outdoor dining setups and firepits were great too. Communication was smooth and easy with Jasi. Definitely would recommend this home!

Such a great spot for a small reunion of classmates from Cal Poly. Great location for hiking the ridge by the house, heading in to downtown San Luis, or the beach in Avila or Shell.

We had a wonderful stay at the Avila Valley Luxury Estate. It exceeded our expectations! It was perfect for our large party between the plenty of beds, the large kitchen, and massive backyard. We all fit comfortably and all agreed we would definitely stay again!

Great stay!

What an awesome place! Tons of room to spread out, and the outdoor area was a highlight—perfect for relaxing by the fire pit. We lucked out with sunshine on Saturday, which made the stay even better. Highly recommend this spot for a great getaway. Thanks so much

The house was amazing! Perfect size for my family and extended family. The house was spacious, clean and had everything you needed. The backyard was a huge plus. The outdoor games kept us all entertained! Perfect location too. I will definitely stay here again. The owners were super helpful and responded right away if we had any questions.

Fabulous Property

We were in Avila for a family reunion and this was a perfect place to house the 11 of us and we were able to enjoy the beautiful backyard with some of the extended family. The host was very easy to work with. Would love to return sometime.

Terrific place to stay and relax.

Plenty of space and light, place is very easy-going and great to come back to after the day/night out. Bonus backyard for puppy and family star-gazing at night. Owners friendly and responsive.
