This home was everything! Beautiful setting, excellent bedding, every comfort including a huge deck to sit on and watch the sea plane take off or boats cruise by.Host was super friendly and responded immediately! 15 out of a 10!!

This was a great house for a long weekend! We had a great view of the lake and surrounding nature, even from indoors during the rain. The host was lovely and super helpful and communicative. It was nice having the house to ourselves but knowing if we needed help, it was nearby. The walking trails next to the house were great, and there was close proximity to restaurants and shopping - and only a short drive to downtown Seattle.

We had the most wonderful stay at Lisa’s place! We had everything we needed and her instructions were clear and thorough. The home was super clean and the location was very relaxing. We are already looking forward to returning!

Lovely! Amenities were as expected. Lake view from deck is very nice. We saw Osprey and other area birds. There is a walking trail right off he driveway. Fred Meyer is close by and there several local yummy eateries. For us, the pillows were too big/fluffy and the queen bed was way too soft for us. But others might really like that! Overall, we would definitely recommend and we would stay there again

Great place for a family to enjoy outdoor activities at and around Lake Sammamish. Close to Issaquah, Redmond, Bellevue. Plenty of space to enjoy family time, including dining on the deck. Beds are comfortable. While it was quite hot when we were in the area, the a/c worked great - no issues and we were comfortable during our stay. Host is welcoming and responsive. She provided us with great recommendations for the area, including how to access the lake. Kitchen is well stocked. Linens, towels, and bathroom amenities, including toiletries. We travel with our own coffee, therefore, I didn’t explore the options available. I did notice a coffee maker and a one-cup machine.

Stay was beautiful serene and cozy. I would pick it over a hotel everytime. The owner was kind and responsive. Book here its a great stay.

We absolutely loved this house. The place had a great view, a nice deck, an amazing kitchen and a comfy bed. The house was clean, really clean, check in was a breeze, location was perfect for our trip. I would recommend.

Our experience was fabulous, the back deck was amazing and the location was superb. The property manager was very flexible with us and a great communicator. I would totally stay here again.

Perfect Location

This was a wonderful place to stay with the perfect location - close to walking paths, shopping, restaurants. It was very well decorated, equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay and it had an incredible outdoor entertaining space. We will definitely stay here again!

This is a gorgeous, well appointed apartment, enhanced by spotless cleanliness and a huge deck with spectacular lake and wooded hill views.We would stay here again for any trip to the Seattle area. It’s located about 30 minutes to downtown Seattle and the SEA-TAC airport.

We were all very impressed with The Boathouse rental. Lovely views, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and a great location! The home even had great sound proofing, very quiet! The owner was very nice and had lots of great advice about the surrounding area. The soaking tub and walking trail right out front were a real plus. Thank you Lisa!

We would definitely return to this property - beautifully decorated and layout was perfect! Views were great - very quiet and central to everything we wanted to do in and around Seattle area! Awesome deck and lots of parking!

Family visit

We loved our stay! Beautiful cozy home with amazing views of lake Sammamish! The property owners were very attentive and so nice. Great location for us visiting family in Issaquah and Sammamish.
