Located in the prestigious Avila Valley, This home is the ideal gathering place for family vacations or events upon approval. This is a custom luxury home on 13 acres with approximately 3650 s.f. This home has five bedrooms plus a bonus room with 2 sets of custom built bunk beds(4 twin beds) and four bathrooms. A Gourmet kitchen featuring professional grade appliances which include two ovens, large center island and large pantry. The open floor plan has vaulted ceilings, three fireplaces, wood floors in common areas.

Girls Weekend on the Central Coast

We had a fantastic weekend vacation! Check in was perfectly convenient. The host was very friendly and welcoming. The home is fantastic for a large party. We spent the weekend exploring the surrounding area but also enjoyed the incredible backyard! Highly recommend this house for any groups of all ages!

Wonderful location for large family gathering

We stayed here with our extended family to celebrate my Dad's 80th birthday. We loved the location and the many different zones inside and outside to sit and talk. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked and we cooked several large meals together. The bedrooms were very comfortable and we really appreciated having 4 bathrooms! Fantastic stay!

Beautiful place!

Terrific place to stay and relax.

Plenty of space and light, place is very easy-going and great to come back to after the day/night out. Bonus backyard for puppy and family star-gazing at night. Owners friendly and responsive.

Great place for large family gatherings

We had a great vacation in Avila Beach. The layout of the house and yard were perfect for a multi-family visit. There was plenty of room for our large group to be together without feeling cramped. The kids loved playing in the yard and relaxing in the bunk bed room. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. Communication with the host was easy.

Boy’s weekend

Close proximity to Shell Beach, pickleball, hikes, and fun activities to do around the house during down time. Plenty of space and away from the busyness of town. Absolutely loved this place

50th Wedding Anniversary

The property is beautifully appointed and comfortable. It is located a short distance from the beaches at Avila and Pismo as well as to wineries and dining in and around San Luis Obispo. Our host was always available for questions and assistance. Our grandchildren enjoyed the big, fenced-in backyard and we enjoyed the spacious kitchen and great room for meals and entertaining. We look forward to staying here again.

Wonderful home! Stay here!!!!

We were in town for a wedding weekend and traveled through torrential rains and flooded streets to get there from Orange County.. When arriving at the house, we felt right at home! Jasi and Gilbert had an apple pie and zucchini bread waiting for us. We turned on the fireplace, cozied up on the really comfortable sectional sofa and enjoyed every minute! We would definitely stay here again!!!!

Amazing Property, Wonderful Host

Our experience could not have been better. The property was as beautiful as the photos looked. Jasi was an amazing host answering questions quickly both prior and after our arrival. We had family staying in the house with us and hosted our wedding on Saturday. People couldn't stop commenting on how amazing the house and outdoor spaces are. The valley setting was lovely. Highly recommend for hosting an event or just relaxing with a larger group.

Perfect!

The house and property were perfect for us! We had a group of adults. Yet, there was room for everyone to have their own space when they needed it and plenty of room to cook and gather. A wedding reception was hosted in the back yard! Beautiful yard, the unique vintage trailer was fun for drinks and dessert bar. Really everything we needed from tables, chairs, outside heaters, BBQ, Traeger and enough room for event parking was included in the event pricing. The hosts were easy to communicate with.

Great overall experience

Backyard was great family area and play area for the little ones. Nice comfortable beds. Great location. No air conditioning - not sure how we missed that when we booked the property, but that's on us. The wind came up one day/night and it knocked the screens off of a majority of windows, so I don't think the window washers did a good job of putting the screens on maybe? The water pressure is very hot - especially for little ones when getting in the shower - so anyone with kids should be mindful of that. Neighbors had a big party Saturday night.

PERFECTION!!!

The farmhouse is absolutely perfection!!! When we arrived, the farmhouse looked exactly like the pictures in the online listing. Once we opened the door the house, it smelled fresh and clean. As we entered to the rest of the house, it was bright and just...perfection...."WOW" is the word that came out of each one of our mouths. Exactly like all other reviewers stated in the reviews, bake goods from Avila Farm (delicious) and a nice bottle of local wine...what a gracious host. The kitchen, pantry, linen & supply closets are all FULLY/generously stocked. Oh, the farmhouse is not stocked with warehouse brand supplies [Charmin toilet paper for example ;)] Jasi is the most amazing host you will ever meet! She checked in on us daily just to make sure we have everything we need to enjoy our stay and unlike most host, I actually didn't receive an email first thing during the day of check-out with a long list of "things to-do" prior to checking-out. The check-out was very simple. We know she takes excellent care of the farmhouse with beautiful decorations and fresh plants. Final note, unlike other places where we stayed, there is no rush to provide a review and/or requesting only a 5-star review, otherwise, contact the property manager directly. Our family of 3 generations from age 5-65 and 15-month rescue retriever enjoyed a beautiful family reunion at the farmhouse. This is absolutely a 5+star property and we have planned to stay here again soon!

An absolute gem!!!!

The absolute perfect house for our 20th anniversary weekend. We enjoyed the house with our family and close friends. It was beautiful inside and out. The wildlife was an added bonus. If you have a small pup, make sure you’re outside with them at all times. The house is just incredible and Jasi and her husband are wonderful! Easy fast communication! The bunk room/garage gets a bit cold at night but there’s a bunch of blankets and portable heater. Just bring warmer Jammie’s during winter months. There’s fun outdoor games to play and really just everything you could possibly need, the house was equipped with. I feel so blessed to have been able to celebrate our 20th anniversary there. The couch and the beds are SO comfortable! The heated toilet seat in the master is amazing! Haha. Thank you Jasi and Gilbert for the welcome pie and wine! You guys go above and beyond! We are forever thankful and will never forget the memories made that weekend!

Fabulous Holiday House

We celebrated our "Thanksmas" family reunion with 13 people staying at the Avilla Family Farm and a few more at the Spyglass Inn across the way. The bedrooms were comfortable and the floorplan allowed the late sleepers to have quiet while the early risers could enjoy the sunrise together. The kitchen and dining room were perfect to prepare and serve meals for our large group and we had a wonderful time! The yard was perfect for soccer, corn toss, and cooking on the Traeger smoker. All in all a fantastic place to stay!

Fabulous Stay

I cannot say enough good things about this house and its owners. We were there for my daughter's wedding and hosted a brunch for 80 people in the back yard. Absolutely beautiful! Jasi was flexible and helpful and attentive to our every need. The house and yard were gorgeous and immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked, there were games ( bocce/cornhole/football) in the yard. Wine and a pie waiting for us when we arrived. We really couldn't have asked for a betting setting to prepare for our daughter's big day. Thank you SO much for everything!
