Catch some sun and Atlantic breezes on the deck with ocean views, or cross the street for direct beach access. Two bedrooms with 1 Queen, and 2 Full beds, 1.5 bath with open plan from Kitchen to Living Room. Enjoy your privacy, or rent with friends and open the door between units. Amenities include Electric Vehicle (EV) charging on site (FREE), washer/dryer, outdoor gas grill, ceiling fans, central heat/air, 3 Flat Panel TV, cable, and wireless internet, outdoor shower and partially covered deck.

Repeat Visitor

We have stayed in this beach house for three years straight and plan to be back next year. The location is perfect. The beach is just steps away. You have quick access to Emerald Isle, Atlantic Beach, Beaufort, Swansboro, and more. We visited the aquarium this year and really enjoyed it.

Great vacation rental, pet friendly!

This place was awesome. Very close to the beach and pet friendly. Owner very responsive and came out quickly to fix an issue we had with the wifi. We hope to be back next year!

Accurate Name for this s place

We enjoyed our stay at Surf Sounds Almost Oceanfront. The host was prompt to respond when messaged. Home was clean and well updated. Very close to being ocean front as you can see and hear the ocean while drinking your morning brew from front porch. Very convenient beach access. We would stay here again.

This is our third year staying in Emerald Isle and our second year staying at this property. James, Mandy and Ken are so very nice and accommodating. The cleanliness, location and the overall upkeep of the property is super! We love it and will definitely return.

Great location for us. Loved the location to the beach! Loved the deck!! Loved the sun!! Loved how few folks were on the beach! The people that were on the beach were so nice and friendly. Just wonderful.

Quick getaway weekend

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. Last year we stayed in the West Unit, this time it was the East. Everything was awesome! It is exactly as advertised and the distance to the beach was perfect. It was easy to walk to the beach every morning to see the sunrise. Can't wait to come back.

Close to beach for early morning walks. Good restaurants to pick from near by. Aquarium, Fort Macon, Point for Sunsets. Restful place to recharge and enjoy.

This property was awesome..great location to beach & easy beach access..just wish I could have stayed longer. Would have liked some sort of grab bar for getting in & out of tub shower. Was great being able to take my dog..

As close to beach front as you can get without being beachfront

This place was everything it was described as and so much more! Centrally located to everything in Emerald Isle, 40 minutes away from Morehead City and Atlantic beach, very clean, everything updated and well maintained! You can't get more beach front without being beach front than this house. 20 feet from the front steps is the ramp that takes you to the ocean. You can see the waves while standing on the front porch and can feel the salt water hit your face if the breeze is just right. The owners were very helpful and very quick to respond to any questions we had prior to and during our trip. This place is great for a small family or a couple with no kids but a four legged friend who likes to tag along. The only negative thing I can even think of is that the ceiling fan in the master bedroom makes a little noise from time to time if it's on high and the master bedroom has a queen sized bed and not a king, but that is a personal thing and in no way affected our trip. I could keep going on but I'll end it here. We will definitely be back in the very near future1

Convenience...Location, Location, Location

Very satisfied overall...location...perfect...neighborhood easy to manuever...restaurants, gas, grocery locations perfect...beach and proximity to the beach amazing and the house was comfortable and had the convenience of home...would definitely recommend and will stay again...perfect if not directly on the beach...owner contact and instructions spot on...do not pass go here...you will be satisfied.

Perfect location

This is the second year we have stayed in this house and we will be back again next year. The front porch and easy access to the beach put it at the top of my list. It’s close to the shops and restaurants in Emerald Isle. The outdoor shower is awesome when you come in off the beach. It’s quiet and there is no traffic.

It was Wonderfully relaxing, Peaceful and Quiet! The Porch with rockers were GREAT for the sounds of the Surf!! Beds were very comfortable/ Kitchen perfect/well stocked!! Beach access GREAT!!
