Thank you. Everything was fine. Just some small things: Roku TV remote in living room volume not working. Garage door remote was missing on arrival. Again, just bringing it to your attention.

Great communication through the host/realty company . Very quick and informative replies . The house itself- not so great . Definitely needs to be updated and thoroughly cleaned . We do not plan on staying here again .

The management team was very friendly and quick to respond, so I wanted to rate this place better, but I just can’t. The home was very dirty. Marks all over the walls, dirty sofa covers, super beat up flooring and lighting, rusty kitchen utensils and moldy shower curtains and it looked like there had been lots of parties thrown there. The location was pretty far from the beach so with both older and younger people in our group, it was tough to get down and back each day. They need to do a deep clean and make several repairs before I would feel comfortable recommending to anyone. Again, the management company was pleasant to work with, this was just not a good value for the amount we spent.

This property was a great place for friends to get away for a weekend. The location was amazing, and the beach was only steps away. Everything was clean, and communication with the hosts was easy. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Ocean City.

Location is great! The townhouse is very spacious, perfect for a large family. However, it is in desperate need of a good cleaning from top to bottom.

Short family trip

Our property manager, Bob, had excellent communication and follow through throughout our trip. The check-in and out process was very easy (we even got in early!), and the location can’t be beat. Close to beach, pool, attractions and great garage and guest parking.

Beautiful house with a great location

This property was absolutely wonderful. Steps to beach access with plenty of parking. Our whole party loved the house. It was a nice relaxing way for a birthday weekend getaway with family and friends. And allowing our dogs was a huge plus! We look forward to booking our next stay here.

We arrived during a long and busy cheer competition weekend at 2am to find that there was no water for a shower. We found out in the morning that the water was shut off at the heater. A little inconvenient and irritating after a long drive but other than that everything else was good.

Spacious and comfortable.

We were a group of 6 older women. Their was plenty of space to give each of us out privacy. The beach is within walking distance. Ocean Parkway is very near and is an easy access. The garage was a great addition.
