Estate home can sleep 12: Main home listed here sleeps 10 and apartment (booked separately) sleeps 2. 16 acre private lot adjacent to Evergreen Country Club - a short walk across the backyard. Fabulous kitchen, large family and media rooms with HDTVs, comfortable furnishings, and new carpet. 10 foot ceilings and 8 foot doors for a grand indoor experience. Outdoor living area with spacious screened-in porch, large patio and outdoor fireplace area overlooking natural areas and deep water pond (with rope swing and dock)> Geothermal HVAC means noisy HVAC fans won't interfere with the outdoor experience.
In addition, a separate completely private basement apartment (Kitchen, 1 bedroom w/ queen, 1 bath, dining room, family room, fireplace, pool table, ping pong table) is available to add to your rental for an extra fee, bringing the total sleeping capacity to 12 people if needed. Pictures for apartment are not shown but can be provided.

Lance and Tina raised their family on this beautiful property, adjacent to and walking distance from Evergreen Country Club. Our kids our gone now, and we are often not home and traveling, so we wish to open this beautiful property to families who can enjoy it.

Private and comfortable, with many bedrooms that are well furnished and multiple living room spaces so people can spread out. The house has recently been updated with new carpet in 2021, furniture, media, etc. Access to golf and tennis at private Evergreen CC available with advanced notice and subject to availability.
