This luxurious well-appointed 2-bedroom 2 bath cottage features 1,100 sq. ft. of comfort nestled on a quiet lane of estate homes backing to the East Lake Sammamish trail which boasts 10+ miles of dedicated recreational pathways meandering along the waterfront of Lake Sammamish. Enjoy access to the lake from this home for kayaking and sunsets or take in views from your outdoor patio situated alongside a fresh water creek flowing into the Lake. Well behaved dogs are welcome (for an additional fee) to vacation with your family, it would not be a vacation without all family members! Your evenings include smores by the fire, family games at the table, and amazing sunsets making lifetime memories. Those memories can also include competitive games of Cornhole or outdoor Jenga with views of the lake next to a salmon bearing creek.

The cottage features A/C with two bedrooms both with comfortable queen beds and two full bathrooms including a ceiling rain shower. The cozy kitchen can accommodate all of your cooking needs. When you are not cooking you can curl up by the fire and relax on the couch with a book or simply sit on the patio with a glass of wine. The cottage sleeps 6, and a portable crib is available if needed. If needed, the living room sofa pulls out for a 3rd queen bed. All 3 beds feature new pillows and plush down comforters.

You will find hardwood floors though-out the living area as well carpeted bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with all new appliances including a gas stove top. The kitchen flows effortlessly into the living and dining areas. The dining table accommodates 6 or guests can enjoy meals on the deck lingering over the setting sun. The family room offers a plush sleeper sofa, 55' TV and well-stocked coffee bar for the Seattle coffee lover. A new washer and gas dryer are included for any laundry needs during your stay or to simply head home with clean clothes. Open the outdoor double doors and enjoy a book and listen to the babbling creek with birds chirping and eagles flying overhead nearly every day through the towering evergreens. Hawks, deer, and rabbits are also frequently seen on the property.

Whether you are here to vacation, on business travel, visiting relatives or relocating to the area, you are just minutes away from wineries in Woodinville, groceries, and restaurants and retail shops in Redmond, Sammamish, Issaquah, or Bellevue. And you are an easy 25-minute drive to downtown Seattle via I-90 or Hwy 520 and Hwy 405
