Sherry was an amazing host. We had no issues at all and had the best time. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and at the house. It exceeded our expectations. This was what our family needed. A no stress and relaxing vacation. Thank you Sherry!

Excellent property for families with younger kids

We had an excellent stay at this property recently. The combination of the pool, game room, and ping pong were excellent for kids and the adults as well. Would certainly recommend for anyone looking to stay in that area as it is perfect for families that want to enjoy the weather outside in a relaxing environment.

Nice home

We had a family gathering and this house was great with 4 bedrooms and a nice pool. The one drawback was only 2 bathrooms with one in the master suite.

Nice House & Host

The house is perfect for a few day getaway, better than staying at a hotel. Overall was happy with the stay, kids enjoyed playing the arcades when it was too hot to swim outside.

Great stay, awesome pool!

We stayed at the property as two families of four with kids ages 0-4 years old. The pool area and water slide were perfect. The home layout was great for two families with 2 beds and 1 bath on two separate wings. Great location, would stay again!

Fun home with lots to do

My family and I had a great time and stay. The pool was fun with the slide and basketball hoop for my little ones. The game room was a hit with all of us! My kids were busy having fun at all times. Beds were comfortable. Checking in was very easy and communication with the owner was fast. The kitchen has everything we needed as far as cookware goes. But no condiments like oil, salt pepper so make sure to bring your own. When we walked in, the home is absolutely beautiful. Airy and bright. Plenty of space and room and things to do. However upon settling in, it wasn't the cleanest. The outdoor furniture was not usable even after I tried spraying it down. It was covered in debris and dirt. The hallway bathroom had hair in the shower and the toilet had dried brown stuff stuck to it. Also, there were ants every morning around the master bathroom sink. Couple of the plates and bowls had dried food stuck to it. However, we still had an amazing time! Just make sure to bring your kitchen ingredients and lots of sunscreen! The home is very close to the Living Zoo (about 15 min drive). The market is 5 miles away and tons of restaurants and shopping nearby as well.

Spring Break - March 2022

This was our first trip to Palm Springs. I went with my family and Sherry's house was very bright, clean and completely updated. The rooms were all spacious with tons of room to hang out. Plenty of dining space (eating space), hanging out on the comfortable couches or just relaxing by the pool. The pool area was a vacation in itself. There were lots of couches and lounge areas, as well as a grill, a pool table and a basketball hoop in the pool. It doesn't matter your age, this house is perfect for everyone. We had such an AMAZING stay which made our vacation that much better. We can't wait to return!! Thank you Sherry for being available if we needed to reach out and for making a vacation that more relaxing and enjoyable. Ellen

Great place close to everything

My family and I stayed at this great home during the BNP Paribas tennis tournament. We were a family of 4 and I can say we had plenty of room. The bedrooms were huge and the beds were so comfortable. The kids loved playing in the arcade and my husband and I enjoyed the hot tub and sitting in the back yard. Each bedroom had large TV’s which was a plus for the kids. It was also nice having a washer and dryer available after a hot day in the sun. The neighborhood was close to the tennis venue (a 4 minute drive) and was close to grocery stores and restaurants. We will definitely put this house on our list of places to return to the next time we’re in the area.

Wonderful Vacaton

This was our first time renting a VRBO and it was a great experience. House was wonderful, we had the pool heated and it was very warm, worth every penny. Kitchen is very well stocked, only thing missing would be dish towels, but there was everything else, even a lime squeezer! Beds were extremely comfortable, pool towels provided where large. Game room was super fun for all ages. Would love to come back and stay!

We had a great time relaxing and playing in this home. Very comfortable for a family with 2 kids.

We had so much fun playing in the pool and the game room was a blast. Owner was very responsive and super accommodating. We did not want to leave and will definitely stay again.

WONDEFUL Desert Getaway!

This was our little desert oasis! The house was spacious and comfortable, very clean, with most of the kitchen amenities we needed. But the highlight was the outdoor space! The pool was very clean and outdoor living space was super comfortable...we used the two outdoor eating tables many times for lunch and cocktails. Our children loved swimming in the heated pool and using the water slide. And the temperature of the spa/pool made it inviting for adults to enjoy as well. All of the attractions we wanted to see in the area were only a short drive away and we were able to easily visit the Living Deser zoo, Aerial Tramway, trampoline park, Sunnylands Visitor Center. Shopping (Trader Joe's and Target!) were only a few minutes away. Air conditioning in the home were top notch and the beds were comfortable. THANK YOU for such an AMAZING stay!

Spacious home in a nice location!

The house is very nice with big rooms and a comfortable living/ dining area. We appreciated the neighborhood location. The home has 2 bathrooms which can be tight with a large family (the master bedroom bath doesn't have a door, thus, sharing that space is compromised).

Everything about the property was perfect! From arrival to check out. The concierge met us at the home and went over questions. The property was clean and we'll maintained. The yard and pool were beautiful. It was a wonderful experience.

