- All bedding, linen and towels provided.
- Large Master BR with King size bed featuring pillow top mattress, night stands with lamps, and a ceiling fan. Walk-in closet, bureau and dresser provide ample storage. Master bath has double sinks, separate toilet with door and a large Southwestern tiled shower. French interior doors and durable screened French Security exterior doors access the covered patio - providing fresh high-desert air while maintaining privacy.
- 2 Large Guest BR's - each have Full size beds with pillow top mattresses, a nightstand with lamp, ceiling fans and a large closet. One BR has a dresser and corner chair - while the other has a foldout desk workspace.
- Den or 4th BR has a Full size foldout futon with adjustable head and foot rests. This unique room also has satellite TV, end tables with a lamp, ceiling fan and large closet.
- The spacious and luxurious Guest Bathroom in the hallway has double sinks, plenty of room for accessories on the countertop, toilet and a tub with shower.
- A sliding glass door off the living room leads to the pool and covered patio.
- Living room has satellite TV and seating for 10 people.
- Washer and Dryer provided.
- Fully stocked kitchen with plates, bowls, cups, specialty glasses, silverware, pots, pans, glassware and utensils for baking, stovetop or microwave cooking.
- Beautiful kitchen table seats at least 6 adults.
- Glass table near pool with comfortable patio furniture and picnic table off patio provide additional outdoor serving areas.

- Rita Ranch home is nestled between two recreation parks and many local attractions. We are 30 yr AZ residents who know the area well and can personally help you customize your stay, or just relax by the pool and watch the sunrises or sunsets! We include all linens, towels, kitchen appliances, and utensils, gas grill, we have tile throughout. Our lush landscape attracts hummingbirds and many species of birds!

Comfy home

the owner did an excellent job with communication, before, during and after departure. We were traveling with a baby and she had a high chair and pack-n-play available. The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The backyard is gorgeous and relaxing to sit outside. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

More than expected!

We had an amazing stay! From the very start we had great communication with the owner. She was so accommodating and helpful, offering suggestions of places to eat and things to do. She checked in to see how we were doing. We were greeted warmly with little details. The place was clean and had more amenities than we could have hoped. Check out was a breeze. It completely exceeded our expectations!

Lovely property

Great house. Very well supplied! Backyard was very private and had a fire pit and a lot of room for a larger group. The pool would be a wonderful attraction in the warmer months. The hostess Rhonda was so easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Wow! This was our best VRBO experience yet! This property had everything we needed and more! I over packed on the basics. Plus there were plenty of towels, bedding supplies, towel paper, papertowels, trash bags, cooking equipment, and dishes. The outdoor gas firepit was perfect for the cool evenings with plenty of propane. The house was well decorated, very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The owner was so nice to work with and made everything so easy from check in to check out. Great home away from home. We will be back!

Best VRBO I’ve stayed in

The house is beautiful, comfortable, easy to manage 4 people and dogs. Great pool, wonderful comfortable yard with an outdoor space that’s very functional and comfortable. The house is equipped with everything you need and then some. Rhonda is so generous and thoughtful about everything that’s there for you to use. She communicated quickly and clearly for the questions we had. She is welcoming and warm. We could not have asked for a better experience. I would stay there again for sure!

Ultimate relaxation! Awesome Host!

We had an unforgettable amazing time and our host was the hostess with the mostest! The pool was wonderful, the house was comfy, clean, beautiful and loved the fall decorations. We loved having so many sitting area options. Great location. 5 stars!

Wonderful getaway

Everything about our time spent at this location was perfect. It was a relaxing quiet neighborhood with an abundance of amenities. Lots of near by shopping and restaurants. Our host Rhonda could not have been any kinder and responsive

Resort experience

Very clean and well-appointed property. Quiet neighborhood. Grab bars in showers (one walk-in) were very much appreciated. Enclosed backyard perfect for a dog. Good communication with host. Will definitely book again.

This property was everything we hoped for and more.

We were extremely pleased with this home, what it offered, as well as location to most everything we wanted and needed. My family enjoyed the home, pool, as well as our dog enjoyed the spacious backyard. Rhonda and Scott were outstanding host, and made sure we had everything we needed. We will be back to stay again without hesitation! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

Family vacation

In Tucson for our son’s college baseball spring training games and this home was a perfect home away from home. It was nice to have space to hang out with our son during his free time before he had to go back to his hotel each night and the location was close to various tourist attractions. We visited the Pima Air & Space museum and Saguaro National Park. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Rhonda is a great host! We definitely would stay again!

Highly recommended!

The house was very comfortable and the host, Rhonda, was so very sweet and welcoming. She ran to the grocery store and bought us milk and cereal for our kids since we were getting in late and they needed them for the morning.

We have friends in the Academy Village, about 15 minutes away from this property. We found this home to be comfortable, conveniently located to shopping nearby, and it met all of our needs.

Great place

This property was very nice. The outside area (backyard) was beautiful and I wish the weather had been such that we could have spent more time out there. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen very convenient. Communication with the owner was excellent. House was cute. It was convenient to Route 10 and stores and Saguaro National Park. Overall, a wonderful place to stay.

Canadian Winter Escape

Having never ventured into Arizona, we decided to travel to Tuscon & explore the beauty of the Sonoran Desert 🏜 I found a gem accommodation at Rhonda's place. This home said "Welcome" from the moment you walked through the door with detail to comfortable beds, gorgeous outdoor pool area, decorative furnishings & more importantly, access to our hiking trails in Saguaro National Park * a must see! Loved our stay in Rita Ranch

Rhonda is the pefect host. She provided clear check-in instructions and kept in touch during our two-week stay. We were greeted with cheese and crackers and a tin of shortbread cookies. The house and property are exactly as pictured -- spotlessly clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, with every convenience and supply provided for a relaxing, worry-free holiday. The house is move-in ready with a fully stocked kitchen, extra towels and bedding, an outdoor bbq, shelves full of books about local history and places, comfortable outdoor tables and seating. For anything else, a Kroger/Fry's grocery store is a 10-minute walk away. We brought along our Jack Russell terrior and she appreciated the gravelled backyard area. Also, a nearby park had enclosures for both large and small breed dogs that gave her the chance to be off leash. Rita Ranch is a bedroom community of diverse friendly people away from the bustle of downtown, but an easy drive to local attractions like Saguaro National Forest, San Xavier Mission, and the Desert Museum. We are already planning a return trip next fall. Five stars plus!!

Wonderful Place

This is just a wonderful property. From the decorative, the back yard to the fully stock kitchen. We had a wonderful experience making memories here, especially around the fire pit in the evenings.

Anfitrión: Rhonda Berdan

Rhonda is from New England and Scott is from the Detroit area. We have 3 adult children: A son in the USCG stationed in SC; a son who is a chef in Salem, MA; and a daughter attending college in AZ. Rhonda's mom has retired in nearby Vail, AZ and is a huge part of our Tucson lives. Now we want to share our good fortune and offer our home to you! If you have any questions or concerns while visiting, we will be nearby to offer local advice or attend to your household's needs.

After raising our children on a 1 acre property, we decided to downsize. We have many friends who live or have lived in this wonderfully planned community and fell in love with the spacious rooms and floor plan, 100 percent tile flooring, 40 foot long North facing covered patio to start and end the day, corner lot adding room for landscaping and additional guest parking, and a private 9 foot deep pool with diving board to cool off any time we feel like it. SOLD!
Groceries, restaurants, churches, pizza deliveries, hair and nail salons, and basically all of the shopping options you would expect in a planned community are blocks away. Our most recent addition is a Dunkin' Donuts and a brand new Walmart located just 2 miles from the house.
