Great Location

Perfect property for a small group in Charlotte. Walking distance to breweries/restaurants. 15 min walk to Bank of America stadium.

No Parking

We were told to park on the road in front of the house but I think his tenant parked in the middle and no one could park in front or behind their car. House is in the middle of town behind a bar or something so we heard very loud music a lot of the time. Back door was so small you could barely go in and out with our puppy. Was clean but not what we expected at all.

Great Location, Slightly Misleading

We had a great trip to Charlotte and the great location of this property definitely played a large part! Everything was within 5-10 mins away and was even in walking distance. Where this listing fell short was poor communication of the age requirement for booking and a bit of ambiguity about the property. This place is an older duplex so you are sharing a wall with people you do not know. This was not really an issue but was a little unclear upon booking. The neighbors were outside on their porch very often so we would pass them frequently. Additionally, there was no driveway parking available to us

Posting on site is misleading

Posting for this porperty states sleeps 6, we assumed 2 beds with a pull out sleeper couch. This was not the case. On the day of check in we received a message from Victor asking to "try to keep the number of people max to 5 in the home" As stated in property discription, We rented the property for a one night 6 person stay. This house doesn't accomadate 6. At best 5. Its really a 4 person place. This posting is misleading and needs to be corrected. House was clean and neighborhood was perfect.

Close to Bank of America Stadium

This is a duplex, which we weren't aware of initially. Unfortunately, the other half was quite loud and rowdy, but overall, our stay was decent. The beds were a bit stiff, and the walls were thin, so if you're comfortable with city sounds and occasional late-night noise, this might be a good fit for you. The location is charming, nestled in a cute neighborhood with easy access to a walking trail and just a short distance from Bank of America Stadium. On the plus side, the host was friendly, responsive, and flexible with our check-in time.

Great place

First night had a some AC problems. Victor was great came and found a solution at 11pm at night. Place was clean. Only complaint was the people in the other side of duplex had dog that barked well past midnight each night making it hard to sleep.

Nice place with just about everything you could need and in a great neighborhood. Short walk to restaurants, a brewery, and a small market. Nearby Greenway access to the stadium/uptown

Lacks privacy and uses insurance to his advantage

The house was nice and clean, beds are a little too firm and i searched for a fenced yard home for my dog but there wasnt any. The house is covered with ring cameras so everything you do and say is watched. I cursed at my boyfriend in the backyard who didn't even say anything back to me and then I left and magically the host contacted me an hr after telling me several neighbors called him abt profanity which is a LIE he heard it after playing back his cameras which i stated to him that was an hr ago, over and done with and I said 2 curse words which isn't illegal and besides im adult and was asked to leave the home. The $1500 insurance he forces you purchase and immediately after I left, he filed a claim for exactly $1500 saying scratches was on baseboards but my dogs (2 frenchies) was in cages inside the home the entire time and also never touched a baseboard in our very expensive home with 20k epoxy floors. We was there because we was having a home remodel going on but this host made me give this stay 2 stars because the bad in him outweighs the good of the house.

Great location, listing is hardly as posted.

Listed that it sleeps 5/6. Only 2 queen beds and a couch(that was suppose to be a pull out) the “dining table” only has two chairs, in every drawer, cabinet, or closet you look in they store tools, light bulbs, cabinet hardware, etc. the cleaning people were still in our rental when we arrived and couldn’t check in until 30 mins after check in time. Had an issue with booking and accidentally chose the wrong day but they wanted me to cancel and wait for my refund then book again instead of trying to move the day for me. There was a cellar door that was unlocked, the cellar connected to the next rental. Since this is a duplex, you could hear every stomp and conversation of the people next to you. Do not recommend.

Very clean, very firm mattress, darn rat

Lovely little duplex in a cute neighborhood. Felt very safe and neighbors were friendly. Very close to city life too. Mattresses are the firmest I’ve ever slept on so if you like firm beds, this is the place for you. The place was extremely clean (we literally commented that there was no dust even on the baseboards. Despite its cleanliness, some type of rodent decided to stay rent free in the attic and kept us awake all night. Once I notified the owner/landlord, he immediately came out to handle it. Unfortunately stubborn little guy was not entertaining the traps and we had another sleepless night before leaving.

Great location

This is a cute duplex in a charming neighborhood. An amazing hike trail is just a couple blocks away. The house has a modern kitchen (no dishwasher though) and bathroom. The walls are thin between the 2 units so you are encouraged to be quiet. Our neighbors were not particularly quiet..you couldn't hear them in the bedeooms with fan on and door shut, but our son could hear them from the living room.

this was a fantastic location for our quick stay in Charlotte. convenient to Uptown and Bank of America Stadium, and a quick drive to the airport. home was super clean and comfortable. would easily return for another stay.

Great location!!

Not a bad place to stay! We didn’t spend much time at the house, and was a little chilly inside at night. Only TV that worked was the living room TV. We had 2 asthmatic people with us and something seemed to trigger them while we were there, but overall not a bad place to stay!

Nice place good location

Location was excellent, near a couple breweries and places to eat. Easy walk to stadium for game. Simple place and needs some additional seating as we wanted to watch a movie had 4 adults only seating for 3. Also remotes didn’t work for TVs and Fans.

Stayed for a business trip

Overall very nice place, walking distance to industrial offices but located on a leafy green street. Perfect decor, clean, comfortable. Two complaints: 1) the lock on the front door is baffling how it works. Doesn't turn on when tapping, you have to keep fiddling around with it. 2) couldn't find a switch for the ceiling fans to keep them on while the light is off -- made for a sticky night.