Perfect

This was perfect for our family staycation. Location was great pool was perfect. The host was very accommodating. I expressed my concerns about wanting contactless check in she answered immediately and made sure everything was taken care of. There is a coffee pot now ;). I’m sure there are a few knit picky things I could say but they didn’t change our experience. We would and will stay again in the future. A few things to be aware of the doors have alarms but two weren’t not working, probably need new batteries. The doors creak loudly when opened so they will wake up your sleeping toddler and the sheets are polyester. All easily solvable issues. And as I said didn’t change us from giving 5 stars. I bought my own sheets anyway, door alarms just in case, and made sure I didn’t open doors when the kids were sleeping so I could have quiet in the morning. There are a lot of restaurants close by that offer curbside. We got Mastros, Morton’s, Ruth Chris, and Corktree all to go. The tennis center and lots of stores are near by. We had Target and Vons delivered. When we stayed it was between 104-115 degrees and opted out of having the pool heated because the water would have been too hot the sun did a good enough job of heating the pool. I didn’t realize how adverse to scents I was until my stay here though, they do use fragrant laundry detergent which was too strong for me but again most people like Gain and Downey but they’re not for me and weren’t bad enough to change our opinion. I’m only adding these to be helpful to guests when they stay it’s nice to know what to expect. The house was much larger than I thought as was the pool. Even the couches looked nicer in person. Exceeded our expectations! The kids couldn’t have been happier.

La Quinta getaway

The home was clean, the area was in a quiet neighborhood. The amenities like the pool, spa, the ping pong table, the football table and arcade kept us entertained. The four bedrooms were all spacious, perfect for a group or more than one family to rent. We had a great time especially our son.

Desert Fun

Overall it was a perfect place to stay. The only negative was at check-in the management person informed me the slider to the backyard/pool did not lock! We had to use a stick in the door. With 3 small children it was worrisome. She said someone would come to fix it but that never transpired. Oh I would say buy a coffee maker-Nespresso didn't cut it for 6 adults.

Absolutely loved this property. It met and exceeded our expectations! Sherry has done a great job with the property. From little things like backyard Bluetooth speakers that are easy to connect to, to making sure the hot tub and pool temperatures are to your liking. It does cost a little extra to heat the pool, but it’s a small price for a lot of enjoyment. We first thought we wouldn’t need the pool heat. Once we figured out our favorite times to swim were in the morning and night, we loved the heated pool!

Awesome Spring Break

The house provided just what my family needed for Spring Break. Everything was as described by the Sherry. The house was the cleanest house I've stayed in upon arrival. Sherry was great to work with, very attentive and helpful. I will say the concierge team was less so and kind of a waste but not enough to discourage others. Sherry and the house were a 5+ and we hope to stay again!

Great Neighborhood

This house is in a nice location close to many things, the neighbors were all very friendly and would wave when we drove by. The house has nice dual pane windows to keep any noise inside. The house had everything you needed and the pool and spa were great. Only weird thing was the check in process required a lot of physical paper signing and meeting in person with the property managers at the house. The only tv in the house that has cable is the master suite the living room and rest of the tv’s have access to Netflix and other smart tv apps. Overall very nice house in a great location!

Nice house, but expensive

The house is newly renovated, very clean and has lots of great space. There are many aspects we enjoyed about the house most — notably the pool and arcade room. However, we had a few issues that mostly had to do with the overall experience rather than the house itself. 1. The house is comparatively expensive. Just prior to this rental, I rented a similar home less than a mile away in Bermuda Dunes, a gated community. That home also had a nice pool and spa with more direct sun, spacious home, expansive yard, a game room with a ping pong table and was less expensive. 2. We booked this before the surge of COVID in SoCal and I was hoping to minimize contact with anyone during our stay so I was disappointed we could not get a code to access the house but rather had to coordinate a time to meet the property manager in person. He was very pleasant, but I prefer an access code - especially during a pandemic. 3. Upon arrival, the pool was cold and it took a full day to warm up — much to my kids' disappointment. We were not charged pool heating for that day or the last day of our visit (we also left around 8:00 am so I don't think we should have been charged anyway, but I do appreciate.) However, I got the bill for the pool warming and paid it the day it was due, but still I received several texts and phone calls the next day seeking payment (even though I told the property manager I was working.) It was frustrating enough to not have the pool heated upon arrival, but then wait a full day for it to get heated and then have to field all these texts and calls when I paid the bill in full on the due date. 4. The kitchen could use a good old fashioned coffee pot along with a few more pots and pans. 5. There are plenty of beds for larger groups/families, but for the price, I expect much better quality beds. In the master bedroom, the bed platform and mattress seemed very lightweight. It would lift up whenever we sat on the edge (my husband and I are very average sized people.) 6. We dealt with 3 different people from the property management company and it seemed like they were not all on the same page which led to way more interaction with them than I wanted while on vacation. It seemed like this was a new property and I'm confident they'll get these types of things ironed out in the future, but it was disappointing to have to take time out of work and vacation to deal with this. All in all, a nice house, but in my opinion, way overpriced.

Peace and Tranquility

Sherry’s home was everything we expected it to be. The pool area was everyone’s favorite place to be. We thought dragging the kids out the pool every night would be a hassle but the kids loved the game room just as much (what a relief 😂). The master bedroom reminded me of resort we once stayed at in Mexico (that soaking tub was everything 😩). My guess we’re totally impressed. Thanks Sherry!!!!

Paradise

Everything about this house was perfect. It is brand new, beautifully designed and very comfortable. The home comes fully equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and elsewhere, and it is filled with fun games and a wonderful pool and jacuzzi. The service was great and everything worked perfectly. The home is also private, safe and very well located. I could not have been happier with this rental. Thanks for a great stay!
