Perfect Weekend Getaway

Great House Rental

the owner dealings were perfect. Dan was very helpful and very nice. The property listing and ammenitiies needs work....not as listed for a few items. The single shower did not work at all. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are pass thru bedrooms to the bath which is quite inconvenient. The place is very nice and the backyard and deck is awesome

Great House; Great Location!

My husband and I are in our sixties, and we didn't want to leave our 14-year-old Scottie Dog at home. We looked at several options and decided on this house with a fenced in back yard so our dog would be comfortable. We couldn't tell from the photos just how close this was to the beach but decided to go off of other reviews. They were right! It was just a short walk to the beach. We had no problems crossing the highway. Our adult daughter joined us, and the house was very roomy and well equipped. The neighborhood was quiet and great for walks with our dog. Overall, we were more than pleased and plan on renting again in the future.

Great location

We loved how it easy it was to talk to the beach! It was nice to be in a neighborhood. The ACME grocery store is very close by and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for our family.

Great time in Ocean City!

The whole family really enjoyed the location. This time of year was very dog friendly with dogs allowed on the beach. A great neighborhood for walking or riding bikes. We had a great time! Thanks Dan!

Ocean City June stay

Great location and spacious, clean, comfortable home. 4 minute walk to the beach when you hit the crosswalk just right! Good restaurants in walking distance and also a grocery store.

Family beach vacation

2 blocks from the beach. In walking distance to restaurants and street shops. Had everything you needed to make meals. Nice back deck and fenced in back yard for the dog and kids. Nice beach theme for inside. Would definitely stay there again

Summer family vacation

Enjoyed our stay very much. There was plenty of room. We brought our dog, so a house with a fenced yard was awesome. Great neighborhood for dog walking as well. Close to the beach. Would stay again. Thanks!

Great location

Furniture and decor could use some updating Being dog friendly was a huge plus but place definitely needs cleaning service between bookings and a good deep clean. Property owner was very easy to communicate with. Back deck and yard very nice (bring your bug spray).

Perfect for children/pets

Cute little house! Fenced in backyard is perfect for kids to play without worry and quickly drop all the beach gear. We had two small families and the rooms worked out good for us. Thank you!

great place, wonderful owner, but some quirks to house

House was immaculate, kitchen very well stocked. Enclosed backyard was well maintained. We had a neighborhood power outage and we were unsuccessful in resetting heat and electric. We contacted owner and he was fantastic in promptly using internet emergency startup to electric. Roku system for tv.. One caveat: house has some quirky step issues (2 small steps down upon entering house, one step into a bathroom & awkward back steps up to back deck. This could be a problem for a toddler or individuals with balance issues. otherwise highly recommend

Somewhat nice

After booking we found we were liable to clean the house ….nbd we definitely left the house cleaner than when we arrived also If the hot tub in the amenities description interest you there is not one there. Not saying I wouldn’t stay again the large fenced in back yard is nice especially for us with our dogs.we had a group of 4 adults the house will accommodate 8 ish for sleeping but I wouldn’t recommend more than 6

Great location...great time!

Had a great time during our stay. House is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The fenced yard was great for the pups. Large back deck was awesome. Owner was very responsive on any questions we had. Others mentioned the bedroom situation. You do have to go through a bedroom to get to the back bedroom, but it really was no big issue to us. We had 8 people total. We were all in and out a good bit and never felt crowded. Well stocked kitchen. Overall a good experience. Would stay again if going to Ocean City.

Great Location, Loved the Backyard, Pet-friendly!

Ten of us (siblings & significant others) shared this house for a week and we had a blast. We got a little creative with the sleeping spaces, however, no one was uncomfortable. We really enjoyed having the backyard and the deck - spent almost every night out there during the week - and it was awesome to have our dog with us. He loved being able to run around freely in the backyard while we were all out there. The location of the house is also awesome - walking distance to so many great places, easy access to the beach, and a quick drive to the Boardwalk. The kitchen was well-stocked and we were very easily able to prepare meals at the house for all 10 of us. Would definitely recommend Dan's house for a beach rental in OC.

Great OCM stay!!!

This place is excellent for families with adult kidsnwithnsignificantnothers. While you can easily sleep 10-12, privacy could be an issue only because three bedrooms also act as walk ways to get to other bed rooms. For the seven we had with a dog, it was perfect. Living area was great. Beds were all comfy. Outdoor shower was convenient. Kitchen is modern and useable. Plenty of places to hang out close by. Deck was excellent. Only a two to three minute walk to the dune on 90th street. Location was perfect. The only disappointment was a hot tub was listed as an amenity but we didn’t have access to on on the property. The neighborhood is really nice. Didn’t need the hot tub. The beach in OCM is always a great experience.

Beach vacation

Our stay at Dan’s property was perfect. The house was just as listed online. We only had a family of four at the house but you could easily have up to 8. The house was about a 5 minute walk to the beach, waiting for the crosswalk signal took the longest. If you have little ones, or a pet (like we did) the back yard is fully fenced in for the little one or pet to run around. There are 2 picnic tables on the back deck and a charcoal grill in the back yard. 2 full baths and an outdoor shower. I will definitely look to see if Dan’s property is available next time we go to Ocean City.
