Newly Remodeled 4 bedroom 2 baths in the center of Tucson, a few minutes away from Downtown Tucson, the University of Arizona and 4th Avenue and University Medical Center. Many places to explore including the Reid Park Zoo, Sabino Canyon, Saguaro National Park (East & West), Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, and the Pima Air & Space Museum. There are also many bike, running, and walking paths nearby. Tucson is also a golfers paradise. No cats allowed, an additional fee of $10 USD per night per dog.

Only thing missing was a hairdryer! Diamond in the rough. Close to a Starbucks and a Safeway which is essential for an out-of-towner who isn’t renting a vehicle. We enjoyed the cute backyard a lot; especially the hot tub.

Great location and value!

Great location in the middle of Tucson. The host communication was excellent and the house was clean and roomy. Great price as well, and we will definitely come back.

Great little house

This cottage was a great place for our family of 4. It is well kept, clean, has lots of thoughtful touches and very comfortable beds and pillows! It is not a fancy neighborhood but felt quite safe inside the house and is very convenient to shops and restaurants.would rent again!

Great location - perfect for cyclist

The house was perfect for an all guys trip of cyclist. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the proximity to Safeway proved to be very valuable. At least one person went to Safeway every day to get some food, coffee and anything they forgot to bring on the trip. Very close to downtown for great dinner options.

This is a very clean and well-equipped place. We wanted a place near campus and this fit the bill. It is on the edge of an area that is a bit more run down, but we never felt unsafe or anything. The host was easy to contact when we had a question and sent someone to help us out in a matter of minutes.

Perfect for us

Comfortable beds, lots of places to sit, cute galley kitchen with both a kcup and regular coffee maker. Neighborhood was more industrial with a Safeway across the road and other businesses close by but it fit our needs perfectly.
