Spacious (and fully stocked) kitchen, large screen TV, 2 King beds and a Queen convertible sofa, full washer and dryer and much much more. Enjoy the HOT TUB year round.

Nice stay for the night we were in town for a concert! Clean and comfy and host was very responsive and let us check in early.

The owner was very prompt with communication and accurately states in the description that it is an old home; however, we found the kitchen lacking in basic necessities. There was no baking sheet that we could find, and only 2 forks but a plethora of spoons. The only dish sponge provided smelled very old. The bed linens smelled used, and we eventually found more towels in the dryer. The hot tub is old so we weren't aware of how long it would take to heat up until the last day of our stay. Overall it was okay and the house is in a great area.

The owner was very good with communication and the property location was great. Beds are very comfortable.However, the property is definitely in need of some maintenance. There are no covers over the air vents, there is a hold on the wall where a door knob hit it and the dryer knob is broken off.With some attention to these repairs, it could be a great little house.

Nice location with great access to lots of restaurants, bars, and breweries. Host was responsive and house worked for a short trip. Hot tub was a nice added feature.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property based on my experience. Within minutes of arriving, I found a bag of bathroom trash left on the floor, dirty floors, and the shower curtain and rod lying on the floor. There was dark pet hair throughout the property, including in the shower, on the countertops, in the bedding, and even on the extra toilet paper.The most concerning issue was a live roach inside the refrigerator when I opened it to put away our food. I immediately took a photo and video and sent them to the host. We also encountered live spiders, a roly-poly in the shower, and dead bugs in the window sills. I had to clean the shower myself before using it.The host apologized and attributed the condition to the cleaner, but there were simply too many cleanliness issues to overlook. I contacted Vrbo that night and ultimately checked out the following morning, a full day before my reservation ended.I don't expect a rental to be perfect, but I do expect it to be clean and sanitary when I arrive. I documented the condition with photos and video. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again.

Great stay

The property was quiet and in a great location. Both beds and the sofa bed were comfortable for me and my family. The hot tub was enjoyable and backyard was bigger than I expected. Overall it was a great place to stay!
